This house has everything you could ask for, open floor plan, brand new modern appliances, with a big center island, a dinning room table, a very comfortable sofa thats big enough for your entire family, they even had walking sticks. If that wasn't enough, the view is incredible! You can enjoy the mountains from inside with big sliding glass window or from the comfortable patio outside. We took full advantage of the added amenities! It's a gated community, we worked out at gym, the pool is nice and big (pics don't do it justice) and we hiked south mountain. They also have ping pong and outdoor fireplaces that we didn't use. The last thing I'll say, is the hosts response time was impeccable! We reached out a couple times prior to renting the property and had a some basic questions while we there, and every response was within minutes. We loved it and will definitely stay there again!

We had three couples for the long weekend and loved the place! Walking distance to south mountain and enjoyed different trails each day and the pool and hottub after. Used Uber to get around and had no issues getting to the places we wanted to go. Recommend los Molinos for good happy hour and rustlers roost - get there early as it fills up fast. Do the slide on your way to the table! Awesome sunset and city lights for your view. Loved playing ping pong, pool and lounging on the back patio. Bought groceries for breakfast in the awesome kitchen! Will look for this property if we come back to Phoenix!

I wish I could give a couple of the categories 6 stars. The house was beyond just clean. Really a great job with a short turn around. Another special thing about this rental was the communication with our hosts. I find the service so much better on VRBO when I deal directly with the hosts and not a management company. This was no exception. The hosts were very helpful and responded quickly to questions. Beyond that, the location and neighborhood were fantastic. Good gym. Great pool and hot tub!! Fantastic view from the back porch and convenient hiking. I could even walk from the house to great trails. Kitchen was well stocked, and the knives were of quality and were sharp (unusual from my experience). I would recommend this to all who are visiting the area.

Spent 2 weeks at the south mountain luxury retreat with friends for a break from the Midwest winter. The property and surrounding development is beautiful, roomy, quiet neighborhood and close to hiking, golf and downtown restaurant scene. The home is exceptional, the community pool, hot tub, gym 5 star. Would definitely return to this one.

House was practically brand new with all the latest appliances and technology! Beautiful view of the mountains. We hiked the trails directly behind the house several times. The community pool and gym are resort level and pool was heated! Linens, kitchen equipment and easy accessibly made this the perfect house for our group. The property is stunning and the layout was just right. The ping pong pool kitchen table was a Hit with our crew!

If you are reading this, just book it! Hosts are always available (we had NO issues) and the home is beautiful. There were 5 of us and we never left the complex the entire weekend! We spent two days at the SPECTACULAR pool and cooked most meals in the well equipped kitchen. You will not be disappointed. It’s a 10/10.

Came to phoenix with a group of friends to watch nascar and do some hiking. The location was amazing with the south mountain preserve hiking trails at the back door! The gym and pool were great, nice and clean. The rooms were well spread out fo our group and having a pool table/ping pong was so much fun! Lexi and Clinton made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Would love to stay here again.

This is a terrific rental house. Everything was new/clean, and the house was very well stocked. Close proximity to South Mountain trails was perfect for us. Community gym/pool are very nice as well. Communication with the owners was great. We really enjoyed our stay.

Lexi and Clinton's property is truly amazing. Our 4 kids live all over the States so we rent VRBOs a lot. Their place really stood out for cleanliness, location, furnishing, responsiveness and convenience. The house felt like "home" immediately, we had a great stay. The trail behind the house is a great hike! And if one prefers a slightly less intense workout their is the neighborhood to walk, the clubhouse with the gym and the pool. One of our daughters and her fiancée live in Tempe, we will definitely rent again!

Our family stayed at the home while attending a wedding. The house is immaculate, super well organized, super comfortable and luxurious. The host are kind and communicative. Everything was so well organized that we had no questions. The neighborhood is also beautiful and close to a wonderful hiking trail we discovered. We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home while spending time in Phoenix for our daughter's volleyball tournament. Location was great...just 15 minutes from the convention center. The home was decorated beautifully and was well appointed with everything we might need. I wish we could have spent more time at the home as it was comfortable and had a nice-sized gathering area. Would definitely stay again!

