Good location, just out of town up a small hill with great views over the harbour and town. Comfort rooms overlooking the pool were of a good size. Swimming pool area was good with plenty of space - just wish one of the pools (the tub area?) had been kept as adult only. Very friendly staff. Buffet food was standard but lacked a little variety - though we were only there 2 days.

Staff were helpful, breakfast was lovely. Hotel is a short walk to old town. Clean, comfortable, helpful staff. Close to old town, old town ferry port and many restaurants. Would recommend the hotel and would stay there again.

It’s a decent enough option but getting a little tired in places - I probably didn’t have the best room overlooking an overgrown yard around the back in a small self contained wing. Other rooms in the main building had better views My room was ok - the bed was nice enough and the a/c worked well, but the bathroom was getting a bit old and needed a refresh. It just felt a bit gloomy as there wasn’t much light from outside Breakfast and a surprise half board buffet were both adequate (actually the salad part of of evening buffet was particularly well stocked with options). Given the cost of eating out in this area it was welcome to keep the cost down. The dining room is a bit utilitarian though. Getting into town was easy and there was a great bar just down the hill. The best place for sea swimming was the public beach also towards town as there was no obvious sea swimming facilities run by the hotel which was disappointing given how beautiful the sea is here. The pool area was spacious though. Plenty of parking though which can be a drama otherwise
