Friendly staff, great interpersonal skills and very warm welcoming. The accommodation is ultra clean and in a lovely setting. Not far and easy walk into the centre and cathedrals. In house food exceptional.

Amazing hotel last night of a 3 week trip and this was the best hotel we stayed in breakfast and evening meal were great and parking for my Vito van room 602 was great aircon and nice terrace we will definitely be back

Nice modern hotel, including on-site garage parking and a spa with treatment rooms. Helpful, friendly staff. Room (junior suite) was spacious & comfortable. Late lunch (club sandwich + fries) in the bar was good. Rouen has a lot of interest, which reception we’re happy to explain / offer guidance for visits, but as we were only over-nightingale we didn’t need any advice.

The hotel is in a great location and our room was large and pleasant albeit lacking in character. The hotel uses large bottles in the en-suite bathrooms for toiletries however in our room both the shower gel and hand lotion bottles were completely empty. I only discovered the issue mid shower which was annoying. We had to use our own products. This should be checked daily. The breakfast was very disappointing for the price as the variety was poor and there was also an issue with replenishment of hot items
