Didn't like that pool was in a shaded area and in return made the water unbearable to swim. Other then that property look new and quiet. Main event was walking distance.

Great location for what we needed. Room was spacious, very clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. No issued with mold/mildew smell and AC unit was very clean. The gym had a set of free weights, benches, treadmills and even foam rollers, which we did use. Certainly adequate to get a workout in, if desired. There was a slight fragrance to what they clean/launder the linens with, so if you're sensitive/MCAS/CIRS, you may want to request a room that uses scent free items. I was able to take meds and be comfortable.

This hotel was great! Clean room with comfortable beds. However, one of the reasons we picked it was because it had a pool but due to the pool being covered it was freezing ❄️🥶 we couldn't stand it. We had a quick polar plunge and got right back out.

Good breakfast buffet with real eggs. Very clean. Room was quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Lots of dining options nearby. Loved Double Dave's Pizza 2 minutes from the hotel. Pool looked clean but the water was too cold for us to swim. Nice patio area with a gas firepit. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in good conditions, the service from the front desk is good. The only issue I have is that there was no cleaning service for the room during the four nights that we stayed there. We were told cleaning happens on "Thursdays". This day came after three nights of being there, and the cleaning lady showed up at 10am. We told her to come back in 20 minutes because we were getting ready to leave, and that did not happen. I thought the daily rate includes cleaning service.

I really liked the way the room was setup. It separated my workspace/desk from the bed area. The bathroom is very nice. My biggest concern was the cleaning. When they gave me the key it had a note with that said we clean your room every 3rd day. I am not too fond of this practice because I was down their for work and I was gone all day and come back and it looks just like I left it in the morning. That is the biggest down for this place otherwise it is very beautiful place.

The hotel was very clean. I had a note with my room key that they only clean the room on the 3rd day. You do have to go down to the front desk for fresh towels and they require you to give them the used towels. (Eco-friendly?) I was only in the hotel in the evening to sleep. Although, I must have been there on a busy weekend 7/14-16. Children were constantly running in the hallways and knocking on the doors. Also, in the early mornings. Overall it’s a nice hotel.

the smallest sink we have ever seen in a hotel; very little bathroom counter space. the maid service failed two nights in a row to properly place bottom sheet which meant tangled mess each morning the tv remote changer is fouled up by all the Bonvoy attachments liked the layout of the room which is really well thought out

This property is very clean and the pull out bed setup is great. However, the queen beds were very uncomfortable. Every time my bed mate (a small 9 year old child) moved, the whole bed shook and woke me up. It felt like an old mattress. The shower door design caused water to leak onto the floor and we had to keep towels on the floor to prevent damage. The design and placement of the frosted window bathroom door is such that if someone goes to the bathroom during the night, the light wakes up the whole room. Finally, the breakfast area is poorly designed. The waffle bar seems to be the main attraction but there is only 1 waffle iron so there is a never ending line. There was very little variety for the baked goods. The hot food was good though. Overall it was a fine stay, I’m just surprised that so little thought was put into the design of the hotel.

I’m say for a fairly new hotel, this place was disappointedly not built correctly. First, I was woken up at 5am by 3 trash companies picking up the dumpsters behind the stores which my 210 room window is looking at. So if your rooms are on the King side of the hotel 00-28 side even rooms you’re looking at the backside of the stores for view. The nice lady change my room the next day to room 323 an ADA room. This room power KEPT going out! If someone plugs in a hairdryer next door, it triggers the breaker! Lastly, the freeway is too close to you hear everything at night.

The front desk lady, Janell, was so helpful, making our check-in go smoothly! We loved our room, the only part we didn't like about it was how the TV was set up. We couldn't watch anything from the bed due to how awkward the angle was, and it was facing the desk that was in the middle of the room. The bathroom was also right in front of the bed, which again, made the room design feel awkward

Easy. Check in process. When I asked about a late checkout they had. I problem accommodating my request. We also asked about where we might get a cocktail and dinner. There are a number of restaurants but only two with bars. Loved how knowledgeable and helpful he was. BTW all of the different food option were within walking distance To the hotel.

Our one-night stay at this hotel was better than I expected. It was clean, quiet, and the staff there was/is amazing and very accommodating! They ran out of breakfast sausage, and although breakfast was over, the GM graciously, went into the kitchen and prepared more sausage for me. He definitely wasn't your typical General Manager. He worked, cleaned, and served right along with the other staff. Very pleasant environment. We visit Austin pretty frequently, so we will most definitely book there again.

The location is far away from any tourists sights. There was no housekeeping the entire stay which was 3 days, and our AC/Heater was making a terrible noise all night. At 2am I called front desk to let them know how it was very annoying. In AM manager Shannon didn’t extend any discount. Spend a little more to be closer. Also breakfast was gross.

The location made me feel safe. It was within shopping distance and the parking lot was conveniently close to the front door. Breakfast was perfect and the noise level was outstanding.

This is some what a newer hotel.It was very nice in the lobby with many great accommodations.The room itself was very spacious and looked to be clean, but did have old rags in the floor for cleaning maybe that were left.I don’t like that the bath is in the middle of the room and when you turn the light on in it ,it will wake up others sleeping.It is located close to eating places and easy access to other places such as Main Event next door.

We stayed 2 nights and arrived @ midnight. Front desk was nice and check in was easy. Rooms were nice & clean with minor cracks in the shower. The bed was very comfortable to sleep. Tv gave us the option to stream different stream service with our account and before checking out there's an option to clear all accounts from the tv. The Hotel is connected to a shopping mall to the left and on the right is Main Event which is walking distance from the hotel. There are good food spots around the area to choose from. Great quiet stay!

The rooms were nice and clean. The bathroom was super small and strangely there was a very very large useless closet. Breakfast was very average and did not appear to be maintained well with over a hour left in the breakfast time.
