COZY, MODERN, Charming Cottage 1min to the beach

This little cottage has a perfect location on Wollaston Beach right behind Tony’s Clam Shop. Walking distance to the water as well as a playground for kiddos. Back yard is fairly nice but not fenced and had some glass and nails about, so keep shoes on the little ones! Though hosts were otherwise prepared with a pack and play and high chair, which our family appreciated juggling multiple babies for the family reunion. Kitchen was great to cook in and the back porch was lovely for morning coffee and drinks in the evening. Parking was easy with a long driveway and only a 20 min drive to Downtown Boston. Truly the best of both worlds for a New England getaway. And hosts responded promptly to remedy an issue with check-in. I would definitely stay again.

Overall, the experience was good. Location is perfect: between the Natasket beach and the big city.Contrary to what I had read, the house is in a small quiet street but close to a busy street, on the edge of the beach. There was really very close or a few minutes by car. The house is clean and very well divided. The reception by the host was attentive, they responded quickly. We even had a little attention the day before our departure: it was charming. Both the interior and the exterior of the house invite you to relax. We noticed that there were several items to make life easier with a baby and for the beach (beach towels and beach chairs). There was air conditioning AND fans: perfect for the pre-menopausal woman that I am! Haha. We had minor technical glitches with one of the doors, the dryer and the baths. Hopefully everything will be sorted out for the future. Thank you for your warm welcome.

We enjoyed our stay in Quincy. While it near the beach it is also on a major road which we didn’t expect. Had very nice accommodations. Thank you.

Very charming house in cool location. It was very easy to reach all of Boston's attractions by public transportation with a pleasant walk to the Red Line. This house was the perfect accommodation for our family.
