The Downtown Farmhouse

Loved the house it was very welcoming, bright clean and a short walk to downtown. It has a great fenced in yard that my pup loved running and just hanging out in it. Very close hiking and biking trails and the host was easy to communicate with if needed..If you are looking for a place to stay in Grand Junction then this is it you will love it!

Everything was great. The location was perfect for my family who was in town attending my son’s graduation. The yard is amazing. Would highly recommend.

House was as advertised. We had a great stay.

The house was perfect, from the amazing dog friendly fenced backyard with cornhole, firepit, basketball hoop, and swinging chairs under the covered porch where we spent most of our time when not hiking and bike. Its walking distance from super cool Grand Junction downtown (1 mile) and close enough to drive/bike to trails. Every detail was thought about including a sauna and everything you need in a kitchen and bathrooms. The house was very clean, and although we didnt need anything that wasnt already provided, Rebecca was a great host contacting us at just the right times to make sure we were on track to an incredible vacation.

Excellent property and host. We would highly recommend this lovely home. It was comfortable, clean, perfect location and amazing host! We are already looking forward to our next visit.
