Lots of construction around the area. Bridge work was going on a Friday night so loud sleep was impossible. Very clean hotel, large elevators. Friendly staff, room was night up to date, larger than expected. Full kitchen with refrigerator, but tiny. Beds weren’t terribly . Ac was amazing as we like it cold and this room delivered one of the best hotels acs during our trip. Water was horrible smelling we used bottled water to brush our teeth it was so bad. Overall great hotel and amazing staff, breakfast, and hospitality was great. Recommend

The staff did a great job with this property. I do think housekeeping was too loud in the hallways but that is easily remedied. I was put off by the requirement of valet and key card access to the guest room floors. It prompted me to ask the front desk staff if the area was safe, she seemed offended by my question. But overall, great hotel and great staff.

Great stay, lovely, helpful staff. Car parking was valet-$29.99 plus tax They had a managers reception on the day we stayed, free local wine, beer and some light food offerings, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was the usual standard stuff, good coffee too. The biggest thing that stood out was the really lovely happy staff!

The hotel is nice and mostly clean. The carpets in the rooms are very dirty (I understand this can be common with so many people in and out and shoes but they should invest in cleaning themm. My feet should not be filthy just walking around the room). The shower water pressure was pretty bad. We had an accessible room due to availability, so I am not sure if that is why. The power went out this morning (Sunday 08/23) while I was in the shower and it caused the already terrible water pressure to be even worse. The pool was small but nice. Only goes to 5 1/2 feet deep. Would have been nice if there was a hot tub as well. I guess for the price of the room, I expected a little more in terms of amenities. The breakfast was good BUT there definitely needs to be AT LEAST 2 waffle makers. Having a 20+ min line to make a waffle when you have kids is kinda frustrating, especially having the next person breathing down your neck waiting. Also, having a bit more of a variety of options for food would be nice as well. The basic eggs, sausage and potatoes was ok but having bacon, grits, maybe some veggies or something would be a nice addition. Finally, the parking situation. I was NOT told at check in that it was valet only. I was NOT told at check in that there was a daily parking fee. While these aren't an issue, the staff needs to be transparent. I should not have had the valet guys telling me when I tried to park my vehicle because I was not informed at check in.
