We stayed here when I took my son and his friend to Nashville for a concert. It was incredibly clean and well maintained and had just enough space for us without feeling cramped. The boys loved the rooftop access! There is a lot of street noise but the host has provided fans that blocked out any noise while we were sleeping. I would definitely be open to staying here again.

This condo was a great choice for me, my husband, our adult daughter and her friend. Quick drive or Uber to Broadway, The Gulch, Nissan Stadium and great shopping at Opry Mills. Updated decor, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and fun rooftop deck. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Checkin and access were very quick and easy-even for a senior woman! Stepping in was like a great exhale. So clean and everyithing looked new. So many great extras, like a new kitchen, but one thing we often struggle with but NOT here-plugs everywhere!!!! It was truly a perfect place to be and plenty nearby. Thank you!!!

My wife & I plus our little Yorkie stayed here for a quick getaway from Ft Worth. The price was very good, the unit was clean and stocked with all the essentials you may need. The location was halfway between downtown and the Osprey, so easy to visit both areas. WThe rooftop public area was nice as well. We had a great stay.

We loved staying here…the place was exactly as indicated in the photos. We had everything we needed and we were super close to our friend’s places in East Nashville. We can’t wait to travel back to Nashville again we had so much fun and this place was just perfect for our trip.

It was just as beautiful as the pictures and incredibly clean, which was the most important thing we were hoping for in order for us to have a comfortable stay. The property was easy to locate. It is not in a residential neighborhood if that’s what you’re looking for during your stay. It is on a pretty noisy street and a train passes through around 2:30. You cannot hear the noise from the bedroom but any sleeping on the trifold sofa in the living room will find it noisy. The pillows were smelly, and neither the pillows or the mattresses had protectors which is unsanitary. There was also no designated closet in the apartment. Only a utility closet with a bar (half long over the basket and other cleaning supplies and washer/ dryer. If these things are a problem, stay somewhere else.

Condo was cute. Sleeps 4 but on 2 bar stools son only 2 could eat at a time or 2 had to stand and eat. Bedroom was relatively quiet for sleeping but the people on the pull out couch had car headlights and road noise including a train nearly, city buses, fire trucks etc going by waking them up. It was ok for a family of 4 but would have been better for just 2. Very clean which was great and appreciated. Definitely have stayed in some places with subpar cleaning and this was top notch

Everything was as listed, only issue was during checkin. The code that was sent did not initially work so we called the office and after 15 minutes they were able to let us in. The apartment was clean and cute and the beds were comfortable.

Absolutely loved the cute condo, amenities, and location. We had a great long weekend and appreciate the timeliness in communication with the property owner. We enjoyed the rooftop and lights despite the weather. We would definitely recommend and be back to stay.

The place was great - exactly as described. Clean, well designed, and easy to find. The only hiccup was the checkout. The online message said 10 but the binder at the VRBO said 11. We left at 10 but then later I saw another online VRBO message that we needed to go online and say we checked out. However, this was never mentioned anywhere else and I wasn’t checking VRBO messages while on vacation.

What a cute condo located in East Nashville! It was perfect for our needs…2 adults and our two dogs. Unfortunately the winter storm hit while we were there so we were stuck inside instead of getting to experience Nashville. However, the communication of the host was incredible and they extended our stay for a nominal fee when it was not safe to leave. We will definitely be back and stay here if it is available!

Overall, everything was amazing! Location was close enough to broadway for frequent visits and all broadway wants/desires but without all of the broadway noise, owner’s stay requests are very clear, very clean, and we felt safe the entire stay.

This property was very nice and clean inside. We enjoyed our stay there. It's very close to the downtown Nashville area. We were able to take a reasonable Uber to Broadway. We stayed with our dog and had no problems. Only issue is it's close to the train and a pawn shop nextdoor.

Our stay was amazing, the condo is right across from the grocery store and Walmart right down the road. The location was in amazing shape and the bed was very comfortable. The price is a great deal for the location and I would highly recommend to stay here. Management is also very kind and helping when needed.

The property was nice. My biggest drawback is in the description. It said it was within walking distance to the bars, and it was about 6 miles to get to downtown Nashville, where the bars at are at Broadway.

The location was halfway between downtown and the Osprey, so easy to visit both areas. WThe rooftop public area was nice as well. We had a great stay.
