My wife and I had a very enjoyable stay. We had wanted to revisit Leavenworth and wanted a place nearby, and the Mountainview Suite was very convenient at less than 5 miles out of town. Communication was timely and check in was easy with a code. The hosts had left some cookies and flowers to greet us, along with a nice note to make sure we had everything we needed. Their suite is tastefully decorated, with high ceilings (and tall doors!), had what we needed as far as the kitchenette, and the king bed was super comfortable. We briefly met the hosts (Bob and Janlee) who were very friendly and personable. Their home is just off the hwy so there can be a bit of road noise, as well as the occasional train, but since we like the sound of trains that was a plus for us! We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to others to enjoy!

Brand new home with guest suite on the end, high end finishes and details, including a KING sized bed with the softest, lightest, warmest down comforter ever! Sleep with the window open to hear the stream gurgling by and the frogs serenading each other in the summer! Gorgeous bathroom with double sinks, heated floors, and fabulous, giant walk-in shower. Kitchen has a generous amount of counter space which is nice to be able to sit at and not feel cramped, or spread out when you're making light meals (no stove or hot plate, just microwave). Mid-sized refrigerator also generously spaced to store all your perishables. Spacious living room and closets. This guest suite makes an excellent spot to base your adventures and exploration of Leavenworth, or winter activities nearby or up at Steven's Pass. Nice that it's a couple miles out of the downtown busy-ness, too. Owners are lovely folks, too, responsive! You'll enjoy this little gem if you book it!

Great little location. Tucked in a nice soluted area. We were welcomed with homemade cookies and beautiful flowers. Everything was nice and clear. We felt at home. Bonus the bathroom floors are heated.

Owners have done a beautiful job with this space and there are many thoughtful touches such as a heated bathroom floor, featherweight comforter and welcoming homemade cookies. A bench at the creek on the property provides a contemplative space to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and bird life. Close to town. Will absolutely return.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and well maintained. The location was great as it was close to the Main Street but just outside of it so it was quite peaceful. Communication with the hosts was super easy. We would stay here again if we’re back in the area!

Inside the suite you\'ll find a little book of guest reviews. "Wonderful" is the key word. We added our vote for "Wonderful" to the group. I am a long-time property manager. It is challenging to keep your rentals maintained. This owner not only does that, but the place is so clean and well kept you feel like it\'s being rented for the first time. Four miles from Leavenworth made the location not only quiet but convenient. The owners responded to text inquiries, although we had none related to the rental. Sometimes one wants a hotel with all the amenities, restaurants, and facilities, and sometimes one just wants peace and quiet. Stay here if you want the latter. We loved our stay!!

Beautiful property with high ceilings located at the base of a mountain slope. The snow tranformed the area into a magical getaway vacation. My only small gripe is that I wish the brita filter had been changed and washed as there was some scum built up inside of it. Thank you

We came to see our son perform in the Leavenworth Summer Theatre productions. This was a great location and the perfecr setup. The rooms were so nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Hosts were so friendly and helpful - especially the homemade cookies! Great town to visit for a weekend and a wonderful place to stay.

Our stay was fabulous because the hosts made us feel like home the moment we arrived. The suite was so neat and tidy. The king size bed was so comfy and the sheets smelled so fresh. The bathroom had two sinks which my husband enjoyed, but what was most memorable were the homemade chocolate chip cookies that were available for us when we arrived. Looking forward to another visit in the near future.

We loved everything about this house! We were very appreciative of the little welcome goods that were waiting for us when we arrived. The house was exactly as described on the listing. The bed was very comfortable, and the heated bathroom floors were a very welcome bonus. Everything around the house is very pretty, especially in the snow that we had during our stay. It was extremely nice and thoughtful for the homeowners to come out after a pretty heavy snow and shovel out the snow all around our car. They cleared everything around there, and that was super helpful when we got back in our car that night to head into Leavenworth for dinner. We really liked this home and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the Leavenworth area. We would stay there again for sure if we ever make it back up there from North Carolina.

We haven’t had a better VRBO experience than staying at this guest suite. It was perfect for our weekend visit to Leavenworth. Highlights: Spacious, clean and comfortable for two. Quality details: very nice bedding, towels, dishes, dinnerware, glasses, soaps, shampoo, etc. Gracious hosts, who will help with any local questions. The location is just 4 miles out of town, and no problem whatsoever if you have a vehicle.

My wife and I had a very enjoyable stay. We had wanted to revisit Leavenworth and wanted a place nearby, and the Mountainview Suite was very convenient at less than 5 miles out of town. Communication was timely and check in was easy with a code. The hosts had left some cookies and flowers to greet us, along with a nice note to make sure we had everything we needed. Their suite is tastefully decorated, with high ceilings (and tall doors!), had what we needed as far as the kitchenette, and the king bed was super comfortable. We briefly met the hosts (Bob and Janlee) who were very friendly and personable. Their home is just off the hwy so there can be a bit of road noise, as well as the occasional train, but since we like the sound of trains that was a plus for us! We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to others to enjoy!

Bob and Janlee have thought of everything, including delicious homemade chocolate chip cookies waiting for us. It was very clean, cozy and comfortable. My husband and I loved the proximity to town, while staying in this quiet retreat. We would definitely stay here again!Thanks!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and well maintained. The location was great as it was close to the Main Street but just outside of it so it was quite peaceful. Communication with the hosts was super easy. We would stay here again if we’re back in the area!

It is challenging to keep your rentals maintained. This owner not only does that, but the place is so clean and well kept you feel like it\'s being rented for the first time. Four miles from Leavenworth made the location not only quiet but convenient. The owners responded to text inquiries, although we had none related to the rental. Sometimes one wants a hotel with all the amenities, restaurants, and facilities, and sometimes one just wants peace and quiet. Stay here if you want the latter. We loved our stay!!

The suite is perfect from the heated bathroom tiles to the comfortable king sized bed. It’s close enough to town but far enough away that you can enjoy the stars in the nighttime sky. The owners are onsite and friendly. We will definitely be back!

The owners were very pleasant & our lodgings were so welcoming and comfortable. There were homemade cookies to greet us, cold water in the fridge and heated flooring in the bathroom. AND there was no requirement to launder linens, take out trash and wash dishes at the end of our stay. Highly recommended!!
