Old and dated electrical sockets loose and dangerous. Elevators got stuck with a man there for 15 min in 40 dig heat then had to be manually opened. There was cleaner's every day which was a plus

La piscine ne ressemble absolument pas à la brochure. Surdimensionne sur celle-ci. Transats sales et usager .Excrément d'enfant flottant dans la piscine. Bâtiment vétuste .Très bruyant. Câble électrique apparent dans l'ascenseur. Pas de gel douche dans la salle de bain malgré nos remarques. Nous avons quitté cet hôtel au troisième jours . Impossible dis séjourner d avantage. Notre séjour nous a coûter tres cher Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel

Very poor standard and hotel needs updating. Rooms very basic, doors falling off in kitchen area, toilet seat falling off and tiles falling off in bathroom. Pool area dirty and pool has no filter so dirty water and way too much chlorine!! Not enough sun loungers for all the guests which caused lots of problems for us as group of 11. Pool bar has reasonable priced snacks such as pizza, burgers and wraps but definitely better standard outside hotel. 2 malls within 5 minutes walk which have good amenities and restaurants! This definitely helped improve our stay having these so close! Just little things like hotel not being able to call taxis, having to ask for rooms to be cleaned and dirty pool area really let hotel down further. Would not come back to this hotel.

Für eine Nacht war es ok. Der Pool ist im sommer ein Pluspunkt.

Séjour assez chaotique. La piscine est petite contrairement à la photo. Impossible d'ouvrir la chambre, on a du avoir besoin d'aide du personnel. Pas de draps, pas de serviettes, pas de papiers toilettes et pas de shampoing. On a du reclamer à plusieurs reprises. Pas de canapé lit double mais des canapés marocains dure et pas conforable pour dormir. Frigo bruyant et travaux de maçonnerie dès 7h du matin.

Hotellet ligger 5 minutters gange fra Menara Mall. En går til Jeema El Fna på 25 minutter. Ganske stille. En del byggeaktivitet i området rundt. Hyggelig personale. Bra basseng. Et helt ok sted å sove, men litt nedslitt - akkurat slik som mange hotellet i Marokko er.

Personnel sympathique, tres bon accueil. Manques cependant quelques transat a la piscine et les plaques de la cuisine ne fonctionnait pas correctement. Une petite rénovation serait la bienvenue.

Les appartements sont vieux et en mauvais état. Pas d’eau chaude. Climatisation très bruyante. Ascenseur ne fonctionne pas tout le temps. Piscine dangereuse pour les enfants. Heureusement, nous ne restions qu’une seule nuit. La réception n’a pas été à notre écoute : incapable de nous commander un taxi.

Very dirty, bedroom windows done close, no heated pool, came after 3days to clean up room even after requested too, bed sheets awfull with stains,no facilities at all 0 rating no any star 0 star

Fatal, super sucio todo. La terraza llena de suciedad por no decir otra palabra… de paloma sin limpiar …las paredes llenas de…., una barbaridad!!! En la vida he visto algo así, tuvimos que dormir 4 personas en la misma cama de matrimonio porque nos pusieron el sofá para dormir dos personas mayores. Fatal fatal.

The air conditioning barely worked, making the stay uncomfortable. The washroom was in poor condition—unclean and poorly maintained. I’ve never stayed somewhere this bad. Definitely would not recommend.

Lights didn't work in the kitchen area, in the living room only light worked but it was so dim that you can barely see. Curtains rails hanging from the ceiling! Kitchen have no equipment and the fridge had a burning mark on the top. Pillows, towels and blankets all old and nasty. If any good thing was the shower with powerful water!

DO NOT! The apartment was terrible. We paid for 6pax but got a 4pax. I’m pretty sure they overcharged us on the local taxes too. The property was seriously run down. Rooms - very dark and dingy, they do not look like the photos. Could hear everything. Kitchen - the electric sockets and wires all fall off when you unplug. Fridge wasn’t working properly. The utensils not clean. The cabinet doors hanging on single hinges. Bathroom - toilet would constantly get blocked even with the toilet paper they provided. No hand towels, no floor mat, the shower leaked out. Hot water and the shower power was the only thing going for this accommodation. Cleanliness - they wouldn’t clean anything just made the beds. We had to ask them to take out the rubbish (from takeaway we ordered). Strangely they’d detach the shower head and leave it like that. Only provided with 3 towels for 5 people, took ages to bring up any towels. Not stayed in anything as terrible as this. Don’t be deceived by the photos and even the reception area, the rooms and service is terrible!

