Our stay was perfect. The home is located walking distance to shops and resaurants, yet quiet and surrounded by green space. I especially enjoyed the Arboretum next door for walking. Home was clean, well appointed and the beds comfy. The porch was wonderful for morning coffee andcreadi g.

Loved everything about this rental for our girlfriend's weekend away. Location was beautiful and peaceful, but an easy walk into town. We had a couple of beautiful weather days for mid-October and we enjoyed happy hour sitting on the back deck admiring the view. The Nannen Arboretum was a nice surprise within a short walk. The home was very clean and as described in the listing. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Tony was very responsive in answering questions and checking in when we arrived to make sure everything was in order. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This Ellicotteville property was perfect for our family of four. We were able to walk to town and had a short drive to Holiday Valley. The unit was clean and beds were comfortable. We were able to make meals in the kitchen and eat at the large table. The family room was comfortable to watch a movie by the electric fireplace. We did not bring our dog but plan to next time we stay here.

The property was clean, easy to check in, and as described in the listing. Hosts were great, they checked in to make sure everything was good. Kitchen was stocked, towels were out, everything made for an enjoyable stay. The neighborhood felt very safe, and we will definitely be returning. We traveled with 2 toddlers, so we loved that the backyard of the place merged with a playground, soccer field, and tennis court. The grill and the firepit on the property were also family favorites. Location was great as we were able to walk (kids in strollers) to downtown Ellicottville where we enjoyed some ice cream.

We enjoyed our relaxing stay at this condo very much. Both front and back porch are covered so was shady when the sun was out and we were dry when it rained. Couldn’t be happier with the hospitality of our hosts. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a great time staying at Tony and Jen’s place! The location is phenomenal, our children had a playground to play around the area, and the dogs had a nice dog park to play as well! We were in very close proximity to town, many restaurants, and a supermarket. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice to wake up feeling relaxed. We highly recommend Tony & Jen’s place! We can’t wait to go back!

The townhome fit all of our needs. It was clean and comfortable and in a lovely neighborhood. The kitchen was a bit small, but it was fine for us. It was very well stocked. Being so close to the dog park was a great feature since we were traveling with our labrador retriever. He loved it. The hosts, Tony and Jen were very accommodating. Any question that we had was answered immediately. We enjoyed our stay at the EVL Townhome and would stay there again in the future. Thank you Tony and Jen for your hospitality. Rose

Clean, warm, well appointed, with comfortable beds. Took a ski trip with friends and my teenage son, and we had plenty of space for the four of us. Tony and Jennifer were responsive to my questions before and during our stay, and included some recommendations on where to eat nearby. Highly recommend this space for a family ski weekends.

Did not realize it was a townhouse from photos as well as the description. DIning area would have better if the over-large elevated island would have been replaced with an actual table that chairs that could slide under. Could not use it. The main sofa in the living area was too low to the ground and sagged. (We are all average size and weight people). The grill was dirty and we did not trust it. THere was no table or seating on the back porch as was indicated in the photos.. Would have been nice to watch the eclipse (we went elsewhere to view the eclipse). THe kitchen was another matter entirely. Way too many dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans; where most were dirty or dusty and were just thrown into the cupboards or drawers. I kringed in using any of it or the pans. (I washed some so we could use them). I chose two pans that were not as misused or dirty. The toaster oven was greasy and appeared to not have been cleaned for quite some time (I did try to clean it up so we could use it). THere was no dishwasher detergent either. The towels for the bathrooms and kitchen all had an odd odor and no means to clean them. And lastly, the carpets were filthy with stains and had not been vacuumed for quite some time. Did we enjoy our stay for three nights at the rate we were charged as well as that cleaning fee?? You decide.

The home was conveniently located to many local spots and is in a very great location. My only wish is that for a 100 cleaning fee it actually be clean when arriving. The microwave had dirty food hand prints on them, the mirrors were dirty ,and cob webs were hanging in bedrooms. As an employee of a cleaning company I just expected more for a 100 cleaning fee. Overall the place was comfortable and very conveniently located.

The host was wonderful and responded to any questions I had very quickly. The place was clean and neat. Very good location too. It was perfect for us!

The property wasn’t very clean at all. Wouldn’t even use the toaster oven because it was dirty, had to wash the coffee pot and components before using and then the coffee pot didn’t even work and the owner did not provide a new one. Location was great though

Great communication from the owner. Fantastic location for skiing and access to the town for restaurants and shopping. The only complaint, is a little more attention to detail from the cleaning person. The kitchen floor and rugs were dirty. We dropped the dice from our board game under the table and found bottle caps and a toothbrush.

The location was great near the center of Ellicottville. We were going to Bonnie's family weekend so a closer spot would've been better for us. It's a perfect place to cozy up for winter fun! A few negatives. Hairs in tub and sink, dusty corners. No batteries for remote upstairs.

Redone space with room to sleep the family. One shower makes it a little challenging if you have a larger group. Nice place, good location, priced well.

The property was clean and there was so many beds and places to sleep was the best thing! The location was very close to town and no more than a 20 minute walk. The night life is better than I imagined. The hosts were super quick to respond and so helpful with recommendations on things to do during your stay. Check in and Check out was so easy. I am very happy with our stay this was great for my friends bachelorette party but really for any needs for your trip!

Over all the week we spent here was fun. Great community. The kitchen is a little small but still great. They really dont have any pans and no tongs for the grill. We still enjoyed our stay and those very few things didn't make any differences. Tony was an amazing host couldn't ask for any better. Plan to stay some time in the future.

Check in process was smooth and host even provides a detailed summary of recommended bars, entertainment, and dining options. Vicinity to downtown strip and Holiday Valley make this a nice options for those traveling to town.

Close drive to slopes and town. Couldn't figure out the thermostat but got a hold of the homeowner who told us what to do. Couldn't find homeowners number but it was there so if that could be more easily noticed. We enjoyed our stay!
