We liked that the house was close to eating places, grocery, and the on and off ramp to the freeway. The house also looked recently refreshed and was clean. However, it appears an ant problem is starting and the owners should probably treat it now before it becomes a big problem. We liked the desks throughout the house as we had to work and use our laptops on the trip. Also liked that it was in a quiet neighborhood and had AC. Suggestions we have: 1) Mark the edge of the step-up between the kitchen and the dining area with some kind of color strip. Two of us tripped on it on Day 1 so we rolled up towels and put it on the lower floor to remind us to step-up/step-down. 2) The door between the kitchen and the hallway opens into the 2nd bathroom so you have to partially close that door to get into the bathroom. This is strange because that hallway door doesn’t even stay closed if you try to close it. suggest remove the door. 3) May want to remove the mini dishwasher. None of the dinner plates or pots and pans fit so only can wash the utensils, cups and small plates. We ended up washing by hand so the valuable counter space was lost and could only use the coffee or toaster at a time. We loved the island in the kitchen. 4) Consider buying a large pot (8 quart) to cook pasta and a 9x13 baking pan for casseroles & baking. We bought this at Target so cooking saved on meals. Other utensils (mixing spoon or tongs) would be nice. The small post and pans were good quality. Suggest getting another set of dishes and utensils. If not adding please list kitchenware available. intention of unit for renters not cook then micro and refrigerator in kitchen is enough. We wanted to cook due to our schedule and be cost efficient. We could hear talking and walking upstairs. It did keep me up a little later than I preferred but luckily it was manageable but might be a problem if someone is a light sleeper. There were cameras in the dining room and living room as security. we turned the cameras around but was told not to unplug. I feel the cameras should be unplugged or removed while occupied as they could still hear us if we conversed and I felt this was an invasion of privacy. Overall, we give it the unit 3 out of 5 stars.

The house has cute decorations. The pillows were comfy. The lighting in the house was nice that we could dim them. There was a few areas that didn't get a full counter wipe down. The host was very informative. The kitchen was small yet effective to use. Just need to add a few more basic items to make it easier.

Overall, this unit is very comfortable. There was plenty of room for four adults (Parents and two adult children). Bedrooms , living room, dining room, and bathrooms were good size. Various parts had been updated and were very nice. Some parts were in need of updating, but were adequate.