Je savait que c’etait un logement pas tres cher, mais les chambres son viellots, la propreté est a revoir, c'est tres vétuste. Dans la chambre que j’avais le salon tout était cassé, sur le canapé il y avait des traces de fluides humains (je vous épargne le terme) vraiment horrible a tel point que j’ai dormi sur mes vêtements pour ne pas etre en contact direct avec le lit. Le personnel est gentil et serviable. Mais les chambres sont catastrophiques j’ai jamais dormi dans un hôtel aussi miteux pourtant je ne suis pas la première a dormir dans des hôtels 5 étoiles. Autant mettre meme 20€ de plus par nuit mais dormir dans un beau logement que ça. Meme les meubles hauts de la cuisine etaient manquants, et ceux qui restaient les portes etaient quasi cassés. Pour un hotel mogador c’est terrible.

Het hotel was oud en mankeert heel veel het was vies. Warm water deed het niet. Kamers worden niet goed schoon gemaakt. Het stinkt heel erg. Ontbijt stelt niks voor en is duur. Het is niet hetzelfde wat ze op hun site aangeven

The kitchen was very dirty and had a leak. The kitchen cabinets were almost falling apart. The rooms did not smell fresh. The windows didn’t close properly, causing a significant draft.

Las sábanas no habían sido cambiadas, había pelos en ellas de los clientes anteriores. Las ventanas no encajaban y entraba aire frío. No había toallas y tuvimos que pedirlas varias veces para poder ducharnos. Afortundamente, la calefacción funcionaba bien porque si no nos hubiéramos congelado. Los botones de conserjería te agobian con la recogida de maletas. A un mejor precio, lo podría recomendar como aceptable a pesar de sus supuestas 4 estrellas.

The staff were friendly but the hotel was tired outdated and in desperate need of refurbishment.

The facade of the building is similar to most buildings around the area. The rooms are very spacious with stained sofa pillows, non working fridge for my room, and some of the staff are not friendly at all. I would not go back.

Dated property with very low lighting. Everything in the room was aged and down to the very basics. We didn't get enough towels for our family of 5 and our telephone wasn't working. I had to go all the way downstairs and request more towels and it took time for them to bring them to us.

I know you get what you paid for, but also the conditions were a little bit rough. Not enough plugs on the property, remote controllers without batteries, but the biggest issue was the cold, if you going there during winter it's gonna sucks, people who works their are courteous and helpfull nothing to say about that.

Ma chambre était propre rien a dire sur l'hygiène, parcontre beaucoup d'éclairage ne fonctionnaient pas et il y'a un manque de prise dans le salon, obligé de charger le téléphone dans la chambre.

The stuff is nice beside that nothing was a good, everything in the hotel are old and Brooke down , furniture in the room too old never be updated, kitchen too old , living room too old , the tables are broke down, the sliding door not working, the curtains are dirty and old...

We booked a room for 4 persons, two adults and a three years old and a 8 months baby. The first room they gave hade one bedroom with two separate beds. Had to tell them to correct it, they fixed however quickly. The second room had no towels. 30 minutes we had to wait to get towels.

Terrible hotel, this is the only hotel ever I didn’t even stay. Waste my money I left right away. Room likes a prison. Dark, small, looks dirty. The manager not even try to understand why I’m leaving. She was rude. If I can, I give 0 points over 10.

Reception staff was really bad the first day I checked in staff unprofessional he told me he will send a baby court but they never gave it after 3 days we had to share a bed 3 people I told them many times at leave give us a room with 2 beds plus we had to change the room 3 times heater not working and bad smells will never go back to that garbage hotel again .

Como comentário anterior…. Paguei cara três adultos e tinha comodidade para dois, até as toalhas eram só duas. Bem mas, no geral, as pessoas, funcionários, esforçam-se e tudo o que faltava e eu pedi deram.

