This is a lovely hotel. Short walk from the hbf and very close to the old town. Room and amenities were to a high standard, bar and work space are very good and the staff were very efficient and friendly. I would stay again without hesitation.

Staff and room was ok. The main problem was broken AC during my entire stay, which was only informed via a sign in the reception on arrival. I had booked the hotel because of the AC, as several hotels in the area didnt have it, and I had looked forward to it due to the heat. Working from the room was as such quite challenging and as a result, my stay was not very pleasant. Things happen and things break, I understand that, but its then up to how the situation is managed and this was far from elegant.

Great stay at a great hotel. Unfortunately there was a temporary outage on the aircon, but the staff was very helpful providing ventilators and a quiet room where windows could open to a quiet courtyard. Great breakfast and free perks. Recommend to waive the daily cleaning if you stay multiple nights as this is compensated nicely.

Air conditioning was out at the hotel (only reason we booked it due to recent high heat) and, despite 3 messages from the hotel to remind us to check in, they never disclosed the AC was not working before our arrival. We only learned at check in. Had I known about the outage, I would have invoked my free cancellation prior to check in. We were given one small desk fan to cool down 4 people! They told us to open windows to help with the 80+ degree heat, however the room was facing the train station. So, with the windows open all night, all we heard was loud train horns. No one in my family got any sleep due to the heat and noise (including 2 small children) so we checked out the next morning (2 days early). The hotel then refused to refund money for the 2 unused nights. Disappointed for sure.
