NEW Heated Salt Pool & Spa on Waterfront Canal

Our family spent the Thanksgiving Holiday at this great property. Plenty to do for all! Pool, ping pong, air hockey, wonderful pool, great outdoor space. The salt water pool and hot tub were fantastic. You could relax in the warm water and watch the manatee’s bob up and down in the canal. The comfortable furniture was great for night time movies. There was no detail overlooked here. The property managers were very responsive. We will absolutely be back to this spot again. Thank you Emperor. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The house was very easy to find and in a beautiful quiet community. The canal was beautiful and peaceful. The pool and spa were wonderful!!! The house was extremely clean!! Everyone loved playing pool, ping pong and arcade games!

The location was very nice, and the views from the back porch were really beautiful. We got to see some wildlife including a gator floating by slowly. The game room was a big hit for the kids too!

My family had a great time at this amazing house. The house was very clean, had everything we needed, and the communication was great. The kids had a blast in the kayaks and even got to pet sone manatees that were in the canal on the last day, that was the highlight on their trip. When the pool is complete this is going to be even better…highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time and spent most of our time in the beautiful pool and watching the manatees, birds and occasional rays in the canal.

The management team is wonderful from start to finish. The property is super clean, contains everything you’ll need. Just bring your clothes and food. Loved seeing the manatees and dolphin out the back door, and the pool is amazing! Definitely pay to have it heated in the winter. It was 95 in the pool and 101 in the hot tub with the heat. Very quiet neighborhood and private from neighbors. This was our first time renting with Emperor and we will always rent from them in the future. They go above and beyond to ensure your stay is wonderful. Thank you so much for sharing your slice of Heaven with us!

Excellent rental for our family. We have teens and a 3 year old and was perfect for both. Location is great as you can kayak right on canal from home easily and kids can fish from the dock! The salt water pool was super nice. The garage was converted into a teen room which is perfect as it has 4 bunk beds with air hockey, games, and pac man arcade. The teens had their space this way. Nice quiet neighborhood which we liked. The beds are memory foam and firm which is good or bad depending on what you like. I prefer a softer regular mattress but we liked this place for our family anyways. Rental company was accommodating and easy to get a hold of. House was very clean!! We will likely rent this again when we visit Tampa next time!

Beautiful home, very responsive hosts! The backyard view is quite beautiful.

We only stayed for a few days but in the few days we saw many Manatee. A mom and baby too! The house was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and spices! The master bed was so comfortable! They left washing machine pods for us❤️. Lots of games, lots of towels! Huge TVs that we loved! House cooled nicely. The host was always getting back to us quickly or asking what else we needed. Beautiful property! Very quiet neighborhood and neighbors.

This is a Must Stay!! Stunning home with amazing hosts. This home is more beautiful than it shows in the pictures! It’s very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The home is thoughtfully decorated from the art throughout the home to the luxury beds, couches, and dining areas. It is very comfortable for a large family or group. There are smart tvs in each room, a video game(PAC-Man), and 2 game tables to occupy your time. The front and back yards are serenely landscaped. The backyard has a peaceful patio and deck with a gas grill, sitting areas, a dock for fishing or kayaking; fishing poles and 2 kayaks with life jackets are included!! The kitchen & bathrooms are fully stocked with everything needed for our stay. We felt right at home with a little piece of paradise. The host was wonderful, kind, and checked in often to see if we were comfortable or needed anything. We look forward to staying here again. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOME! Categories

It was a great and pleasure staying at Mark's. The team strives to provide epic experience to us and handle communication professionally. We visited Tampa for the Bowl game to watch our son play! It was located close to the stadium, shopping, & fun. The hosts were very responsive, to the point that it felt like we had a concierge on hand if needed. The home was clean, and had everything we needed to cook, relax, and feel safe! Our teenagers enjoyed the heated pool, and Manatee watching! The neighbors were pleasant as well! If we return to Tampa this will be on the list to book again!

The house is a little old but well remodel and maintained. The Lake in the back yard of the house gives a pleasant view and the game room was a great time pass during our stay. This place is located just 15 mins away from Airport, 30 mins drive to Clearwater Beach, and 30 mins away from Bush Gardens. Mark and his team from Emperor Rentals responded within 15 mins to every question we had.
