Great hotel in Cusco. Helpful staff, clean room, great rooftop restaurant and bar. Is not very centrally located in Cusco. Maybe a 20 minute walk to Plaza de Armas. There were still some food options close by.

The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and understanding, especially as I dealt with an issue with LATAM; they went above and beyond to assist me. The building’s elevator is a welcomed convenience, as every step at 3,500 meters above sea level is no small feat. The view from the 12th-floor bar is truly breathtaking. While the room felt a bit outdated, this was reflected in the price, making it overall a good value for the stay.

The stay went quite well. Area is safe and near main attractions. Can get a little noisy at night do to street noise and trains.Staff was welcoming and friendly. They set up me and my wife's covid test for visit to Chile. I would definitely stay again. The top floor bar/ restaurant has amazing night view of cusco a must see.

Clean, modern, big rooms and amazing restaurant at top floor with 360 view of Cusco! Nice staff but some misinformation - we were told the laundry would be 10 soles for 4kg so we packed all our staff and weighted it to exactly 4kg. But when checking out they told us it was 10 soles per kilo, so we ended up paying 40 soles. Could have probably done our laundry cheaper in town if they told us the right price from the beginning.

El hotel requiere algo de mantenimiento, y cambio de luces en las habitaciones, ya que se ven muy oscuras, el agua en la reghadera no se mantiene a una temperatura estable, cambia de frio a caliente permanentemente, lo que hace muy complicado el proceso de bañarse. Durante el tiempo de estadia repararon el unico ascensor que tenian, por lo que tuvimos que subir y bajar escaleras, hasta un 7mo piso

Nos gusto la amabilidad de la chica de la recepcion, el te free, pero muchas veces no habian tazas limpias para tomarlo. de 3 noches , en 2 no tubimos agua caliente, segun nos digeron por falta de gas, no es posible llegar de una excurcion todo el dia en la montana 7 colores y no poder tomar una ducha caliente, cuando el agua esta congelada siendo invierno en cusco. nunca vi algo igual.

El personal es muy amable y respetuoso. El hotel está a minutos caminando de restaurantes, lugares de interés de Cusco y del centro del Cusco histórico. Es cerca de la estación del tren y el restaurante en la azotea del hotel es espectacular. Sin embargo tuvimos una mala experiencia con un mal olor particular que fue reportado en varias ocasiones y no lo corrigieron a pesar de indicar que se ocuparían del mismo. Por lo demás muy bueno.

It was horrible from the begining we had to wait for our room for 45 min. Then the towels where old and torn. Then anothe day there was no water at all in the middle of my showe and my family member. The tv was too small. Not enough hangers only 2 and the safe needed a key which they didnt give us we had to call for it and for extra towels and pillows. The restaurant was good the service and food. But class customer service and better attention and newer things was a complete miss.

I'll start with the Pros. Great views of Cusco, and the Restaurant Bar at the top level has great food for both breakfast and dinner. It was super convenient on those days you just need to rest and don't want to do much walking. Also hot water was very hot. Now for the Cons: The front desk staff are extremely unhelpful. When we arrived we didn't find a safe or mini fridge in our room. When we asked the front desk about it they basically told all three of us that it was there and we were all lying about not having one. The following days when we brought it up, they just dodged the issue, saying another set of staff (like housekeeping) will "look into it." We only received a safe and mini fridge when another room on our floor checked out and they gave us theirs. Noise. This has got to be the loudest hotel I've stayed in, like ever. Rooms are not sound proof at all and you can hear everything from the hallway to the upstairs rooms, to the dogs barking on the street 8 floors down. Not to forget the train that goes right by the hotel and makes a great amount of noise in the morning. Airport shuttle was advertised as free on the website, but we had to pay for it. So they lied about that service. They don't even take you themselves they just called up someone and had them take us. Overall I was not impressed with Polo Cusco Suites, which is why I would give it 3 stars. There are more cons than pros, for me and my friends who stayed here May 9th through the 15th of 2024.

Otimo hotel, proximo a rodoviaria e proximo ao centro historico. Quartos muito grandes, assim como a cama, banheiro etc. Atendimento excelente da recepçao e do restaurante.Do centro historico ao hotel era uma caminhada de 20 min por uma rua segura. Ja para a rodoviaria menos de 10 min. Pelo valor cobrado é um excelente hotel... otimo custo x beneficio

Easy to grab a Uber or taxi within 3 minutes. I thought the train track had charm- it did not bother us and stopped early enough in the evenings. Breakfasts is abundance. Staff aims to please and accommodate. Drink the complimentary coca leaves to relief headaches and other symptoms of altitude. Works wonders. The area is noisy as expected, but we did not venture out. We did not walk to the square- due to altitude- Cleanliness could be improved, minimal towels left and were “old”. But, overall, we liked our stay there- we are seniors.

My stay was good but what ruined it at the end is my coupled neighbor arguing and physically hitting each other throughout the night. Nothing was done about it. I had to call front desk twice and they were still arguing, pounding on doors, and just making a lot of noise. I didn't sleep on my last night there...ruined my vacation.

Our stay was great. The hotel staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. Just note there is no AC. This was not an issue for us since it was cold during the time we went and the room was cool enough. They also kept our luggage for 1-2 hrs after our checkout, since we were not getting back in time from a morning tour.

The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and understanding, especially as I dealt with an issue with LATAM; they went above and beyond to assist me. The building’s elevator is a welcomed convenience, as every step at 3,500 meters above sea level is no small feat. The view from the 12th-floor bar is truly breathtaking. While the room felt a bit outdated, this was reflected in the price, making it overall a good value for the stay.

