Farmhouse Charm - Waco/Magnolia/Baylor

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! The house was spotless, had comfy beds and was nicely decorated. It was also thoughtfully stocked with all the little extras that make a rental feel like home.The location is truly the best of both worlds. You're only about 20 minutes from town, making it easy to visit the Magnolia Silos, the Dr Pepper Museum, the Mammoth National Monument, Baylor campus, and all the great restaurants Waco has to offer. But when you pull back into the driveway, you feel like you've escaped to the countryside - peaceful, quiet, and completely removed from the hustle and bustle.The highlight for us was the hot tub. Sitting out at night under a sky full of stars with fireflies flickering all around was pure magic. There's also a separate game room on the property that we didn't get to on this trip, but it would be perfect for families with kids or a group looking for some extra entertainment.The owner was excellent - very communicative and quick to respond anytime we reached out. You can tell they genuinely care about making sure their guests have a great experience. Check-in and access to the property was very easy and seamless!We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Waco!

Excellent property with a game room, hot tub and most importantly comfortable beds!! House is well equipped with everything you need for a stay. Host was very attentive and fixed a minor problem we had within minutes. Book it!!!

We had our book club retreat here and couldn’t be happier about booking the Farmhouse. The hosts are so responsive and helpful. The house is beautifully done and well maintained. We enjoyed our afternoons reading by the fire pit. It was such a relaxing, cozy weekend. I cannot recommend this property enough. Everything is well-stocked from the kitchen to the coffee bar to the bathrooms. You can see the pride the owners take in this property and you don’t always find that in a VRBO. Thank you guys so much for making these 3 moms weekend in Waco so comfortable.

Such a beautiful, peaceful place. Loved all the attention to details. Enjoyed the jacuzzi , game room and rocking chairs. Enjoyed long walks in the country. Our host responded promptly. Can’t wait to come back again.

The house was exactly we wanted. There was plenty of room to relax. We had family of all ages coming by to congratulate the graduate and everyone who came by enjoyed their time. The house had something to offer everyone; from relaxing on the rocking chairs on the porch to playing games in the game room. It was fun for all!! Thank you