Good service and convenient location

We were not able to have towels only at 5pm even we arrived at 1 pm and it was hot weather and we want to take shower, and when we receive the towels we were given only one by personne. No shampoo and no shower gel were given

The front desk staff was kind and supportive but the cleaning staff was inconsistent. The amenities were subpar (no microwave, just a hot plate, and no oven). But, the hotel itself had a calm atmosphere and a great location. Overall I would rate it a 3/5.

My wife and I came in late from the airport with a pounding headache but they would not even offer a bottle of water. They suggested we walk a few blocks to a store to buy one. After some pleading they took 20 durams and said they would buy one for us. But they forgot and never came. A few hours later i had to go get the water myself.

We booked Mogador Menzah based on the pictures on the booking site and we had also stayed at Mogador Opera where we had a fantastic time but sadly learnt Opera had closed down. Menzah is in urgent need of refurbishment, when we checked into our room we noted the walls were freshly painted however there were serious safety issues such as 2 wall sockets were broken and were hanging off. Children could have easily touched the live wires, the shower cubicle had broken glass doors and all water would spill into the bathroom when having a shower, the fridge was burnt out on top, the handle to bathroom was broken so you could not open the door from inside. The worst was the room was crawling with ants near the front door and back door to the balcony. The location is not suitable for families with young children. It is 2-3 mins walk from the main road and there are no street lighting and pavement is made of sand/stones so can be dangerous and messy if walking in the rain to the hotel. The spa facilities were closed and only a continental paid breakfast on offer. I do hope the management of the hotel read my review and take urgent action to fix this hotel as Menzah does let the rest of the Mogador chain down. On a positive note we found all of the staff at the Menzah to be very helpful and friendly.

Would recommend this hotel, located half hour walk from the main square or old town. Or less than £5.00 in a taxi. Staff friendly, shop less than five mins walk, serves alcohol and cigarettes. Kitchen a little out dated, but so what !! Who goes on holiday to cook?? Don’t understand why this hotel has negative reviews, !! If I was to return to Morocco I would definitely stay her again Quite, no noise, peaceful Good wifi Would recommend

There isn’t much good. The property looks nice outside, but the inside is not kept up. My reservation for a one-bedroom apartment was not honored because “we are sold out”, even though they were still selling that option when I got to my room and googled it. The “kithchenette” had one uncorking hot plate, no dishes, glasses, utensils, and one small pot. No microwave. Don’t stay here. I never would again.

Pictures do not determine the room. Rooms are smaller than advertised. Doors sticky. Locks are hard to work. Have a kicthen. No way of heating anything. Have kettle but not stove or electric. Bathrooms have mould on edges.

Trop de points négatifs. Hôtel 4 qui en vaut 2. Pas d’entretien de l’hôtel vieillot. Il faut réclamer les serviettes tous les jours pour la douche. Chambre équipée de cuisine sans aucune vaisselle. SB dans degeuuu avec des rideau de douche qui ne tiennent pas. Pas de SPA ? Petit déjeuner nulle sur plateau à 69dh à payer au quotidien. Je déconseille cette établissement cher pour rien

Séjour decevant , chambres manquent de maintenance ; il faisait tres fois pas de chauffage pas de reparation pas de couvertures chaudes les enfants tremblaient de froid dans le petit salon ; pas deau chaude ; on payé 70 dhs par personne pour le petit déj en supplément malheureusement trés decus confiture pain thé dur et meme pas deoufs .... je te recommande à personne dy aller et le personnel n'a rien fait pour se rattrapper .

The place looks big and nice by look but rooms are seriously outdated. The cupboards are broken. Very limited breakfast items. Staff are very cordial and helpful. Ample parking space, located in a quiet area but convenient for travel to Medina.

The property needs an upgrade. fair enough reception was quick to get us in but the room was not up to standards you are looking at 69 Dh for a basic breakfast.

Property is conveniently located near the city. Kitchen lacked several essentials such as a coffee maker, a toaster and a microwave. Very minimal old pots, pans, plates, and utensils. Very slow response to requests such as 3 days just to replace a light bulb! Parking is controlled by the Yellow jackets who annoyingly and aggressively demand tips for helping you to park!
