The house was perfect - convenient location, quiet neighborhood, easy to access area amenities, and well-stocked. The weather was perfect for a long weekend with friends and the pool, outdoor space (and tv) and grill added to the comforts of Casa Gia. Jeremy was a helpful and considerate host - would definitely stay again!

Our stay was wonderful. The location was great for us because we like to walk to get groceries, go to restaurants, etc. When we did need to drive, it was close enough to the highway (but not too close) that it was quick to get to places. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils and appliances. The pool and outdoor area were great. The neighborhood was very quiet. Overall, it's a great place to stay.

We loved our stay at Casa Gia. There was plenty of space for our family of four, and the open concept living/kitchen area was a cozy place to hang out. We spent time swimming everyday. The pool is beautiful, and there is a great balance of sun and shade in the backyard. The kids loved it especially. The location was great- it was a short drive to Roosevelt Row, Scottsdale, and even South Mountain. It was a quiet little street for being so centrally located. Thanks for the great stay!

We had a fabulous stay at Casa Gia!! We were in Phoenix for my nephews graduation from GCU. It was my husband and myself, our daughter, son-in law and two grandsons. The house was absolutely perfect for us. The outdoor space with the pool (which we had heated) was amazing. We spent a lot of time out there and thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Especially the grandkids…being from Alaska they loved it. The outside TV was an added bonus which made it possible to stay outside while watching football on Sunday. :) The location of this house is super convenient, making it easy to get everywhere. The house itself is wonderful. Furnishings and beds were very comfortable. They obviously went higher end when outfitting this house. Our host Jeremy was incredible…he was immediately responsive to everything and so easy to work with. I highly recommend Casa Gia!

We stayed here (four adults) during Christmas week in 2023. Communication prior to check in was excellent. We had a problem with the door code and reached out for help. The response was immediate. The house was immaculate, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The area was convenient and close to eating and shopping. We did not use the pool because it was too cold outside but it was beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again when in the area.

Very nice home in a quiet neighborhood, close to the airport and shopping/restaurants. This home is very clean and completely updated. It has a nice layout with the master bedroom being separate from the other two bedrooms. The backyard is private and the pool water is nice and cool for those hot AZ days!

Sitting in the airport after a lovely 4 night stay at Casa Gia. The Phoenix weather wasn’t especially cooperative while we were in town, which made it even more important to have a perfect place to just hang out with my mom and daughter. The place was spotless, very updated and with easy access to major highways. Tons of restaurants and stores very nearby with easy access. Neighborhood appears to be in transition, but we felt totally safe if that’s a concern to other groups of women.

My coworkers and I were in town for a conference and this was a great stay. The home was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The neighborhood is nice, very close to a lot of shops and restaurants, and is easily accessible to the freeway to get downtown. I would absolutely stay here again.

This house is an oasis in the Arizona dessert. The house not only matches the pictures provided in the listing, but actually is much better! The house is newly renovated, beautifully landscaped, immaculately clean, and well appointed. Host is very responsive to any questions. When we come back to Phoenix, we will seek out this property.

This home was meticulously done, every detail was beautiful. The property was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. The location was central yet the neighborhood and street felt quaint and quiet. Communication with Jeremy was fantastic. Hosts provide very helpful instructions for everything as well as many local recommendations. Definitely within my top favorite homes I've stayed and we hope for this to be our go-to while in Phoenix in the future. If you're in any way on the fence, book it! Highly recommend.

We LOVED this property. Will definitely stay here again when in the Phoenix area. Not only is the home beautifully decorated but the kitchen had all of the things we needed to cook and hang as a family. Coming from Alaska, the pool was a definite perk too!

Modern, beautiful, clean, spacious. The beds were were so cozy and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was amazing! I’ve visited Phoenix a lot and stayed in several homes and this has been my favorite. The pool area had just enough shading to help with the AZ heat. We were close to everything. Casa Gia was perfect!

We stayed for a medical resident graduation with our daughter, her husband, and 2 & 4 year-old grandsons.This house was perfect in a quiet neighborhood. The pool was excellent, the beds top-notch, kitchen well equipped, and decor modern and artistic. There was kid equipment including a crib, sound machine, changing cushion, toys, and kid’s dishes. We had a relaxing, fun, 3 day vacation and would stay here again most definitely.

