The house was clean and the bedding smelled freshly washed. Parking was covered and included. It was very easily walkble parking to the apartment. The house had things like coolers and hiking sticks which was very considerate. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen was huge enough to cook in with ease. The only downside was it felt like we were booming with a third party through VRBO. We couldn't figure out if this was someones home that was listed via another company, but it was odd. One of the pools had actual garbage in it which seemed like it was leftover from another party the night before. It wasn't a reflection on the property listed, but just figured I would add it.

Overall, this place was a great place to stay at. If you need anything, Ken will take care of you. But I had few issues with the thermostat because it keeped dropping out.The bathroom fan was so dirty that it couldn't even suck air out of the bathroom.I noticed that the furnace filter was very dirty as well, starving the furnace of clean air.

We chose this place because our daughter lives in the same complex. We spent much of our time at her place. This place had everything you would need to have an enjoyable stay here. The variety of options in the snack bowl was great! It helped us get through our day trip to Sedona and while watching our favorite sports on TV. The next time we get to Phoenix, we will try to stay here again.

The perfect place to stay in the Phoenix area! Easy access to downtown and other things to do. The place itself is absolutely beautiful and so clean. If we come back to Phoenix, we’d love to be able to stay there again.
