Spacious 2-Bed Apartment in Heart of Leura

Flat itself was lovely, however, as we stayed during a cold spell, it did feel quite cold and damp, and without a working heater. Also had issues prior to check in, whereby access details were refused without sharing personal details via a web portal, despite booking through the hotels.com system. Speaking to the contact number didn’t solve this problem, despite concerns flagged. Location was great, right by the station and walkable to shops / cafes, but would probs stay somewhere else, if returning

As soon as we arrived we turned on the ducted air conditioner to 25. We left the premises with internal doors to all bedrooms and living areas closed to keep the heat in ! When we returned 5 hours later the house was freezing the temperature on the gage was 8dg,then the wifi had a red light not connected even after several attempts still didn’t work! And Broken beds! after several phone calls to report the problems nothing was done? We cut our stay short. The heating system is inadequate to say the least

Perfect house and location for a girls weekend away. House was gorgeous. Note as soon as you check in put on heating as it did take a few hours to warm up, but worked there in.

Arrived at 3pm house was cold and after 1.5 Hours aircon didn’t work. Contacted management as we were sitting in coats with blankets around us, no help there. Had to purchase 5 fan heaters. Very poor for a winter escape to the mountains. Won’t go back
