Great location, house was well appointed and warm and inviting. We were in Springfield for a volleyball tournament that ened up getting canceled due an ice storm. We had to leave a day early because the roads and access was so bad in the area. Only thing was the fireplace wasnt working and thr TV needs a subscription to use.

The location was great, close to Eugene and hiking places. Linens were cheap, fireplace was shut off or not workable and it rained and/or snowed most of the time we were there. Weird hand out/directions from the owner, more about rules than interest in our comfort. No throw blankets and the furniture, brown velour looked dirty/stained. I realize this is a pet friendly house which is great but the one loose blanket I found smelled like wet dog. The pictures looked nice but the house did not live up to them.

Walked briefly through the house. It was ok. No screen on back slider. Bathroom is dark like a cave. Fireplace doesn’t work per other reviews. Backyard is nothing short of a hazard. Not gated for your pets, they can walk right out. Fence, deck and gazebo was all rotted wood and the gazebo is actually tilted and ready to come down but they thought it was safe for a hammock. Patio furniture was rotted as well. I don’t like leaving a bad review but it’s really unsafe. If a young child were to jump on the hammock, it would probably end up with at trip to ER.

We stayed here to be close to Hayward Field and it was a great location! The trails are literally in the backyard for walking/running and the University is a super short drive. We could have easily walked to Hayward Field if we wanted. The home provided us with everything we needed and the backyard was a nice and quiet place to reset after the day. The beds were very comfortable for sleeping. Our only complaint is the bathroom water pipes are quite loud. Our host was extremely helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again when back in the area.

The house is beautiful, fully stocked, with the most comfortable beds. The yard backs up to the park which has miles and miles of walking paths along the river. The yard also wraps around to the other side of the house so you get two separate yard experiences. Highly recommend this house, especially for those headed to Autzen, which is less than a 5 minute drive away

We have stayed in a few locations in Eugene (VRBO and hotels), and we have always had a great experience. This was our first pet friendly home. This is an amazing location. Alton Baker is right outside your door. The house is clean and well equipped. We loved the backyard and during the summer it would have been an even better place to hang out. Thanks to Mackenzie who did all she could to answer questions even came out to take care of the door lock when we had managed to jam it.

The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. The home is nicely decorated and yard is beautiful but we were very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness. None of the towels smelled fresh, all of the white wash cloths are stained, kitchen floor was sticky and I felt the need to wash the pots, plates and utensils before using them. It's unfortunate because this home and neighborhood were both very beautiful. I will also note that the backyard is not closed in so our dogs could not run around off leash. Check in was easy and the host responded quickly.

Great place for a family to share time. Dining table before huge picture window to enjoy nature outside. Quiet, clean and as advertised. Had a couple things that did not work well but let management know. Did not affect our time together. Contact was great to work with. Thank you

Property was really clean, easy to get to. There was a nice trail within easy walking distance from house. This trail made it super easy to get to hayward field. The host was really nice and great at communication.

despite being close to the highway, it was very quiet in the house. We had our dog with us and even though it was rainy a lot, we had a great time exploring the seemingly endless and beautiful park-never took the same route twice! The house was clean and the bed was comfortable. Cute neighborhood but nice and close to shops, restaurants, bars, etc. Unfortunately, we had to cut our stay short so didn't get the full effect of being in the area but what we did experience was great.

This is a very comfortable home in a great location- The neighborhood is very quiet and right next to Alton Baker park and endless running trails. The house is a good size but has a few quirks. There is no dresser or place to put clothes, etc in the master bedroom. The bathroom and kitchen could benefit from some upgrades and improved cleanliness.

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful, well-appointed, pet-friendly home! We were very comfortable, had everything we needed and many extras including area maps and recommendations. Comfy beds with nice linens. Mackenzie was very quick to respond when we had a question. We will definitely stay here the next time we all visit together!

The house is in a great location and very comfortable. It had everything we needed. Mackenzie was extremely welcoming and helpful. We would stay here again and would definitely recommend it. 5 stars!

We came to the area to tour wineries...the location was excellent and the house was very cute and served our needs well. A couple concerns came up related to maintenance...host was always quick to respond, but it seems there is a disconnect between that person and whoever might actually be able to address the concerns in a timely manner. Overall stay was really nice, but could have been better if maintenance concerns were addressed during our stay.

We have stayed in a few locations in Eugene (VRBO and hotels), and we have always had a great experience. This was our first pet friendly home. This is an amazing location. Alton Baker is right outside your door. The house is clean and well equipped. We loved the backyard and during the summer it would have been an even better place to hang out. Thanks to Mackenzie who did all she could to answer questions even came out to take care of the door lock when we had managed to jam it.

The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. The home is nicely decorated and yard is beautiful but we were very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness. None of the towels smelled fresh, all of the white wash cloths are stained, kitchen floor was sticky and I felt the need to wash the pots, plates and utensils before using them. It's unfortunate because this home and neighborhood were both very beautiful. I will also note that the backyard is not closed in so our dogs could not run around off leash. Check in was easy and the host responded quickly.

We stayed here to be close to Hayward Field and it was a great location! The trails are literally in the backyard for walking/running and the University is a super short drive. We could have easily walked to Hayward Field if we wanted. The home provided us with everything we needed and the backyard was a nice and quiet place to reset after the day. The beds were very comfortable for sleeping. Our only complaint is the bathroom water pipes are quite loud. Our host was extremely helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again when back in the area.

despite being close to the highway, it was very quiet in the house. We had our dog with us and even though it was rainy a lot, we had a great time exploring the seemingly endless and beautiful park-never took the same route twice! The house was clean and the bed was comfortable. Cute neighborhood but nice and close to shops, restaurants, bars, etc. Unfortunately, we had to cut our stay short so didn't get the full effect of being in the area but what we did experience was great.

The house is beautiful, fully stocked, with the most comfortable beds. The yard backs up to the park which has miles and miles of walking paths along the river. The yard also wraps around to the other side of the house so you get two separate yard experiences. Highly recommend this house, especially for those headed to Autzen, which is less than a 5 minute drive away

This was the perfect place for a multi-generational weekend to watch the Ducks play! Perfect location to walk to Autzen, & overall just get around the greater Eugene/Springfield area. We’d definitely stay here again in the future!!

The location to this house is amazing, especially for dog owners, and anyone wanting to walk along some great hiking paths. The house itself is great, very comfortable and had everything we needed.If you do have larger dogs, the back fence is on the low end, so our dogs would have jumped it in a flash, so could not have stayed outdoors unsupervised. However, the copious amount of walking paths made yp for that.We definitely would use this house again in the future and recommend it highly...
