Easy booking with timely and detailed communication. It was convenient to check in and get the keys as the owner lives in the house beside the rental property. Clean and well maintained rooms. Spacious corridor, spacious and well equipped kitchen for pots and pans, utensils, cups, mugs, cutlery. Electric stove, fridge, oven and microwave in the kitchen area. Dishwasher with detergent tabs and dish soap was there. Clean linens and bath towels. No soap or shampoo. There was hair dyer. The location is decent because it is 20 min from Utrecht ( pretty good city for food, rent bikes and roam around), 40 min from Amsterdam. With Montfoort as the base you can visit Delft, Zaanse, Hague and Giethoorn and around Amsterdam. House is surrounded by farm and there are cows that you can see grazing. You can also ask for a tour of the farm. Overall it was a nice relaxing experience. There is one resolvable thing- the rooms feel hot and the windows on the ceiling open with a rod that is provided but owner promptly provided fans upon our request. The windows at eye level do not open. Recommend the place.

Excellent experience. Located in a peaceful farm environment. Everything was clean and tidy upon arrival. Really nice to have six separate bedrooms with each their own bathroom. The common room/kitchen area are all connected and is therefore great for mingling among the group. Bonus points for the provision of toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, bedsheets, blankets, and multiple pillow options.

Ein sehr schönes Haus. Wir waren mit zehn ausländischen Gästen dort. Die Lage ist ideal, um die Niederlande zu erkunden. Die Zimmer sind toll und haben jeweils ein eigenes Bad mit WC. Die Küche ist etwas eng, aber ansonsten war alles perfekt. Sehr nette und gastfreundliche Leute.

Een gezellig verblijf in de Old Farmhouse. Alles aanwezig voor ons familie weekend met 11 personen! Vriendelijke mensen van de boerderij, waar we een leuke rondleiding kregen. In de avond goed gegeten bij de Posthoorn. Op loopafstand van de Old Farmhouse.
