We had a great time and didn't need to leave the property if we didn't want to.....there was plenty of space for us all with lots to do! The cinema room, pool and games room were a hit.The property does need some maintenance including the paving around the pool which has sunken and become a trip hazard. The bathroom in the games room had not been cleaned, nor the BBQ.Other than that, the house was great!

There was ample space for everyone, and the house had a range of activities that meant we barely wanted to leave. Positives:- The pool was a great size- The theatre room was excellent- Yard was huge and great for games- Kitchen was a great size, - the outside bungalow and bathroom was A+- locations was really quiet, being close to the beach and a short trip to local shops at Anna Bay. Negatives:- No outdoor lights on the lawn or in the pool meant as soon as it was dark, you had to move inside. - Once inside, there was no lounge area big enough to suit the capacity of the house, causing everyone to be uncomfortable or not be together. - The main shower dribbled and didn't spray, meaning everyone had to shower in the bungalow- The master bedroom had a horrible almost rotting smell that stayed noticeable for 4 days of the trip- The pool table and foosball table in the bungalow were unlevel, making the pool table hard to play, and the foosball table impossible. - The master ensuite doors don't close properly, if you have the fan on it sucks the doors open.None of these negatives were complete deal breakers, but for the price you pay you shouldn't have to deal with these issues. I'd go to the area again, and book through the company (they were very professional and shipped an item back to us that we had left), but I'm not sure I would stay at this property again until these issues are fixed.

We had a wonderful stay at One Mile coast and country estate. The house, pool and gardens were big and well maintained. Plenty of room for 2 families and the pool table and media room was a big hit with the teenagers. We will definitely book again!

Property was perfect for our stay. The pool was great, some days a little too hot.

Very happy with this property but we did have a few issues. I think the bbq needs to be cleaned and replaced, also the frying pan needs to be replaced. The bins were full on arrival. The soap dispenser was empty in both bathrooms. The dishwasher was full on arrival. The property itself was perfect for our stay and location was great would certainly recommend

This is a great place to stay. It has everything you need. The 15m heated pool is amazing. If we weren't in the pool we were playing pool in the games room or man shed as my son called it. A few small issues but wouldn't markdown the rating for them. There was a mix up with the cleaners not expecting us to arrive and because of the inconvenience we received a lovely complementary grazing box the next day. The home theatre system told us it needs a new globe so we didn't use it, no lights were working in the master suite and we couldn't get the aircon working in the bedrooms. We only needed two of the five bedrooms so wasn't a great issue for us we just used the rooms closest to the aircon that was working! Couldn't use the foosball table as one of the players must have had an accident and lost his legs. The game room is setup really nicely some updated accessories cue rack etc would be great. We loved that they arrange for somebody to take the bins out and bring them back in the next day. Such a nice quiet spot. Beautifully kept gardens. I would love to stay again another time.

Overall we are happy with the property. * Pool and yard are well maintained * big front and back yard with plenty of space for kids to run around. *The Vacuum cleaner broke down, so during our stay, we had to make use of the broom, the bedroom was dusty, but this could be due to the vacuum breaking down, and the cleaner couldn't do their job properly. Things to improve on. * The entertainment room is very stuffy, and it doesn't help when there is no control for the electric roller shutter to let air fresh into the room. * the air-con is extremely loud when operate. * we helped to clean the garbage bin, we need to use the bin and found that the bin kind of smell so we hosed down the bin and air dry it as we need to use it, somehow this annoy the cleaner.

Nice enough place, furniture could be reviewed , it’s like they have cramped to many big pieces of furniture into the space that is not big enough for it …

We loved the house, stayed there for my mother in laws 60th Birthday weekend, only left the house once to go to the beach. Only negative was the sound of the ducted air conditioner, very annoying and loud.

The air conditioner in the main bedroom makes a whistling noise, the rack in the dishwasher is faulty, the big screen tv is an old projector type difficult to operate, the characters are worn off the oven dial so difficult to operate, pool lounges unusable as the mesh is sun damaged and torn. I hope they repair and update the property as it could have been so much better with a bit of TLC

Overall it was amazing, so comfortable and lots of space. I would thoroughly recommend. I have some feedback that hope is useful. The outdoor BBQ was dissappointing and tiny to try and feed 11 people. a large flat plate bbq would be ideal. The TV controls were really tough to navigate and turn down the volume. A detailed set of instructions would help. The whole process was slow. A few things missing like a pizza cutter, more tongs, large chopping boards and large serving plates would be good. thank you

Unable to use the BBQ because there was no hot plate just wired trays same for the Webber! we played over $500+ for a cleaning fee but where expected to clean everything including dry and put away dishes which is fine but not when we already paying so much for cleaning I understand it is a condition we agreed on before attending but I dnt think the price breakdown for this is reasonable. Also suggest some placemats to be bought as there was none available. The outdoor pool umbrella was broken so couldn't use that either. However overall place is big, pool is lovely and the man that came to greet us (show us how to use theatre room) was super super lovely sorry forgot his name!

The vacation home was nice and comfy and as per the pictures. However the overall experience was unsatisfactory due to a very unpleasant guest experience. 1.NO ADDITONAL TOILET ROLLS IN THE HOUSE WERE PROVIDED.It was so unusual and unexpected that not a single spare roll. 2.NO SHOWER GEL HANDWASH IN ANY OF THE TOILETS. I have never experienced any such thing in other similar services, with this basic stuff missing.It was so unpleasant to have to go out and buy basic toiletries particularly after paying so much for the place. 3.NO ADDITONAL TOWELS.We were using the pool and being avery hot summer we were taking showers twice and there were just one single towel for all for the entire stay.Never before we have found such stingy basics.Very disappointing.No several pool towels. 4.NOONE PICKED THE CALLS OR RESPONDED TO TEXTS. Since Saturday morning multiple attempts via calls or text to reach property manager none was responded. 5.POOL LIGHTS WERE NOT INFORMED GIW TO TURN ON.Due to the heat we wanted to go in the pool in the evening but could not figure out how to turn other lights. No information was available, or reaching out to the team helped as no one was picking up.Very dissatisfied

We loved staying at the coast and country estate, we had a little problem with the aircon and it was addressed very quickly which was excellent. The pool was amazing and the grass was exceptionally soft. We would love to stay here again next year.