Modern, beautifully updated home. Convenient to airport. Quiet residential neighborhood also close to food and other conveniences. Backyard is an oasis with an (unheated) pool that the kids loved even though it was late March and the winter was unseasonably cool. Yard is fenced with a covered seating area. Perfect place to relax and unwind!

I have stayed in many vrbo homes through the years and this one was outstanding. The home was very well stocked with everything you need for a great stay. Communication with the property manager was great and checkin smooth. Would definitely recommend this property!

Came here for a long holiday weekend/mini vacation. Jeremy gave us great recommendations for places to see and eat. The area was good and close to many things.The house is as advertised and the pool was perfect for us. He was very easy to communicate with. If we ever get a chance to come back to this area, we would book again.Thank you Jeremy for allowing us to stay in your home.

We stayed here while in town visiting our college son. The house was in a great location with shops a short drive away. The owner was an excellent communicator who responded within minutes of messaging him. He was able to provide some excellent recommendations for us. Loved the pool and the house was well equipped with everything you'd need for laundry and meal prep. Lovely stay. Thank you!

We loved Casa Gia!! Great location, close uber ride to everywhere we wanted to go! The host was quick to respond to questions and very helpful! The house and pool were amazing and the amenities available at the house even better!! Casa Gia was stocked with way more than I have ever seen at a VRBO before and was greatly appreciated! We will definitely recommend Casa Gia to our friends and would love to stay again in the future!

Great location. Close to freeways, great restaurants, and stores. We come for spring training and centrally located to get to all the parks. Great house and backyard Pool was fabulous. Property manager made sure we had everything we needed. Clean and well decorated house. Would definitely return.

Home was as advertised, very clean, modern amenities and close to shopping, dining and freeways for exploring other parts of the state. Would recommend and would love to stay there again on our next visit.

Our stay was wonderful. The location was great for us because we like to walk to get groceries, go to restaurants, etc. When we did need to drive, it was close enough to the highway (but not too close) that it was quick to get to places. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils and appliances. The pool and outdoor area were great. The neighborhood was very quiet. Overall, it's a great place to stay.

The house was exactly what we were looking for and perfect for our family gathering. It was clean, well supplied and in a great location, 5 minutes to 51. The secluded back yard with pool really made the stay very enjoyable. Thank you!

We loved our stay at Casa Gia. There was plenty of space for our family of four, and the open concept living/kitchen area was a cozy place to hang out. We spent time swimming everyday. The pool is beautiful, and there is a great balance of sun and shade in the backyard. The kids loved it especially. The location was great- it was a short drive to Roosevelt Row, Scottsdale, and even South Mountain. It was a quiet little street for being so centrally located. Thanks for the great stay!

Sitting in the airport after a lovely 4 night stay at Casa Gia. The Phoenix weather wasn’t especially cooperative while we were in town, which made it even more important to have a perfect place to just hang out with my mom and daughter. The place was spotless, very updated and with easy access to major highways. Tons of restaurants and stores very nearby with easy access. Neighborhood appears to be in transition, but we felt totally safe if that’s a concern to other groups of women.

Modern, beautifully updated home. Convenient to airport. Quiet residential neighborhood also close to food and other conveniences. Backyard is an oasis with an (unheated) pool that the kids loved even though it was late March and the winter was unseasonably cool. Yard is fenced with a covered seating area. Perfect place to relax and unwind!

We loved Casa Gia!! Great location, close uber ride to everywhere we wanted to go! The host was quick to respond to questions and very helpful! The house and pool were amazing and the amenities available at the house even better!! Casa Gia was stocked with way more than I have ever seen at a VRBO before and was greatly appreciated! We will definitely recommend Casa Gia to our friends and would love to stay again in the future!

Loved this property! Great location…close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. Great backyard and pool. Well stocked kitchen and lots of amenities. Have stayed here twice and would definitely come again. Host is very helpful and accommodating.

This home and experience was perfect. Everything was clean and well supplied. The location was central to lots of activities and restaurants. I was able to contact the owner during the trip with any questions. We toured and enjoyed time by the pool with our big kids. I’d definitely recommend this home and hope to stay again!

This was our second trip to Casa Gia.When we left, the kids asked when we could come back again.From the location, the backyard Oasis, to the incredible responsiveness of the hosts- for someone who has stayed in 100’s of days in VRBO’s – this is my fav & only repeat!Lots of walkable places, a few minute drive to Scottsdale / Camelback & PHX is minutes away!
