My children (2,13,16) stayed for Spring Break 24'. This was our 4th trip to St. Augustine. We love downtown and this location was an opitmal location situated between St. George st and the Fountain of Youth. We used only used the car on our last day to go to the beach and the Alligator Farm. With a 2 year old, it was a little stressing with all the glass furniture; however, we managed without breaking anything. My older children enjoyed playing on the game console when we were at the location for the little to nap. Overall a successful stay that the kids enjoyed.

Property was great. Close to downtown, but very quiet neighborhood. Loved that there was off-street parking. Decor was unique and very nice! Would loved to have stayed longer. Would definitely book again!

The home is in a great location, very clean and the host communicated quickly. We stayed during the Christmas lights spectacular and everything is within walking distance. The arcade is a very nice addition for getting the day started. The check in and out instructions are all very clear and easy to follow.

The property was very clean, organized and well equipped. Its proximity to old town SA was a major plus. The neighborhood was quiet and we were able to access locations on foot. The owners were responsive to any questions we had. The game station was a hit, especially for boomers like ourselves!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is fully and beautifully updated including essentials needed for cooking as well as paper (towels and tp)supplies upon arrival, very clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. The walking distance to fun things in the area provides a great location. Andrea and Danny kept in communication to assure our stay was well. We will definitely look them up for future stays and recommend their lovely property. The outside landscaping was also very nice, birds are in the bushes outside the dining room window to watch while eating. The back patio and door are very private and cozy with lush landscaping surrounding it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Would definitely book again. This place was in walking distance to the historic district, great coffee, food, and ice cream. It was also a good driving distance from beaches. Loved the privacy of the home and parking. This place was able to entertain the kids as well which is always a nice bonus.

Four of us stayed here recently and are so happy we did! The house was just as pictured - very comfortable, with everything we needed and it is beautifully decorated and VERY clean. My friend and I would definitely stay here again. The location allowed us to walk to most of the attractions in St. Augustine, including many great restaurants. We even walked to the Alligator Farm (2.7 miles). We also really liked having 2 bathrooms. The place was very updated and super clean.

Wonderful location within the city! We really enjoyed walking to all the local shops and cafes right near this comfortable and quiet house. It is also an easy walk to many historic attractions in St Augustine. If I could I’d give the beds 10 stars because we found them to be really comfortable. We will most certainly stay here again!

I never give 5 stars on anything. Location was great, we could walk to most places, incredibly clean and updated. Owners were very responsive when we had questions. The video arcade was certainly a bonus. Perfect for two couples. Yes 5 stars!

I stayed in this property for my cousins wedding. Danny and Andrea were so communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. We flew in a bit early and they let us check in a bit earlier than check in time. They los made sure that we had a good understanding of the check in and check out process, which was so easy! The property itself is so safe and so accurate to the pictures. It’s very clean, new and beautiful! We loved the area and how close it was to everything. Walking distance to everything we needed. I have no complaints at all about this stay. If u come back to st Augustine, I will stay here again! Thank you Danny and Andrea! 😊

My friend and I would definitely stay here again. The location allowed us to walk to most of the attractions in St. Augustine, including many great restaurants. We even walked to the Alligator Farm (2.7 miles). We also really liked having 2 bathrooms. The place was very updated and super clean.

Wonderful location within the city! We really enjoyed walking to all the local shops and cafes right near this comfortable and quiet house. It is also an easy walk to many historic attractions in St Augustine. If I could I’d give the beds 10 stars because we found them to be really comfortable. We will most certainly stay here again!

House was just as pictured. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive. We were able to walk to a trolly pick up to take us around town.

Daniel and Andrea are gracious hosts! There property is located within perfect walking distance to almost all of the St. Augustine attractions. The property is beautifully manicured, and absolutely spotless. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay , and will recommend the location to our friends!

The property was very clean, organized and well equipped. Its proximity to old town SA was a major plus. The neighborhood was quiet and we were able to access locations on foot. The owners were responsive to any questions we had. The game station was a hit, especially for boomers like ourselves!

Stayed for six nights. Everything was great house was extremely clean. Everything described in the Verbo app was right on. Convenient location only .9 miles to the middle of St. George Street.

Andrea and Danny are great to work with. Place is emaculate. Kitchen has all appliances and "tools". Very up-to-date furnishings. Short walk to everything but the beach.

Would definitely book again. This place was in walking distance to the historic district, great coffee, food, and ice cream. It was also a good driving distance from beaches. Loved the privacy of the home and parking. This place was able to entertain the kids as well which is always a nice bonus.

Four of us stayed here recently and are so happy we did! The house was just as pictured - very comfortable, with everything we needed and it is beautifully decorated and VERY clean. We all loved the outdoor space and the proximity to downtown. An easy walk to shops and restaurants. The parking for 2 cars is a plus too. The beds were super comfortable including great bed pillows. Our hosts were excellent with communication and responded immediately when we had trouble unlocking the door (our fault, not theirs). We all agreed we would stay again.

Our family vacation was great. Showers were hot and the waterfall shower heads were a nice touch. Kitchen facility was spacious. My son and I had fun with the arcade game. The arcade system had way more than 100 games. The back porch area was very relaxing. I would suggest bringing coffee grounds with a filter if you plan to make 4 or more cups of coffee. Very quite neighborhood within walking distance of uptown shopping and Ripley's. Definitely plan to return again in the future. Thank uou for a wonderful place to make more memories with my family.
