The house is extremely clean and comfortable. The owners have made sure of this. We all found it to be a great place to come back to after a long day of hiking. It's farther from Zion than Springdale, but we also liked that we had closer access to St. George and Snow Canyon State Park. There was a great park right in the neighborhood that we took the complementary bikes down into and rode along the Virgin River. Beds were sooo comfortable and we all slept so well. The town of Hurricane is close and had a couple of great places to eat as well as the very close River Roasters right in La Verkin. We definitely lucked out booking this home. It's exactly as pictured and even more comfortable.

The wine opener didn’t seem to work but we did bring our own (something to look into), but everything was so perfect, close to a grocery store and a nice sandwich shop with fresh coffee and a bar with drinks up the street. The house is meticulously kept. Everything is absolutely clean and beautiful. Not only that, it seems like the owners built this place just for vacationers, keeping all comforts and amenities in mind. Everything is provided for -- just add food and fun! All of the appliances are top of the line and brand new. The fire pit in the back (with wood and everything needed for a fire) was a nice touch! The kids enjoyed s'mores two nights in a row. Even though we ruined the bumper on our Transit trying to back in to the steep driveway, I'm still giving this place 5 stars! I would just say -- don't try parking in the garage or in the driveway, and you'll be fine. (They do warn about the steepness of the driveway -- we just overestimated the clearance on our van). Seriously, the owners have thought of everything, and renting here made such a wonderful difference on our much-needed vacation. Thank you!!

This property was exactly as listed- very well kept, with lots of little extra touches like coffee, creamer, sugar and basic cooking items- oil, spices etc. The beds were the best we’ve ever stayed in with high end linens. So comfortable! The hot tub was such a welcome treat after long days hiking at Zion and Bryce. The kitchen was well equipped for us to cook delicious meals after our days out. Would highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again if we come back to Utah. We liked that it was about 30 minutes outside of the busyness of the park area.

I highly recommend! The view is excellent. One side has rock mountains and the other side has snow-capped mountains. The house is extremely clean with an excellent layout. They had all that was needed for grilling and cooking. They even had bicycles available for us. The location is great as well. 30 min to Zion. 30 min for suvenior shopping. Two hours from Vegas. They even took our trash down to the road for us!! Don't hesitate, book this house!

Really great house, comfortable beds and couches and well-stocked kitchen. Very clean and a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the hot tub as well as some stargazing in the evenings. The driveway is definitely very steep, so it was nice being able to park in the garage. We would definitely stay again!

House has good bones but it was not cleaned after the prior visitors. It was a bit of a shock to arrive at a Vrbo that is a mess. We walked into a place with dirty towels, dirty sheets, unmade beds, and generally unkempt living spaces. The local contact was difficult to reach and then we had to argue to get cleaners to come. Once cleaned our stay was good. 30 minutes to Zion which did not disappoint. Beautiful park!

We had a great stay at this home in La Verkin. Host was a great communicator, and the home was clean and had everything we needed for a 2 night/3 day stay (and would've been great for a longer stay as well). We loved the comfortable beds (they were really nice), and being close to all of the things around Zion and in particular, some of our favorite mountain bike trails made the trip one for the memory books. Thanks so much for a perfect stay!

Beautiful home. Great location about 30 minutes from the main entrance to Zion. Spotless, well maintained and they have all the little things long distance travelers wouldn't necessarily bring (paper towels, laundry detergent, etc.).

What a beautiful home! Very clean. Looks just like the pictures. We enjoyed the hot tub and sitting around the fire at night. Perfect location to Zion and good restaurants. Beds were comfortable. My family and I would recommend staying here.

First of all, when we walked in the house was so clean I thought if they didn't have plates we could just eat off the floor (not a suggestion...just an observation). But they DID have plates (any everything else you could possibly need). The beds were sooo comfortable! An extremely relaxing home to return to after a long day of hiking! We are from the D.C. area and had no lay of the land when we booked the trip. The house is very close to the grocery store and River Rock Roasting Company. And while Springdale is technically closer if you want to go to Zion, I liked the location of this house. It was close to Zion and St. George (Snow Canyon ). We also loved the park located in the neighborhood. You can walk/bike along the Virgin River right in the backyard. That was very cool! The house is well stocked and the owners clearly make a great effort to ensure you have everything you need which made our long trip out there so relaxing! I got so much credit for booking this house with my family! It's a homerun staying here.

Great location for Zion vacation. Very nice home (new construction). Check in was incredibly easy, keyless access was convenient. Kitchen was well appointed and beds were comfy. We were out exploring Zion during most of our visit, so we didn’t spend much time in La Verkin, but it was a great home base to return to each evening. Would absolutely stay here again, without a doubt. A++

This property was perfect for our group of 5 (extended family). Communal spaces/ kitchen/ dining were bright and inviting. Bedroom spaces were very comfortable and quiet. Kitchen was well-equipped. I loved the location because I could take an early morning walk in the park while others slept in.

