The space is incredibly spacious and well laid out for a group of guests. The downstairs bedroom area is great for someone(s) looking to be on the property but have some extra privacy. The yard is huge and great for dogs. I would definitely stay again in the future!

The house was very nicely remodeled, spotlessly clean. The kids,age 3 and 4, were pleased with the kids bedroom with table and chairs, toys, trundle bed. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, one with a clawfoot tub, We appreciate that pets were welcomed and that the yard was fenced in.

This house was a great size for our group of 7 adults and 1 toddler! Had everything we needed (brought our own pack and play for the toddler though) and the host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The beds were comfy and everything was clean when we got there. Plenty of parking and a nice, quiet neighborhood in a great location too. Would definitely stay here again!

Great house in a great location with a perfect yard for our dog. Close to CMU campus which was needed. Also close to almost anything else you could have wanted, including downtown, Colorado National Monument, and a grocery store. Our family of four were also able to have a lovely Easter dinner with the amenities provided by the host.

Great location for our purposes. I would definitely stay here again, hands-down. More comfortable than a hotel for sure. Came into town for the tour of the moon bike ride. Stayed with our family that also came in from out of town and a service dog. Property was very clean. Every bedroom has his own bathroom. We enjoyed being able to walk to the old downtown for restaurants, etc. Nice and closed backyard. Neighborhood isn’t the best, but it was safe and the property is clean.

The house was perfectly situated for our needs, with easy access not just to what we needed to do but also to several parks and restaurants. Location-wise, it was ideal! I loved that each bedroom basically had a bathroom (not all were attached, but the layout worked so each bedroom had a bathroom either attached or basically next to). That was great for our group! Parking was easy to access and felt safe too. The house is only accessible via stairs, so it would not be a good match for someone who has any issues with stairs (I think the photos do a good job covering that, but I wanted to reiterate). The house was cool too come back to after a hot day at the park, and the kitchen did everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay and would love to visit again!

We traveled to Grand Junction for the RMAC baseball playoffs and found the home to be spacious, immaculate, and welcoming. The layout allows for everyone to have their own bedroom and bathroom with the added perk of a private apartment in the basement that has a bedroom, kitchen, living room and bathroom. The neighborhood is quiet, the wifi never lagged, and the beds were comfy. The baseball field was a quick 4 minute drive - yay! There is a Walmart and City Market close by- a 10 minute drive if that. The hostess was a pleasure to work with. She was responsive, and I appreciated her digital welcome guide!! My friends always tease me about my high end tastes when it comes to VRBO homes and truth be told, I just have high standards! This home definitely met my standards and is one that I'll happily stay at when I find myself in Grand Junction again. Oh, if you want a fantastic meal and a laid back vibe, visit the Feisty Pint!

This house was perfect for our family. Every room had its own bathroom which was very nice. The owner responded to my questions with 15 minutes every time. The house was very clean and only a short drive to campus. We walked to downtown. I would defiantly stay at this property again

We had everything we needed at this modern house. Our family stayed to celebrate our daughter’s graduation. The downstairs apartment was great for the young people! It was so nice to have it decorated for Christmas. Great touches throughout.

This house is beautiful and immaculate. It had everything we needed and our family of 5 adults were all very comfortable here with enough space for us all. The neighborhood was very quiet. Property owner was very communicative and welcoming. We had a bit of an issue getting in, but she resolved it without delay. We look forward to returning again!

The property was everything described - it had all the space my family needed and provided parking for each of our vehicles. The host was very responsive and quick to reply. We were there for a wedding, but if and when we might return, I would try to reserve this