My work colleagues and my family (including kids) were in town for a conference and we stayed at this magnificent home! It was super comfortable, with a great space for after conference dinner and discussion. The location was perfect for morning hikes and trail running in South Mountain Park. The community was safe and inviting. We could not have asked for anything more!

Just wanted to let everyone know that this is a beautiful 5***** VRBO. We have rented many VRBO and this by far has been the nicest and best equipped rental. Lexi and Clinton spent extra time on their rental by labeling all the light fixtures to providing the best beds and extra charging stations! I would highly recommend this VRBO!

Our stay was incredible. The house is absolutely gorgeous and beautifully curated. It was the perfect oasis on the outskirts of the city, there was something for everyone! Lexi and Clinton were wonderful hosts, they were prompt in their responses and accommodations. We would definitely return someday!

The home was adorable, well-appointed home had many luxury comfort features and the hosts had thought of everything. The covered patio with views of South Mountain was very comfortable while we sipped on morning coffee or relaxed at the end of the day. The layout of the home was perfect for the 5 of us staying there. The neighborhood has a beautiful pool area and many parks. The South Mountain trail system is easily accessed, and we watched the hummingbirds and bunnies in the backyard. All in all we enjoyed our stay at South Mountain and highly recommend to anyone considering visiting the Phoenix area.

We took full advantage of the added amenities! It's a gated community, we worked out at gym, the pool is nice and big (pics don't do it justice) and we hiked south mountain. They also have ping pong and outdoor fireplaces that we didn't use. The last thing I'll say, is the hosts response time was impeccable! We reached out a couple times prior to renting the property and had a some basic questions while we there, and every response was within minutes. We loved it and will definitely stay there again!
This house has everything you could ask for, open floor plan, brand new modern appliances, with a big center island, a dinning room table, a very comfortable sofa thats big enough for your entire family, they even had walking sticks. If that wasn't enough, the view is incredible! You can enjoy the mountains from inside with big sliding glass window or from the comfortable patio outside. My family and I so enjoyed our stay! The house was beyond our expectations: clean, spacious, beautifully decorated. The neighborhood was quiet with a beautiful mountain view. We were able to enjoy a little time on the patio and at the beautiful community pool. Lexi and Clinton were wonderful hosts, very quick to respond, and it’s clear they care a lot about their guests. None of us were ready to leave! We’d love to stay again in the future!!

Lexi and Clinton's property is truly amazing. Our 4 kids live all over the States so we rent VRBOs a lot. Their place really stood out for cleanliness, location, furnishing, responsiveness and convenience. The house felt like "home" immediately, we had a great stay. The trail behind the house is a great hike! And if one prefers a slightly less intense workout their is the neighborhood to walk, the clubhouse with the gym and the pool. One of our daughters and her fiancée live in Tempe, we will definitely rent again!

Came to phoenix with a group of friends to watch nascar and do some hiking. The location was amazing with the south mountain preserve hiking trails at the back door! The gym and pool were great, nice and clean. The rooms were well spread out fo our group and having a pool table/ping pong was so much fun! Lexi and Clinton made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Would love to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home while spending time in Phoenix for our daughter's volleyball tournament. Location was great...just 15 minutes from the convention center. The home was decorated beautifully and was well appointed with everything we might need. I wish we could have spent more time at the home as it was comfortable and had a nice-sized gathering area. Would definitely stay again!

We had three couples for the long weekend and loved the place! Walking distance to south mountain and enjoyed different trails each day and the pool and hottub after. Used Uber to get around and had no issues getting to the places we wanted to go. Recommend los Molinos for good happy hour and rustlers roost - get there early as it fills up fast. Do the slide on your way to the table! Awesome sunset and city lights for your view. Loved playing ping pong, pool and lounging on the back patio. Bought groceries for breakfast in the awesome kitchen! Will look for this property if we come back to Phoenix!

This was a VERY nice place and community! It exceeded our expectations and the hosts were extremely responsive. It's conveniently located within 15 minutes of the airport and 30 minutes of the surrounding Phoenix area. The available amenities were awesome.
