Apart Urban

We got in touch with the owner ahead of our arrival so all the formalities as well as guest discount cards were awaiting us. We were also able to agree which rooms should be prepared for us. Considering we could arrive any time and the appartment was ready with the key at the door - that was definietly the smoothest check in I have ever experienced. The apartment is easy to find and is very comfortable as well as spacious. It has everything one needs during the stay. There is also a dishwasher which we found kind of surprising as it is not listed among the property characteristics. In general you find there everyting you need for a comfortable stay. Needless to mention the apartament was clean and everything was functioning well. If you arrive by car you don’t need to worry about the parking space. You can park next to the apartment. The owner lives same building and is available if you need anything, however you can be sure of your privacy as there is a complete separate entry to the apartment.

Wir waren mit unseren 2 Kindern und Opi-Hund in den Winterferien zu Gast bei Yasmin & Urban. Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Separate große Wohnung über den Gastgebern mit kleiner Terrasse am Wohnzimmer / Küche und großer Terrasse am Eingang. Es ist wirklich alles da was man für seinen Urlaub mit Familie oder Freunden so braucht. Die Wohnung ist schön groß, modern / clean eingerichtet und war sehr sauber. Es gab genug Ablageflächen - selbst im Bad. Handtücher zum Glück mal nicht weiß sondern grau & rot ;-) Die Kinder haben das große Wohnzimmer geliebt und wir die große Küche wo man gerne abends noch am Tisch saß und Spiele gespielt hat. Für ältere - nicht mehr so mobile Hunde - vielleicht etwas ungünstig, da es doch viel Bergauf bei den Gassirunden geht ;-) Aber unser Opi-Hund fand es trotzdem sehr toll - neue Landgerüche und vor allem die Fußbodenheizung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 10min mit Auto. Gletscher bei trockener Straße (leider) ca. 45min entfernt, aber mega schön und groß - mit einem Fuß ganz oben in Italien. Kleineres Skigebiet ca. 20min entfernt, aber wirklich nur klein. Gastgeber angenehm nett und jederzeit für uns kontaktierbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder bzw. empfehlen die Zwei gerne weiter. Es hat uns an nichts in der Ferienwohnung gefehlt. Selbst Seife und Geschirrspültabs waren da (was ja nicht selbstverständlich ist) Liebe Grüße aus Hoppegarten, Fam. Richter & Opi-Hund

Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich geräumig und top ausgestattet. Es gibt alles was man braucht und mehr.
