It had everything we needed, and was located close enough to the beach and AMI activities that we were able to do everything we had planned without issue. The condo development is very quiet, but has a great pool and is easy to get in and out of, just minutes from AMI/Bradenton Beach. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked, and the entire condo in almost new condition.

Spacious and clean. Views over lake and nature preserve form 4th floor were beautiful for sunises and rest of day. Kitchen with sink island very nice for meals and prep and grazing. Contacting directly with suggestions. Beautiful weather and community with lake trails and club access with large pool and workout facilities! Easy access to Amelia Island beaches and things to do for families and adults. Walk to fishing and bike paths are great.

Love harbor isle - beach club is amazing, club house so fun and the gym is beautiful! Met many lovely people and will return next year for a month to a smaller unit. Maintenance fold for building were extremely responsive and helpful when needed to explain the tv. The realtor or owner could provide a little more direction upon arrival - a welcome package that explains the veranda pass , beach club and club house hours and upcoming events for the month would be very helpful. Overall, a great stay, convenient location to the island and other area attractions. Can’t wait to go back next year!

We chose this location over staying on island. We have stayed on island previously. Great 3 bedroom condo right on Anna Maria Sound. Sunsets off the screened in porch. Pool and grills right out front of building. Easy parking. Condo complex is right next to Perico and Robinson Preserve which is an extensive multi use activity preserve. Bike, walk, kayak. Condo is an Easy 10-15 car back to Bradenton for a bigger selection of great restaurants and other activities, arts, theatre. All much more reasonable and better than anything on Ami. Sarasota is usually 30 minutes. For an even bigger selection. 4-5 live theatre and music halls. Condo has bikes. Easy walk or bike right over bridge to AMI and Manatee beach with live music and beach bar every day. Rent some electric bike s for your stay and buzz all over AMI on tbe paths and bike lanes whizzing by all the cars sitting in traffic . This condo is a great location with great views out the back right out your front door and everything with a short distance without any AMI traffic.

They were professionnal, always answering in a timely manner and very helpful. Over priced experience for sure. It's locked down like a prison, couldn't even walk around the lake outside my patio for gods sake! There are apparently more pools and restaurants but we wouldn't know because we couldn't get in , which is just stupid. When you pay $5k+ for SEVEN nights you expect access to ALL fing amenities.Won't be back.

We really enjoyed the Anna Maria beaches, and the condo was located just right over the bridge from the island. Our son was playing in a tournament at the IMG Academy and the condo was only a short drive from there as well. The kids loved having a pool and splash pad and made new friends during our stay. We will definitely be returning!

This property was perfect for me, my husband and our 3 teenage children. It was spacious, beautifully decorated and fully stocked with any kitchen item you could possibly need. The view of Anna Maria sound was incredible. Some evenings were spent out on the screened in porch, when there was a nice breeze. The resort itself was great, with a nice pool and splash pad area. The unit was also well equipped with lots of beach equipment like chairs, umbrellas etc. There were also 2 bikes that we enjoyed using. I would highly recommend this place!!

The condo had everything you could possibly want from kitchen appliances, cleaning supplies, beach chairs, beach umbrella, bikes, and beach and pool toys. The pool at the complex was very relaxing. Having 3 bathrooms was wonderful. Two of them were attached to a bedroom which made it like two master bedrooms. All of the beds were comfortable. We would recommend this to all of our friends.

The furniture is stylish, and the entire place is impeccably clean. Beach towels and all the essentials for a beach day are provided. Plus, it’s just a quick 2-minute drive to the beach. The location is ideal with stunning sunset views. This place truly embodies a dream vacation spot and is a must-stay.

The problems were a distinct odor of dog urine in the loveseat after a week. The master shower had mold around the lower tiles in shower. The master bath toilet brush was beyond disgusting. Needs to be replaced. Don’t feel for the money we got our best option. Other properties in that complex seemed to be more on their game.

The only draw back was the smell from the bay/swamp areas outside of the porch area. We could barely use the porch due to the sulfur smell.
