We had problems with the automated lock when we got there so it took a bit to get into the unit. The unit is definitely older and has some deferred maintenance and repairs needing to be done. The AC filters looked like they were caked with dirt. The bed wasn't very comfortable, every time my husband moved it woke me up and the pillows were really old and flat and there were no pillow protectors. It was a pretty basic unit so as long as you're not looking for any frills or have high expectations then it will work.

Great view from the 2nd floor balcony. Condo is located near stairwell. Comfortable bed and couches. Stayed several days and washer/dryer worked perfectly.
