Spacious Studio with All the Comforts of Home

This free standing studio apartment is tucked into a neighborhood. While the homes around it need some TLC, this unit is perfect. Very comfortable, full kitchen, fast internet. The owner/host provided great communication upon check in and checkout. Parking is right in front of the door. It is secure and well lit. This is a great unit for one or two people. There isn’t much space or seating for more.

Beautiful, well stocked, super clean, private

We were visiting our son at Olivet and this was the perfect place and location for our stay in Bourbonnais. It was close to campus, restaurants and shops as well as beautiful Kankakee River State Park. The rental was welcoming and nicely decorated and provided all the amenities and comforts needed. The sleep number bed was a bonus. We will definitely be back.

JUST RIGHT FOR ONE PERSON--THO WOULD BE IDEAL FOR PARENTS OF COLLEGE STUDENTS.THE MANAGER WAS ON THE SPOT WITH ANY KIND OF PROBLEM I MISSED AN ICE MAKER MORE THAN NO GARBAGE DISPOSAL OR DISH WASHER!!PLACE WAS VERY CLEAN ANS WELL SUPPLIED WITH TOWELS,ETC,

This was a very clean and peacefully house/studio for two! We were pleasantly surprised at the amount of space. The kitchen was amazing along with all the amenities. We would definitely stay at this property again.
