Bella Sirena was great for the family - no safety concerns, two heated pools, and perfect for spring break with some kids (including ours) running around but under control and quiet by around 9pm. Dining and a bar onsite, easy beach access, and close to everything. Haven't been to Rocky Point in 20 years, amazing Sandy Beach changes from party spot to complete resort area. Can't wait to come back.

Overall rating would be 4.5 stars! The resort was an A- (minus). Our unit was lovely! High quality, Clean and well stocked. We really enjoyed it. Some areas of the Resort were under repair, messy. The landscaping was lush and beautiful, the nicest of any place we saw…and we looked around a lot!

We have stayed at Bella Sirena a couple times now and it never disappoints. Love the greenery and the pools are amazing. Not sure if it was just timing of our trip but the pool bar and restaurant was closed Monday-Wednesday. Either way it was a fantastic trip. There was a tiki bar/restaurant one resort down towards recked at the reef which was nice. The Murphy bed was perfect for our family. If you want a good deal on a two bedroom condo that is really three bedrooms. You can’t miss with this one. Cheers.

Overall, 10/10 stars. Views are excellent. Entire Property including the private beach is very clean and kept up. There are massage ladies on the beach, which make it especially relaxing. Communication with the host was a breeze. I highly recommend it here.

We came down for a few days to relax and enjoy the beach. The house was amazing and the resort is beautiful. The unit is large and well stocked. The staff at resort was amazing and pool and beach were perfect. Tom is a great host and is very responsive. The staff is inviting and hospitable. There are multiple pools and the has chairs for guests. Our stay could not be any better. We will be back!

Don’t even think about it, just book it. Had the best stay, Tom is great and has everything we needed for a pleasant stay. we felt like home, it’s fully equipped with everything needed. Very close to beach, pools and restaurants. There is security enforced which made us feel safe. Will be coming back.

The condo was in a great location at the resort, and I enjoyed being ground level. Close to Swim restaurant and only 3 minute or so walk to the beach. Check in was a bit crazy since I hadn’t been given any info, but was able to get ahold of the owners and got everything sorted out. The condo was well equipped with towels, blankets, beach towels, etc. The kitchen was probably one of most well stocked kitchens we have had in a rental before, which was nice. I was happy to find cleaning supplies under the sink, as I have stayed in rentals before where none were provided. I enjoy being able to keep everything wiped down and cleaned up every night. The only cons we had were that the laundry room had a bad odor to it the duration of our stay, so we tried to keep the door shut when we weren’t using it. My husband and I both thought the pillows in the primary room were too soft, but that’s a personal preference and we know to bring an extra pillow with us in the future. Overall, we had a great stay here and are planning to book the condo again this summer for a return trip.

The place was nice with a great balcony the bathroom smelled a little funky but we ran the shower and it went away. Check in was tough cause Google maps didn't know where it was, but the email had great instructions once I stopped and read them

Great place to stay! Loved there were 2 queens in one bedroom so my teens could each have their own space / bed and didn't have to sleep on a couch or the murphy bed. Hosts even left cold bottled water for us in the refrigerator! Thank you!

Loved the sea shell decor. Room was ver clean and had all the amenities needed. Ice maker in the freezer was a plus. Only downside is that there’s no keyless entry for the front door which makes it a bit inconvenient.

My husband and I had family visiting and decided to go south for a few days to catch the heat. Day 1 and 2 were awesome. Drive around to get situated with the environment and found some great places to eat. The accommodations were great. Everything we needed was readily available. I would say the only thing that would be better was the fact that on day 3 there was a really windy and the blinds made so much noise. I don’t think the windows close tight enough to keep the wind out. Would I stay here again absolutely as the entire stay was worth it over all.

Was just a quick weekend getaway and this condo was perfect for it. Loved that both rooms went out to the large patio that overlooked the pool and had an ocean view. Everything we needed was provided in the condo. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying again!

we arrives a little late on a Friday after work. We had to call Casado after hours number, wait for someone to arrive (only about 15) minutes but then paid a 20 late check-in fee. The priest is fantastic and the place we stay every time. This was our first time in this unit and it was clean, well kept and perfectly situated for a great view.

We enjoyed a nice weekend here. Great size for two people. It’s a little inconvenient that you have to check in at the Casago office instead of at the resort but it’s not far and the people were very nice. We will definitely come back.

The owners thought of everything. Chairs and towels for the beach. Coffee and creamer for the morning. Cute little take home momentous from your stay. The only inconvenience is was you had to check in twice. First in town then again at the resort to get your wristbands and parking pass.

If you are looking for quality, comfort, and beautiful scenery this is it. We will definitely stay here again. We booked our stay a month in advance and expectations were laid out and we were even provided a list of all items we should bring and what additional items are provided. We had a wonderful stay at this BD-703 condo. The resort is amazing, the views from the huge balcony are breathtaking, and the condo looks even better than the pictures. The kitchen is equipped with anything you might need to prepare your meals, although we would recommend visiting the top-rated restaurants in Rocky Point. The condo is clean, nicely decorated, comfortable and quiet. Casago staff is pleasant and helpful, and you will always get a real person helping and answering your questions on the phone. Extremely satisfied and definitely would book again.

Bella Sirena was great for the family - no safety concerns, two heated pools, and perfect for spring break with some kids (including ours) running around but under control and quiet by around 9pm. Dining and a bar onsite, easy beach access, and close to everything. Haven't been to Rocky Point in 20 years, amazing Sandy Beach changes from party spot to complete resort area. Can't wait to come back.

We stayed here for a birthday weekend celebration. Bella Sirena is a great resort with nice pools and a beautiful beach. Good food and service, too. The condo is great for a group. The five of us were very comfortable. Just book it. You won’t be sorry.

We have stayed at Bella Sirena a couple times now and it never disappoints. Love the greenery and the pools are amazing. Not sure if it was just timing of our trip but the pool bar and restaurant was closed Monday-Wednesday. Either way it was a fantastic trip. There was a tiki bar/restaurant one resort down towards recked at the reef which was nice. The Murphy bed was perfect for our family. If you want a good deal on a two bedroom condo that is really three bedrooms. You can’t miss with this one. Cheers.

The condo was in a great location at the resort, and I enjoyed being ground level. Close to Swim restaurant and only 3 minute or so walk to the beach. Check in was a bit crazy since I hadn’t been given any info, but was able to get ahold of the owners and got everything sorted out. The condo was well equipped with towels, blankets, beach towels, etc. The kitchen was probably one of most well stocked kitchens we have had in a rental before, which was nice. I was happy to find cleaning supplies under the sink, as I have stayed in rentals before where none were provided. I enjoy being able to keep everything wiped down and cleaned up every night. The only cons we had were that the laundry room had a bad odor to it the duration of our stay, so we tried to keep the door shut when we weren’t using it. My husband and I both thought the pillows in the primary room were too soft, but that’s a personal preference and we know to bring an extra pillow with us in the future. Overall, we had a great stay here and are planning to book the condo again this summer for a return trip.

Don’t even think about it, just book it. Had the best stay, Tom is great and has everything we needed for a pleasant stay. we felt like home, it’s fully equipped with everything needed. Very close to beach, pools and restaurants. There is security enforced which made us feel safe. Will be coming back.

Beautiful condo, comfortable beds! Small issue getting in due to the code not working but luckily it was fixed immediately. Only down fall was even though it’s ground level, you have stairs in the front entrance and the back so we had to carry our wagon. Everything else was perfect! I would stay here again!
