Stayed overnight after going to Proctors for the last waltz. Everything was great. Neighborhood is nice but watch out for some sketchy ppl walking the road. Felt safe inside.

Owner was very responsive to questions. It was great to have room for two cars. Overall, a very nice 1 night stay while we were in town for a race.

The house is lovely with hardwood floors. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils. Plenty of linens in the bathroom. The house was very clean.

A good value. An inexpensive option. Clean and safer than it seems. Yet, dozens of DYI renovations and repairs that made it odd and unpleasant. For instance: some kitchen cabinets open the wrong way, oven control miscalibrated, bouncy makeshift shelf for microwave, one modest-sized bedroom filled with a king bed and no dresser, some light switches were in odd places (halfway into room, in hall for kitchen), bright cold lightbulbs gave eerie pale look, some outlets were upside down, hardware held on with drywall and assorted screws, discolorations in paint, warped floor, cheap, tacky décor and furnishings, dust bunnies under bed and on fridge, bin full of standing water outside breeding mosquitoes, broken glass on grass along side of house, etc.