The house was very comfortable for our week's stay. It was very private even though it was in a neighborhood. The backyard was a relaxing spot in the evenings. And there was plenty of room for the three of us. Would recommend and would stay again when in town.

We loved everything about this house. Well laid out sleeping arrangements, beautiful decor, great location and very clean! Great communication. Having the garage to park in was very helpful. This was a great base to explore Zion from. The beds were comfy and there was lots of space for us as a group of 6 adults. Only issue was communicating via Evolve, who manages the property, it was tricky to add an extra night but they did respond eventually.

We realized our first night that the water heater was broken and we wouldn't have hot water. This property has a lovely shower and big tub that we were looking forward to after a lake day. The property manager was unfortunately unresponsive all week when we requested early check-in and check-out. I called Evolve for support and they reached out to the Owner about the broken water heater. The Owner and I texted back and forth. I

We stayed with another couple, all of us over 65 but very active. The house is wonderful and in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were very comfy. We contacted the guest consultant as the thermostat was set too high for us and we thought that a few more kitchen items would be appreciated as we cooked most of the meals. Truly within 5 minutes, the thermostat was unlocked to a lower setting remotely and all the items we suggested were ordered through Amazon and delivered to the house. Top knotch service and attention to detail. We were able to park a large SUV and our 8 foot bed F250 King Cab truck in the garage. Amazing!! We hiked Zion, Cedar Breaks and Bryce. Cedar Breaks had great hikes with fabulous views and no crowds. I would highly recommend this wonderful house .

It's farther from Zion than Springdale, but we also liked that we had closer access to St. George and Snow Canyon State Park. There was a great park right in the neighborhood that we took the complementary bikes down into and rode along the Virgin River. Beds were sooo comfortable and we all slept so well. The town of Hurricane is close and had a couple of great places to eat as well as the very close River Roasters right in La Verkin. We definitely lucked out booking this home. It's exactly as pictured and even more comfortable.

The wine opener didn’t seem to work but we did bring our own (something to look into), but everything was so perfect, close to a grocery store and a nice sandwich shop with fresh coffee and a bar with drinks up the street. Plus, only a 20min drive to Zion and the Zion Canyon Hot Springs were only a 3 min. Drive. Truly enjoyed our stay.

We stay in a lot of VRBO homes, and this one is at the top of the list. The home is very spacious, clean, new, and has all of the amenities we needed. After a long day of hiking in Zion, it was nice to return to La Verkin to a comfortable place that felt like home. This home is just a short drive to Zion. Nice restaurants are close by. We especially like Rock River Coffee which serves excellent food all day. We would strongly recommend this home for your Zion trip.

First of all, when we walked in the house was so clean I thought if they didn't have plates we could just eat off the floor (not a suggestion...just an observation). But they DID have plates (any everything else you could possibly need). The beds were sooo comfortable! An extremely relaxing home to return to after a long day of hiking! We are from the D.C. area and had no lay of the land when we booked the trip. The house is very close to the grocery store and River Rock Roasting Company. And while Springdale is technically closer if you want to go to Zion, I liked the location of this house. It was close to Zion and St. George (Snow Canyon ). We also loved the park located in the neighborhood. You can walk/bike along the Virgin River right in the backyard. That was very cool! The house is well stocked and the owners clearly make a great effort to ensure you have everything you need which made our long trip out there so relaxing! I got so much credit for booking this house with my family! It's a homerun staying here.

This property was exactly as listed- very well kept, with lots of little extra touches like coffee, creamer, sugar and basic cooking items- oil, spices etc. The beds were the best we’ve ever stayed in with high end linens. So comfortable! The hot tub was such a welcome treat after long days hiking at Zion and Bryce. The kitchen was well equipped for us to cook delicious meals after our days out. Would highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again if we come back to Utah. We liked that it was about 30 minutes outside of the busyness of the park area.

I highly recommend! The view is excellent. One side has rock mountains and the other side has snow-capped mountains. The house is extremely clean with an excellent layout. They had all that was needed for grilling and cooking. They even had bicycles available for us. The location is great as well. 30 min to Zion. 30 min for suvenior shopping. Two hours from Vegas. They even took our trash down to the road for us!! Don't hesitate, book this house!

This home was perfect for us! Conveniently located for everything we wanted to do! The bed was very comfortable an amenities were just as listed! We visited with family in La Verkin and Hurricane and explored Zion, Kolob Canyon and Cedar Breaks along with riding side by side’s at Sand Mountain! We will be returning and hopefully staying here if it is available when we return!! The host was prompt in returning messages and helped us out with an early check in! We highly recommend this property!
