Prachtig, luxueus hotel. We hadden een residentie met 4 kamers, dakterras met grote vuurkorf, eigen zwembadje. Bedden en badkamers prima, leefruimte heel mooi enkel de keuken was zeer basic van kookopties: 1 kom, 1 pan. Het restaurant is een aanrader (wel prijzig), de poolbar is een pareltje, het zwembad is super mooi, er is yoga... Het is er ook rustig. Je hebt wel een auto of taxi nodig om naar het centrum te gaan. Het personeel spreekt zeer beperkt Engels. Kortom, absolute aanrader, een echte parel!

Genuinely fabulous. The grounds and room are top notch and maintained constantly to a high level. Staff are very attentive and speak English well. Food and drinks are high quality. Great bang for the buck!

This hotel is magnificent. So clean and well maintained. The room was extraordinary. Never experienced a hotel room with a pool in it. The bar tender Thomas has experience with making good drinks. The restaurant Samsara was great. The food options were excellent and the service was very good. Their coffee every morning was amazing. I love the long pool that stretches from the front to the back of the hotel. Pool guy maintained the pool clean from leaves and bugs. They all have a spa, yoga, ice bath, and sound healing on site.

Our experience was a very pleasant one from the very first minute we entered our villa with a private pool inside. That was the main reason we booked Milam, but it was even more amazing in person. The Samsara bar was our favorite hang out place for the variety of top-shell and mixology cocktails, some with local ingredients that we never tried anywhere else before, we recommend the mojitos with mezcal. The fact that the hotel is literally new gave it the extra tranquil and serene atmosphere that we expected.

Hotel Milam is truly in a league of its own, and it’s no wonder it’s a Michelin Key Winner. From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in outstanding service and hospitality. We were welcomed with refreshing drinks, and the staff immediately offered to hold our bags—perfect for a seamless start to our stay. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, even coordinating taxis for us, which is so helpful given that there are no Uber or Lyft services in Tulum. The room service and cleanliness were impeccable. Each day, the room was thoroughly cleaned, and trust me, I put it to the test with both Lysol and a blue light! The staff’s attention to detail in maintaining such a pristine environment only added to the luxurious experience. The location, though a bit removed, adds to the unique charm of the hotel. Nestled amid lush jungle surroundings, it truly felt like stepping into a serene oasis, and I felt like Georgina exploring the jungle! This secluded vibe, paired with the boutique design and ambiance, made it one of the most beautiful and intimate hotel experiences I’ve ever had. For those staying over the weekend, I highly recommend trying out the Saturday morning yoga sessions and sound bath. These offerings provided such a relaxing, grounding start to the day, enhancing the peaceful and rejuvenating vibe that makes Hotel Milam so special.

Beautiful and Peaceful Stay at the Hotel Milam me and my wife had a wonderful experience at the hotel Milam in Mexico. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. The place was very clean-housekeeping came every to tidy the room and make the bed. we'd come back to a fresh, comfortable space, and later someone would even stop by to ask if we wanted the bed adjusted for extra comfort. it's peaceful, quiet spot - perfect for a romantic gateway or just relaxing in calm environment with no noise or crowds. we highly recommend it if you looking to unwind. Just a couple of tips: bring mosquito spay if you plan to sit outside, and be aware that the road leading to the hotel isn't in the best condition. But once you're there, everything else is excellent!

We stayed at Hotel Milam from April 9–13 to celebrate our 10-year anniversary, and it was the perfect romantic escape. From the moment we walked into the breathtaking entrance, we were met with serene vibes and warm hospitality. A welcome drink was offered upon arrival, setting the tone for a peaceful and luxurious stay. I had pre-arranged one of their romantic packages, and my wife was surprised with a beautiful room setup, balloons, candles, and rose petals. The room itself was spotless, modern, and relaxing. We especially loved the private pool inside our room. It added so much comfort and privacy. One of our favorite features was the outdoor shower. Bathing under the open sky felt peaceful and grounding, truly connecting us with nature. We also enjoyed a couples massage at Xunáan Spa, located right on the property. It was one of the best massages we’ve ever had; deeply relaxing and incredibly thorough, with attention to every inch of the body. Every part of our stay felt intentional and soothing, and the staff were kind, helpful, and professional throughout. If you’re looking for a stylish, romantic getaway in Tulum, Hotel Milam is it. We’ll cherish this trip forever and can’t wait to return.

