Excellent service. The room could do with a dusting for guests staying for a long time. By the time I left (2 weeks ish) the desk and phone were covered in dust.

There is no lifts and there are not room on the ground floor. Very difficult for person con reduced mobility.

The location was great. The hotel itself is very much in need of an update. There were tiles missing in the bathroom floor, the rug needs stretching, the lighting in bathroom was less than ideal. The staff was very friendly and helpful when I asked questions.

The room was ok, but quite dated and there was a lot of noise, both from outside and from adjoining rooms. Being put on the 3rd floor with no lift was pretty inconvenient. If you're not a very confident driver, or in a small car, the car park they use is extremely tight. I wouldn't stay here again.
