Heated Pool, 5 Min to Busch Gardens 3BR Sleeps 6, Sunlit Pool Haven

My wife and daughters stayed here. The house is very nice and the property management was great with communication. Location is a little sketchy. Uber drivers told them do not go out at night. Pool was nice, but its completely shaded by large trees so your not getting any sun. Which might be nice in the extreme summer heat. Ants were an issue outside by the pool making it not great to lay out. Overall, the house is very nice. Just be aware of your surroundings and plan some beach days if your looking for sun. :)

This house is a great house! I love all the finishes. The appliances are high end. The bed was soooo comfy. I slept better here than at my own home 😂 Has EVERYTHING we needed to cook with. The coffee station was awesome! The alarm system and cameras was a bonus. We mistakenly tripped the alarm system a couple times😬 while we were there and someone from Emperor would always patiently check up on us to make sure everything was good.❤️ I felt safe and stress free. The neighbors are great. Had a couple conversations with neighbors here and there but they never intrude. The pool is HEATED my family and I definitely took advantage of that perk. Had a great time and swam a few laps. We also grilled out in the very nice fenced backyard. In the grill that was already there provided to us by Emperor. We use the backyard a lot and while we were in the backyard we could here the fireworks going of at Busch Gardens so very close proximity to the theme park. The attention to detail throughout the house was great. There is a pretty cool feature in the bathroom that we all enjoyed. I'll let you guys figure it out 😁 Just all around a wonderful experience. Great host, great house, great backyard. Felt safe and stress free which was great considering it was Thanksgiving week. Thank you all again at Emperor for making our stay enjoyable and for accommodating us after our horrendous experience with our original VRBO. You made our stay at your beautiful property what it should have been from the get go. Thank you again Lisa

The house is beyond clean and comfortable. The beds are comfortable, the amenities are wonderful, and the area really isn't that bad. The location is great, so close to attractions. The back yard is spacious with the pool and very awesome for those traveling with pets. Would definitely book again!

This is a nice place that has been nicely renovated and put together to feel like home for anyone, as pictured. It's very clean and the host is very generous with everything they provide. The house is also close to everything and right off the main street that takes you to stores, restaurants, etc; takes 5 minutes to hop on the highway. The pool was nice for the kids as it's only 4 feet deep and good temperature too. There was also a tv in each room so everyone got to watch their own show/games. Enough seating for large families between the kitchen and the dining room. The host also stayed in touch from booking all the way to checkout to be sure we didn't need anything. Overall, great host, a great place, nice and quiet location. Thank you Mark and team for hosting us.

The home is really nice I thought the home would be bigger. Even though that wasn’t what I expected the house is still extremely nice!!! It’s very well kept and clean! We were provided with amenities such as cleaning products towels and toiletries. The pool and outside area is wonderful even though I can’t swing the pooo is only 4 feet which made it very enjoyable for me!! The neighborhood doesn’t not look very appealing but the neighbors are quite and nice. Any family would be happy to stay in this home.. also close to a lot of shopping areas.

It was an adorable little home. My family really enjoyed our stay here. The pool was the perfect temperature and not too deep for the kids to enjoy too. The house had all the amenities needed for it to feel like a second home. They had smart tvs in every room so the kids could watch their cartoons no matter where they were. The neighborhood was a bit rough when we ventured out but close to downtown Tampa and not too far from Clearwater but far enough to avoid the tourists. Great food in the area as well. The modern design was nice and the fully equipped kitchen was also a huge bonus. Pots, pans, plates, etc. I didn’t cook but Knowing I could if I needed to makes me eager to book the home again for our next trip here. Thanks again for your hospitality 💜 😊

The place is great, everything you need is supplied. Cozy living room, open kitchen with everything just like home. Pool was great just the right size not to deep kids enjoyed. So close to Busch Gardens and Walmart market is just down the street for groceries. Host was very attentive.

Great home and it is 100% as advertised. Looks to be completely renovated from top to bottom. Mark and his staff were awesome at communication and for any questions I asked, they were quick with a response. I recommend that if you stay there, you bring some type of battery operated light if you intend on swimming, grilling or just hanging out in the backyard after dark as there is no lighting. As others stated, the neighborhood is not the safest but we had zero issues and everyone who walked by was very friendly. Everything was within a 5-10 minute drive including the zoo, Busch Gardens, grocery stores and gas stations. I would definitely stay there again!

Words cannot describe how awesome this place was and how wonderful the host was!!! Immaculately clean with unbelievably modern appliances and decor. We have a rescued ex-racing greyhound who is afraid of hard floors and is OCD about cleanliness, so we have to be very careful about where we stay and this place was perfect. It literally looks like no one has ever stayed there: a big fenced-in yard with a wonderful heated pool, 3 bedrooms with plenty of space, every amenity you could think of, towels, cooking utensils, a nightlight and music for the bathroom!! In addition, the host was so attentive and genuinely caring to our needs. 5 stars,🌟 would definitely stay here again:)

Mark was very welcoming, we loved it! Although the outside is nice it does the inside no justice! Everything is so modern, clean & crisp. Ample supplies, wash cloths provided (rare), soft towels, we forgot our toiletries bag & Mark even had toothbrushes & toothpaste. The pool was super warm, shower was hot. Streaming Services & WiFi worked great. The tv in the living space is huge. Only 13 minutes from the airport & 30 minutes from Clearwater! Thanks for your hospitality!

The home and communication were top notch! Very accommodating and so prompt on messages. The home is very very clean and was perfect for our family. Check in was easy and efficient. We felt they went above and beyond in the remodel of the home and in adding the tiny details to make us feel welcomed. The backyard was perfect and fully fenced in for our pet and allowed us peace of mind for safely playing instead of just walks on a leash. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Just make sure silverware is clean. I can suggest to get those towel Mats for the bathroom when you get out of the tub. I would also recommend taking out the tub floor Mat as hair and everything get stuck on it. Other then that place was great, it felt like I was home! Very comfortable!

My wife and I, along with our 3 young kids, rented this home for a week in Summer 2021 to explore the Tampa area. The home is a compact 3 BR 1BA that was extremely well equipped (modern kitchen) and is decorated throughout the with style. The WiFi was good and each of the bedrooms (and the living room) have Smart TVs. The hosts (Mark & Aline) were extremely responsive to all our inquiries; their thoughtful touches to the home made our stay super comfortable. This is an ideal home if you need a cozy pivot point to explore the larger Tampa Bay area and you are safe renting from these hosts.