We had an amazing stay at Milam. From the moment we pulled up in our taxi to then seeing the property and then our room - our jaws dropped over and over again. It's a little far away from the hotel zone and downtown, but that's what we wanted. Peace and relaxation. And a special thank you to Ara and Eugene (the hotels concierge) - for being so kind and helping us with practically everything hah. They found us taxi's, offered recommendations and overall were so kind and considerate. Also - special shout out to Paolo from the restaurant and pool server. She was so kind, so lovely and made me never want to leave the pool. Overall I would highly recommend Milam!

My husband and I had an incredible stay at Milan. The room was absolutely beautiful, the breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, (the espresso too!) and the bartender who made our signature drinks made a performance out of it. The staff was super friendly. Although the outdoor shower was a dream, the hot water ran out quick.

I love loved my stay here! Everyone was so welcoming from the moment my spouse and I arrived we had VIP treatment. Jay was so accommodating and helpful with booking transportation and making reservations! Room service was amazing and quick as well! I love enjoying the bar and the service was excellent. I definitely recommend couples and solo travelers! You will not be disappointed. Friend groups and families as well! I only stayed 3 nights but this is a place I would visit again!

We had SUCH. Great time at this hotel. The service was fantastic, the front desk was always a WhatsApp away and worked so hard to make our trip unforgettable. We had so many great meals at the restaurant with fantastic drinks and every server was sweet and friendly. Will definitely recommend to anyone considering coming to tulum for a healing getaway.

I had a wonderful stay at hotel Milam! The food was delicious the staff were very pleasant and it was such a peaceful environment that we didn’t even need to go to the beach. I’d definitely revisit in the future. Also shoutout to Jay at the front desk his customer service was superb!

Genuinely fabulous. The grounds and room are top notch and maintained constantly to a high level. Staff are very attentive and speak English well. Food and drinks are high quality. Great bang for the buck!

Staff was extremely polite and friendly. Our retreat was what we expected. The spa staff was very mice and the bar & restaurant was good. Assisting with transportation arrangements was extremely helpful. Just 2 recommendations- We felt like someone came on our premises one night so maybe more lights on the backside & entrance to each retreat. And it was not an issue but maybe let visitors know ahead about the $400 deposit prior to arrival.

Our stay here was amazing! The staff was great, the property was beautiful and clean. Ara who manages the concierge had the best service I’ve experienced at a hotel/resort. She deserves a raise! Breakfast was good every morning, and the zen vibes all around the property were unmatched. But the room!!! The villas look just like the photos, and once you arrive you’ll never want to leave. We enjoyed every bit of our stay.

Ara, the hotel concierge, made our stay truly special. She reached out before our arrival to see how she could assist, which was greatly appreciated. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday, and Ara helped surprise her with beautiful decorations, flowers, and a cake delivered to our room. She also recommended and reserved an excellent restaurant for the occasion. When my daughter-in-law fell ill, Ara promptly arranged for a doctor to visit our room—thanks to her, she recovered quickly and didn’t miss a moment of the trip. Ara’s care and attention went above and beyond—we can’t thank her enough for making our stay such a wonderful experience. We stayed in the Premium Room, which was ideal for our family. It had four bedrooms and a detached common area with a kitchen and living room—perfect for spending time together comfortably.

Property look exactly like website. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Jay and Hy-me (please forgive me if the spelling is incorrect) were exceptional and took care of our needs. Great quiet couples getaway will definitely return.

Prachtig, luxueus hotel. We hadden een residentie met 4 kamers, dakterras met grote vuurkorf, eigen zwembadje. Bedden en badkamers prima, leefruimte heel mooi enkel de keuken was zeer basic van kookopties: 1 kom, 1 pan. Het restaurant is een aanrader (wel prijzig), de poolbar is een pareltje, het zwembad is super mooi, er is yoga... Het is er ook rustig. Je hebt wel een auto of taxi nodig om naar het centrum te gaan. Het personeel spreekt zeer beperkt Engels. Kortom, absolute aanrader, een echte parel!

We had an amazing stay at Milam. From the moment we pulled up in our taxi to then seeing the property and then our room - our jaws dropped over and over again. It's a little far away from the hotel zone and downtown, but that's what we wanted. Peace and relaxation. And a special thank you to Ara and Eugene (the hotels concierge) - for being so kind and helping us with practically everything hah. They found us taxi's, offered recommendations and overall were so kind and considerate. Also - special shout out to Paolo from the restaurant and pool server. She was so kind, so lovely and made me never want to leave the pool. Overall I would highly recommend Milam!

The hotel was beautiful. The issue was that the staff went into our safe when we left... They charged me $7 U.S. for a can of sprite. For 3 street tacos they charge nearly $30. It was very difficult for drivers to find the location. We were lost for nearly an hour on arrival they didn't answer the phone. After we arrived I explained to the woman at the the desk she said "you're here now.

