The house was so nice and relaxing. The neighbors are friendly. Lots of birds and baby ducks. The pool was nice.There is plenty of restaurants and shopping near by. Wonderful weekend getaway! Theb landlords were available if needed.

The property is charming and nicely located on lake Parsons in Brandon Fl. The location is very good for Brandon destinations. It's also quiet and setback from main roads. The property has a nice pool, gym and clubhouse. I'd recommend and stay again.

The screened-in lanai and lake view provided a great place to relax and watch birds. The neighbors are friendly and the pool area was nice. The bedrooms felt large and each had a big closet. The 2 bathrooms were nice too. The kitchen and eating area were very tight but we made it work to cook a couple easy dinners and enjoy breakfasts for the 2 weeks we were there. My husband and I stayed here and it was fine for a couple. It could work for 3 people also but I don't recommend any more than 3. The location was close to restaurants and grocery stores and in a quite apartment complex. Just a few minutes from I-75 and I-4.

What a hidden gem! Updated and comfortable loft condo with all the amenities. Very comfortable bed and great kitchen. Very good communication with owners. Beautiful pool just outside your door along with a lake with abundant bird watching. Enjoyed the screened in lanai while sitting out watching a beautiful storm roll in.

We were in town for a family event in the area. The condo was perfect for our group of 3 adults. Everything was just as described and very clean. Pool was nice and close and the front screen room was a nice place for morning coffee and bird watching. Location was great for us as this was where our family event was. We would stay here again.

Overall our stay was good. The place was clean and comfortable, and super convenient to our job site. Disappointed that coffee wasn’t provided and there weren’t any wash clothes. Plumbing could use some maintenance, water pressure seemed inadequate, and the shower handle was found loose.

The property is perfect. Relaxing, tranquil and convenient! Very clean! It had all the necessities for a stay. Great area with plenty of places to eat and easy access. You might consider black out curtains for the bedroom. :)

The place was clean for the most part. There was some smell of pesticide spray in the in the house which was very strong so we had to air our place for a while. The fan in the upstairs bedroom was covered in dust, I had to clean it myself so I could turn it on. Other than that the place was nice and it was not a bad stay.

Condo was a bit tired. Positive’s: great view of lake, upstairs loft. Needs improvement: lighting very dim in kitchen and dining area. A bit of musty smell throughout condo when we first arrived. Condo is supposed to sleep 6, yet we were charges for an extra person with 5 staying. Was also supposed to have a blowup mattress but could not be found. Good thing we had one with us. Lastly, cleanong fee was more than the nifhts stay.

My husband and I stayed at Tom’s loft on a trip to visit our daughter who lives in the area. The place was just as it was shown in the listing. Very clean with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the screened porch both early in the morning and in the evening. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit!

The property was great, clean, quiet, safe. The front porch was my favorite place, with the lake as a front yard. I looked forward to tea in the morning and brandy in the evening on that porch. It was so peaceful and relax.

Tom’s loft is the perfect place if you’re looking to stay near Tampa. It has a great screened in porch with perfect views of the lake, is in a quiet complex and neighborhood, and is extremely comfortable with the loft and tv with streaming services. We will definitely be back, this was our second time and Tom was so helpful.

Nice location along the water. Spent our evenings and mornings watching the various birds. Even saw a pair of Bald Eagles do a fly-by! The accommodations were perfect for our needs. Everything was clean and well prepared. The directions to find the building were extremely detailed and lead us right to the door. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were well equipped. The kitchen was also well stocked with every tool needed for multiple meals. Communication with the owner was easy and I always received quick responses. The location was great for us. We came from Orlando and visited Clearwater and Siesta Key. All these were easy drives under 90 minutes. The drive back to Orlando International was under 90 minutes as well. We would definitely stay here again.

My son and I and two granddaughters came down from Michigan for the week. The girls played in the rugby tournament at theTampa Tournament Sportsplex. Had a very good stay at this property. Very clean . Even had new furniture brought in right before we arrived. All our needs were met, and the owners were very prompt to reply and take care of anything we might need or questions we might have had. Very close to anything you may need to do or get. Thank you Tom and Sandy. We will definitely look you up on our next trip to Tampa.

The listing was accurate and comfortable. It was convenient to the convention in Tampa I was attending, without being right in town. The view of the lake was nice for my parents to enjoy while I was gone during the day. The property is perfect. Relaxing, tranquil and convenient! Very clean! It had all the necessities for a stay. Great area with plenty of places to eat and easy access. You might consider black out curtains for the bedroom. :)

The screened-in lanai and lake view provided a great place to relax and watch birds. The neighbors are friendly and the pool area was nice. The bedrooms felt large and each had a big closet. The 2 bathrooms were nice too. The kitchen and eating area were very tight but we made it work to cook a couple easy dinners and enjoy breakfasts for the 2 weeks we were there. My husband and I stayed here and it was fine for a couple. It could work for 3 people also but I don't recommend any more than 3. The location was close to restaurants and grocery stores and in a quite apartment complex. Just a few minutes from I-75 and I-4.

Nice location along the water. Spent our evenings and mornings watching the various birds. Even saw a pair of Bald Eagles do a fly-by! The accommodations were perfect for our needs. Everything was clean and well prepared. The directions to find the building were extremely detailed and lead us right to the door. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were well equipped. The kitchen was also well stocked with every tool needed for multiple meals. Communication with the owner was easy and I always received quick responses. The location was great for us. We came from Orlando and visited Clearwater and Siesta Key. All these were easy drives under 90 minutes. The drive back to Orlando International was under 90 minutes as well. We would definitely stay here again.

My son and I were so glad we found the loft and lake view for our stay. Away from the hustle of hotel crowds, easy access to the sportsplex, and enjoyed the peace and tranquility of the Loft. The lake has so many different water fowl and a bald eagle even flew overhead. Clean, quiet and restful stay. Highly recommend!

It had everything we needed to feel at home. The people in the community are friendly and welcoming. Watching all the wildlife was so interesting and cute. Nice location and screened porch. Overall perfect for 4 people with nice amenities. The mattresses are not the best. The key box was difficult to find in the dark- when standing at the entry door it’s behind you in a corner.
