Cozy 4 Bedroom, 3 Bath House 1 mile from Village

This is a perfect spot for family gatherings or simply a quiet getaway to a beautiful part of New York State. The house has plenty of gathering space both inside and out. The master bedroom on the first floor is convenient for the hosts and the upstairs offers many sleeping options for children and adults with a full bath in the hallway for easy access. Our stay was in warm weather and the full-house AC was quiet but super efficient and effective. The kitchen has spacious countertops including an eating area next to the large dining table. The host was quick to respond to all inquiries. Our family has stayed in Ellicottville in the past and we feel that this property is the best for comfortable accommodations, spacious surroundings and a conveniently short drive into the village.

Great open family space with plenty of room.Love having the downstairs master suite and the living space was comfortable for movie watching or playing games at the table. We really enjoyed, I would stay again.

We were in town for Family Weekend at St. Bonaventure. Although it's a bit of a drive to and from the college, Ellicottville is a nice little town, especially in the fall. Very clean, adequate apartment for myself, daughter, son-in-law, and their infant.

A great house for 8 women golfers. Quiet neighborhood, lots to do in the area.
