First off, we have traveled extensively the past year. We have rented from VRBO, Furnished Finders and this house was undoubtedly the poorest selection we have experienced. Your Home is in need of serious upgrades and maintenance. The new paint was completed by someone that does not understand the meaning of detail. Worst trim painting I have ever seen. The kitchen was dirty and lacked essentials items. No dressers in the bedrooms was shocking.Although our interactions with the owner/manager was pleasant, it does not improve the home.I could go on, but suffice it to say, we will never consider utilizing a property listed with Evolve.
