We rented this house two years ago and enjoyed the stay so much we rented it again. It was just as delightful. The house is spacious, very well equipped and maintained, excellent location. The management/cleaning staff are very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Need TV instructions to get normal ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX channels. I was not able to enjoy college football on FOX and had to leave to see the games

For the past 20 years, we three retired teachers from New York have visited the west coast of Florida during President’s week. Because our scheduled house on Siesta Key sustained severe damage during the hurricane last year, we were unable to return this year. Our house in Venice did not disappoint one bit. It was spacious, well cared for, and very clean. The three bedrooms allowed us the privacy we needed. The kitchen was very well equipped in terms of cooking utensils, tableware, etc. All appliances were top notch. We also enjoyed the terrace off the master bedroom. All the wonderful shops in Venice proper were a short distance away and all of the restaurants served wonderful Italian food. We highly recommend this property.