Staff was very nice and friendly. The restsurant was booked but they provided room service and the food was excellent. I checked out before breakfast so they supplied a boxed lunch. It is a great licatiin uf you are taking the Inka Express as it is less than a 5 minute walk.

I'll start with the Pros. Great views of Cusco, and the Restaurant Bar at the top level has great food for both breakfast and dinner. It was super convenient on those days you just need to rest and don't want to do much walking. Also hot water was very hot. Now for the Cons: The front desk staff are extremely unhelpful. When we arrived we didn't find a safe or mini fridge in our room. When we asked the front desk about it they basically told all three of us that it was there and we were all lying about not having one. The following days when we brought it up, they just dodged the issue, saying another set of staff (like housekeeping) will "look into it." We only received a safe and mini fridge when another room on our floor checked out and they gave us theirs. Noise. This has got to be the loudest hotel I've stayed in, like ever. Rooms are not sound proof at all and you can hear everything from the hallway to the upstairs rooms, to the dogs barking on the street 8 floors down. Not to forget the train that goes right by the hotel and makes a great amount of noise in the morning. Airport shuttle was advertised as free on the website, but we had to pay for it. So they lied about that service. They don't even take you themselves they just called up someone and had them take us. Overall I was not impressed with Polo Cusco Suites, which is why I would give it 3 stars. There are more cons than pros, for me and my friends who stayed here May 9th through the 15th of 2024.

It was horrible from the begining we had to wait for our room for 45 min. Then the towels where old and torn. Then anothe day there was no water at all in the middle of my showe and my family member. The tv was too small. Not enough hangers only 2 and the safe needed a key which they didnt give us we had to call for it and for extra towels and pillows. The restaurant was good the service and food. But class customer service and better attention and newer things was a complete miss.

Queda a 18 minutos caminando de la plaza de armas, el personas es muy amable y servicial me hicieron sentir como en casa. Realizaban limpieza de mi habitacion todos los dias. Ademas los tours de la agencia ubicados en el hotel fueron de excelente calidad desde el precio, tipo de transporte, guias y posibilidad de pagar en dolares.
Queda a 18 minutos caminando de la plaza de armas, el personas es muy amable y servicial me hicieron sentir como en casa. Realizaban limpieza de mi habitacion todos los dias. Great hotel in Cusco. Helpful staff, clean room, great rooftop restaurant and bar. Is not very centrally located in Cusco. Maybe a 20 minute walk to Plaza de Armas. There were still some food options close by.

O hotel possui um valor mais em conta que outros...mas é mais afastado do centro (15 a 20 min de caminhada). Em que pese alguns pontos terem sido insatisfatórios, como a qualidade dos travesseiros e o barulho da rua (trânsito e trem), a equipe tentou atender todas nossas solicitações, como o late check out, por exemplo...pelo preço pago, foi justo. Nesse quesito, valeu a pena.

The stay went quite well. Area is safe and near main attractions. Can get a little noisy at night do to street noise and trains.Staff was welcoming and friendly. They set up me and my wife's covid test for visit to Chile. I would definitely stay again. The top floor bar/ restaurant has amazing night view of cusco a must see.

This is a lovely place to stay! The staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are incredibly clean, with an amazing view of the city! The hotel seems quite family oriented with mainly other Peruvians staying, and so if you’re a tourist looking to meet people or if your Spanish is not proficient, this may not be the best hotel choice for you. It’s about a 20 minute walk from Plaza de Armas with more restaurants/tourist areas, but I didn’t mind at all and had no problem walking home in the evening as a solo young woman. I recommend this hotel!

僕は英語もスペイン語も話せないのですが優しく接してくださいました。車で8分ほど進んだところに食事どころやお土産屋が多くあるのでUber必須かなと思います。また、ペルーレイル:オリャリタイタンボ行きのバス停がホテルから近いので非常に便利です。

Otimo hotel, proximo a rodoviaria e proximo ao centro historico. Quartos muito grandes, assim como a cama, banheiro etc. Atendimento excelente da recepçao e do restaurante.Do centro historico ao hotel era uma caminhada de 20 min por uma rua segura. Ja para a rodoviaria menos de 10 min. Pelo valor cobrado é um excelente hotel... otimo custo x beneficio

Easy to grab a Uber or taxi within 3 minutes. I thought the train track had charm- it did not bother us and stopped early enough in the evenings. Breakfasts is abundance. Staff aims to please and accommodate. Drink the complimentary coca leaves to relief headaches and other symptoms of altitude. Works wonders. The area is noisy as expected, but we did not venture out. We did not walk to the square- due to altitude- Cleanliness could be improved, minimal towels left and were “old”. But, overall, we liked our stay there- we are seniors.

Asked for a hair-dryer twice as one is not provided in room. Both times were told one would be provided. Somehow knew it was never arranged, which it didn't. Dirty and broken shower screen, no TV control, lighting was very poor, none over desk, and in bathroom couldn't shave with the poor lights.. No hot water jug to make a tea or coffee which was not provide. Lifts from 6th floor require you to down to ground floor then back up to12th floor for drinks or dinner, which were very good. Best thing was it's location to bus station. Wouldn't recommend.

The room had an amazing view and was very spacious. The bathroom was also beautiful. The only problems were: 1. There was no thermostat or way to control the heat in the room. Being that it’s the winter time, that resulted in the room being extremely cold. 2. The shower mildly flooded on the last night due to a leak in the faucet. Great value and an amazing rooftop restaurant, just maybe for the summer months.
