Breakfast: The breakfast was great with a wide variety of options. Room: The room size was decent and clean, and the housekeeping staff were very friendly. However, the air conditioning was extremely loud—it honestly sounded like there was a truck inside the room.

Paid extra for Eiger view. Was not happy with the location of our room. We were put in the building further behind on the first floor across from elevator and housekeeping room. If you want a true Eiger view, I would recommend paying even more extra for a higher floor. Rooms and bathrooms are very dark. Hard to see. Lighting buttons very confusing. Kleenex box was empty and towel bar heater didn’t work. Hotel is nice. Staff is friendly. If I were to go back to Grindelwald I would probably try another spot. Not sure it was worth the hype or the money.
