This 1 bedroom casita attached to owners home is clean and well equipped. It was spacious and very comfortable. We did not use the pool area, but it appeared clean. We usually do not stay in the same place twice because we like to have new experiences, but we would definitely stay here again.

The property was perfect - beautifully decorated and well stocked both in the kitchen and bathroom. The pool was clean and comfortably heated. The property managers were so friendly and helpful and they took care to give us privacy during our stay.

The property was clean and quiet and beautifully decorated. It was very roomy. It was located in a lovely neighbourhood where we enjoyed walking in the evenings. The homeowners were friendly and always available for questions. The one thing I missed having was in house laundry as we stayed 13 days; however, there is a laundromat nearby.

The place was absolutely clean and cozy and for that I have no complaints. The place was listed as an apartment with pool, grill and fire pit. We when got there we realized we were actually staying in the in law suite to their house so if we wanted to use the pool fire pit or grill we would be in their space where their kids play. I also just felt it was very awkward because we could hear them which means they could hear us. I went on vacation to relax and take a break not feel like I had to tiptoe around where we paid to stay. I just wish it would have been advertised better

Stayed here towards the end of April with my two kids (5 and 7). It was located in a beautiful part of Gilbert and close to everything we needed. The property is fantastic, with a great yard, and an awesome fenced pool area. Located about 50 yards away from the home is a fun park area. The guest house had everything we needed, and the hosts were absolutely fantastic! I will definitely be booking here again in the future. Cheers!

The property was perfect for the two of us! Very clean and comfortable. The property owner was very quick to respond when we had a question. The trip was a great first experience with the area. Bed was comfortable, bathroom well stocked ( we even used the first aid kit for a bandaid). Our only negative was the couch. It would serve as a bed for a third person but not comfortable for us “old folks”.

Got lost on the way here because i did not read the address properly. Host was exceptionally kind and happy to help us get to where we needed to be. Apartment was quiet, clean and inviting. Centally located within a 15 minute drive from all major landmarks in both gilbert and chandler. This place was perfect for the first overnight stay without kids in 8 years. Thank you!

The property is fantastic, with a great yard, and an awesome fenced pool area. Located about 50 yards away from the home is a fun park area. The guest house had everything we needed, and the hosts were absolutely fantastic! I will definitely be booking here again in the future. Cheers!

Nice neighborhood in Gilbert, close to all shops, freeways and amenities. Lovely property, well decorated and very comfortable furnishings and surroundings. Private entrance. Very nice and accommodating hosts. They made our stay easy and welcoming.

My husband and I stayed from April 1st-7th. The apartment was perfect for our stay..Quiet, clean, spacious. Everything you could want. I especially enjoyed the pool as the temps were quite warm. Many enjoyable eating places nearby. Will definitely be back

AC was great. Bed was great. Close to eateries. Pool was refreshing. Quite location. We highly recommend. Hosts are on site and very accountable. Kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes etc. Close to ball fields.

We wanted to relax and watch the super bowl after our long drive. Host David and Denise were very quick in greeting us and informative about how to watch the super bowl on the their TV. Unit is very clean well stocked and maintained. Quite location. Would definitely recommend and we would stay again if back in the area. Thank you !
