we had an early morning flight and the hotel was perfect since it is located in the Frankfurt Airport. The staff at check in great and the rooms were spacious and comfy. The bar downstairs was great for drinks and food - no need to leave the hotel.

You can't beat this hotel for convenience. Make connections by rail or air all over Europe without leaving the building. The Tasverne restaurant downstairs in the adjacent Sheraton is good German cuisine, and the staff is excellent.

Room seemed clean but the bed had some black crumbly stuff on it...not food. I briskly brushed it off but when I pulled the covers down the black stuff was all IN the bed plus long black hairs. VERY dirty! Got a different room and they offered free breakfast and Starbucks, which we had no time to take advantage of. We did get a free drink at the bar. 2nd room was great except a long black hair IN the bed but at least it looked clean other than that. Food was excellent at their restaurant for dinner.

booked king bed got a twin bedded room - accessible bathroom, was not informed. wifi did not work - had to call reception. minibar locked. coffee machine in the room and water heater in the room, not tea not coffee etc. which is provided in a 3 star hotel. paid euro 347,-- for the night with breakfast. mentioned my complain at check out, nobody cares.

When I checked in at 9pm I was told that there were no king beds had left (which was what I had booked for) and would I be okay with two beds. I said no problem although they shouldn’t sell rooms they don’t have. I asked the receptionist that it was 2 double/queen beds and she said yes. I then went to the room to find two single beds and a disabled bathroom where the water from the shower made everything went. The other receptionist was telling the guests next to me that they would get a disabled room and I think I could have been also explained and given the chance, especially as a Marriott member.

After an exhausting 18-hour journey from Seoul, I arrived at the desk at 11 PM only to be informed of water issues due to airport repairs. They claimed hot water was working but "not too hot." With an important meeting near Frankfurt scheduled for 8 AM the next day, I attempted to shower at 5 AM only to discover there was NO hot water whatsoever. While I can understand technical problems occur, I find it unacceptable that no compensation was offered for this significant inconvenience. Marriott, I'm done with your overpriced service. True hospitality means genuinely caring for customers - a concept you clearly don't understand.

The A/C in this hotel does not work. It is so hot that it’s impossible to sleep. It was cooler outside but the windows could not be opened. There was no way to get relief from the heat.

Easy in every respect. Close to the airport and train station. There's a nice grocery shop a few hundred meters away in the train station building if you want to build your own lunch/dinner. Do your Bonvoy membership before you go because connecting to WIFI can be a challenge

Absolutely terrible. Requested a lower floor because I understand that the air conditioning in Europe is much different from the United States. Got into the room. The air would not turn on after I told it was working fine. Since service people up three times over a four hour period. Then finally requested a fan. They brought one, but it needed a remote so it did not properly work. Woke up in the room was roughly 76°. Extremely uncomfortable. Service maintenance. Staff was excellent. Front desk was terrible. Extremely rude and almost made me feel uncomfortable. There are five hotels all within walking distance as this Marriott, I strongly suggest you take any one of them except for this one.

There was a women waitress in the restaurant area who was very rude. She took our order, i ordered a drink and cheese cake. My husband ordered a beer. I had finished my drink and cheesecake and my husband still didnt have his beer so he went and got one from the bar. She came back and lectured us on how we need to go through her. She was rude and never checked on us. About an hour later we had to track her down for our check.the manager was very helpful and accommodating. The lady who checked us in had a major attitude as well. Our room was decent but the table near the couch had someone elses drink .marks all over it so it made me womder what else had not been cleaned. There is definitely more issues with staff having attitudes but i hate writing reviews. I though it was necessary this time

The Marriott Frankfurt Airport location is one of my favorites to go to. I've been there several times and they are always fantastic. This is a very well run hotel with incredible staff. The best of the best.

Amazing customer service ,we felt like we were in 5 star accommodations at check in . Nice late check out accommodation. At check out 2 customer service attendants asked what flight we were on and personally escorted us to our airline and directed us to the appropriator security baggage check point ! We appreciated their efforts tremendously and gave them a nice tip !

With a work colleague, we had two separate rooms. Both were uncomfortably warm. Engineering couldn't fix. We asked for fans. Unhelpful front desk clerk said not possible. One of our rooms had the security mechanism broken and dangling from wall. Can engineering fix. Not possible. Can switch rooms? Sold out, not possible. Can we get anything we want. Apparently not possible. We noticed shabby details in both rooms, in hallways, in elevators -- chipped walls, scuffed and chipped paint, signs of little or deferred maintenance. We went to breakfast and returned to find that our keys were disabled. Couldn't get into rooms, couldn't even get elevators to work. Front desk said our keys had "expired" and made new ones for us. All in all, not a hotel experience we would repeat. Restaurant had excellent service and good food, although pricey.

Hotel is in a great location! Perfect access to Frankfurt Airport! Service levels still lack in the bar and restaurant area! The staff always appear to be too busy to help. Check in was fine but the front desk seem reluctant to assist otherwise. Asked for a cork screw; go to the bar….ask to print a boarding pass; go to the business centre in the Sheraton. Since all the desk staff handled enquiries this way ; assume this is the direction given! Could be so much better!

Property is very near the airport, however there is a lack of signage at arrivals which makes it difficult to know how to get there. The elevators in the airport are SLOW and always full, so if you can take luggage up the escalator to third floor, all works well.

Great for an overnight layover at FRA. Only issue was upon arrival, couldn't find signs/maps to direct us to the hotel, so ended up walking around outside the airport for quite a while in the dark. Once we found the hotel, it was great!

Only issue with property is trying to locate it when driving in from Frankfurt. We used an Uber and the driver had difficulty in navigating his way to the hotel from the highway. Otherwise the property was great.

The Frankfurt airport had construction going on. It was kind of hard to reach the hotel. Breakfast was expensive €70 for two people. Overall, the selection for buffet was nice

Good and convenient property. Dining option limited— sportsbar place was noisy and had a very limited menu choices. Ended up ordering room service, which had more options. Expedia, I have been using you for years and have never gotten a room upgrade or special welcome amenity at one of your properties. What’s up with that?
