Willowdene pool spa tennis court

Loved this house. We stayed for a week and played tennis, went in the spa, pool. Lovely to be able to spent time outdoors. Close to Rye and beaches so very convenient. The house was very spacious so everyone could have their own space they needed.

Nice property, great location with lots of space outside!

The property was well located and catered for a large family. Whilst a little tired, it was what we expected from a beach property and the large common spaces inside and out were good. Tennis court was in great condition. Issue 1: Upon arrival the property was not as clean as expected, we had to clean the floors and some of the cutlery & crockery was quite dirty. Issue 2: the spa pool did not work (water level was very low and even after refiling it didn't work). The BBQ gas bottles were empty and there was rat droppings on the grille. We could not use either. Issue 3: HolidayShack (agent) non responsive to Issue 2, a message was left on day 2, not returned until chased up on day 4. tThat was poor. Then no solution to fix Issues 2 was offered. A small discount was subsequently provided.

As a family we enjoyed our stay in this holiday house. Close to the shopping center and in good location. All together was good experience.