The only thing is, make sure you go when there is more people. We arrived December 9th and it was like a ghost town. People started showing up closer to the weekend. Hopefully we can bring a very large group next time.

I can’t say enough great things about my 6 days at Hotel Milam. I stayed in one of the private residences with friends. It was the perfect combination of privacy and top notch attentiveness from the wonderful staff. The rooms and grounds were very clean. The food was wonderful. We rarely felt like leaving the hotel. The vibe is serene and not crowded. I wouldn’t suggest it if you are looking for a loud party scene. It is a bit off the beaten path so taxis are a must. If you are looking to relax, eat great food, enjoy the spa, and appreciate an attentive staff then you won’t regret staying here.

Beautiful and Peaceful Stay at the Hotel Milam me and my wife had a wonderful experience at the hotel Milam in Mexico. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. The place was very clean-housekeeping came every to tidy the room and make the bed. we'd come back to a fresh, comfortable space, and later someone would even stop by to ask if we wanted the bed adjusted for extra comfort. it's peaceful, quiet spot - perfect for a romantic gateway or just relaxing in calm environment with no noise or crowds. we highly recommend it if you looking to unwind. Just a couple of tips: bring mosquito spay if you plan to sit outside, and be aware that the road leading to the hotel isn't in the best condition. But once you're there, everything else is excellent!

The hotel aesthetic definitely exceeded my expectations , hotel Milam is beautiful however the food at the restaurant was not tasty and also i recommend using transportation from the airport rather the hotel because to go there it was $45… when we asking for airport drop off when our stay was over the driver tried to charge us $190 . So be very mindful of transportation from them

Hotel Milam is truly in a league of its own, and it’s no wonder it’s a Michelin Key Winner. From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in outstanding service and hospitality. We were welcomed with refreshing drinks, and the staff immediately offered to hold our bags—perfect for a seamless start to our stay. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, even coordinating taxis for us, which is so helpful given that there are no Uber or Lyft services in Tulum. The room service and cleanliness were impeccable. Each day, the room was thoroughly cleaned, and trust me, I put it to the test with both Lysol and a blue light! The staff’s attention to detail in maintaining such a pristine environment only added to the luxurious experience. The location, though a bit removed, adds to the unique charm of the hotel. Nestled amid lush jungle surroundings, it truly felt like stepping into a serene oasis, and I felt like Georgina exploring the jungle! This secluded vibe, paired with the boutique design and ambiance, made it one of the most beautiful and intimate hotel experiences I’ve ever had. For those staying over the weekend, I highly recommend trying out the Saturday morning yoga sessions and sound bath. These offerings provided such a relaxing, grounding start to the day, enhancing the peaceful and rejuvenating vibe that makes Hotel Milam so special.

Our experience was a very pleasant one from the very first minute we entered our villa with a private pool inside. That was the main reason we booked Milam, but it was even more amazing in person. The Samsara bar was our favorite hang out place for the variety of top-shell and mixology cocktails, some with local ingredients that we never tried anywhere else before, we recommend the mojitos with mezcal. The fact that the hotel is literally new gave it the extra tranquil and serene atmosphere that we expected.

My husband and I had an incredible stay at Milan. The room was absolutely beautiful, the breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, (the espresso too!) and the bartender who made our signature drinks made a performance out of it. The staff was super friendly. Although the outdoor shower was a dream, the hot water ran out quick.

Oh man, I wanted to like this place. I wouldn't support this hotel or any affiliated hotels after my stay here. 5 stars hotel? No not at all. Imagine not sleeping your first night of traveling, because the jets were soo loud it sounded like they were draining the entire pool. I kindly asked them to turn off because of the sound, they stated that they do that at midnight. Midnight, 2am, 4am, 5am still on. I mentioned this to the front desk they had the maintenance team look at the issues. I didnt want to be the person constantly complaining however, there was no hot water in the shower. They came and "fixed", then I had about 2 mins of really hot water before it went extremely cold. Imagine washing your hair and having to finish that in freezing water. Lol I jumped in our room pool, that was also freezing. At the end of our stay, I was glad I was leaving. The beds are hard, there were many issues, and yeah the staff is friendly and super nice. Nothing to do with them, its about the amount of money you spend and not get a night's rest or a warm shower. I chose this hotel because it was away from the busy beach, I wanted rest. I didn't get that. At the end they wanted to give me 20% off my 1 tab of food and massage as a courtesy for my inconvenience. However I had to sign a letter saying I couldn't leave a review. I kindly declined because sharing this experience was more important to me. They dont deserve my business. And I would never go back.
