A horrible stay ! The air condition did not work and had not done it for a while. Room temperature around 28˚C and impossible to sleep. How can a so called very good hotel not care about their guests in the heat ? In addition, the wifi was VERY slow and it was not even possible to read the news.

Ok - the positives: it’s clean, the WIFI is good and the rooms are large. Negatives: the air conditioning simply doesn’t work. It’s absolutely boiling. I tried a total of three different rooms - each time, as I dragged my body up and down the stairs, I was told “it’ll work fine, it’s fixed”. Each time it didn’t work. Very frustrating. It’s a central air conditioning system which is either turned off (to save money) or is thoroughly broken. It’s a shame. The hotel is beautiful but the management is so poor.
