Repetimos visita a un hotel que nos había encantado en la anterior ocasión con la incertidumbre que el paso de los años hubiera hecho efecto en la calidad del alojamiento. Nada más lejos de la realidad. Un correcto mantenimiento y una atención agradable en un hotel con una inmensa piscina hacen del Hotel un lugar estupendo para descansar/desconectar. No descartamos, pasados unos años, volver a repetir.

Alles in het hotel was uitstekend behalve de toegang naar de sportzaal en de zwembad kostbaar was €5 voor de sportzaal en €15 voor de binnen zwembad .

Great friendly staff! The staff everywhere were friendly. Cleaners, people at the bar, restaurant, spa. The only downside i would say is at the spa the turkish bath needs a refurb. Also the gym for them to charge they should really have more equipment there n make it bigger. Paying 5 euros a day when u bought all inclusive is not ideal. Food wasnt great also. It was ok

Superbe hotel moderne très bien tenu. Bien situé pour découvrir l'Algarve. Le personnel est souriant et accueillant. La chambre/studio est spacieuse avec un grand balcon, la literie est correcte. Le ménage est effectué tous les matins. La nourriture des restaurants est de qualité et variée. Points négatifs : durant notre séjour, les jours de la semaine un seul restaurant ouvert au lieu de deux le weekend, beaucoup trop de bruit. Est-il nécessaire de mettre de la musique ? La salle de sport est en supplément et accessible uniquement à partir de 9h30 : inadmissible pour un 4 étoiles. Les chambres sont impersonnelles et manquent de décoration.

Wir können uns absolut nicht beklagen. Die Zimmer waren sehr groß und sehr sauber. Das Essen war im Rahmen einer Halbpension reichhaltig, abwechslungsreich und sehr schmackhaft. Wer die Entfernung zum Strand von nur 1,5km bemängelt, sollte auch dazuschreiben, dass ein hoteleigener Bus von 09-18 Uhr annähernd stündlich zwischen Hotel und Strand pendelt. Es gibt einen riesigen Pool. Zusätzlich gibt es auch einen kleineren Pool für Kleinkinder. Animation und Abendprogramm haben wir nicht genutzt und möchten und deshalb kein Urteil erlauben. Einziger Wermutstropfen ... Es war verboten, Freunden das Hotel und das Zimmer zu zeigen. Unsere Freunde wurden durch den Sicherheitsdienst wieder vom Gelände geführt. Die Situation hat uns etwas verwirrt, da wir so etwas auf all unseren Reisen noch nie erlebt hatten.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour Hôtel magnifique. Les chambres sont bien insonorisées, juste pensez à mettre des tampons ou rajouter embout pied plastique pour les chaises pour le bruit de trainage de chaise. Lit confortable. Terrasse agréable. Je n'est jamais vu de piscine aussi grande!!!! On a très bien manger. Il y a de tout. On peut facilement changer de repas tous les jours. Mais y a toujours des ouins ouins!! Personnels très agréable. Hôtel méga propre. Ça sent bon. !! Navette plage gratuite

The resort had nice amenities. The food was the same basically every day, which is fine but if you desire a wide variety, you will not get that. The resort was very busy due to the festival going on, so my room was not properly cleaned daily. Towels weren't hung up, bed wasn't changed during my 5 nights I was there and the trash was ignored. I understand they get busy, but the staff should account for the fest and etc going on in the area. The spa was nice but you can't do any services as a couple. That's a bummer and can take up a lot of your time. If you need a taxi anywhere, schedule it immediately. Do not wait. Book your airport return service when you check in. The closet you get to your departure date, the more expensive it got. It shouldn't be that way, but that's what happened. There is an in house service that is a flat rate which good, but again book early! Use Uber and FreeNow as well. The room is a good size. The mattress is terrible. Period. There's a small kitchen which makes it nice if you want to make your own snacks and etc. Get to the pool early and claim your place. There's a bar outside too and entertainment. It can get loud and annoying so sit far away if that's not your thing.

The property was stunning, clean & gorgeous. The staff was great. Special shout out to Otilia for all her help getting my sister situated in my room. She's a lifesaver! Joanna: Great efforts on all your activities. I wish I had more time to participate but I was with the GSD Soccer group attending their functions. Nuno in the bar was fabulous too. The meal options were great as my husband LOVES fish & beer. He was very happy. Only dislike that is consistent with other comments: Towels for the pool area. I'm glad I read that and packed accordingly.

An excellent 4 star resort. Quite a few children but no problems. The dining room can be busy and noisy. Fred had us laughing from the moment we started checking in. I look forward to returning.

El hotel es muy grande, las habitaciones están genial pero los colchones no son muy buenos. Fuimos con todo incluido y el buffet ha estado bien y variado, incluso una noche hubo barbacoa. Hay una bar en la piscina donde puedes pedir bebidas durante todo el día, y a media mañana y a la hora de la merienda también hay un pequeño picoteo en la zona de restaurante. Como la capacidad del hotel es tan elevada, en temporada alta debe ser horrible pero en octubre se estaba estupendamente.
El hotel es muy grande, las habitaciones están genial pero los colchones no son muy buenos. Fuimos con todo incluido y el buffet ha estado bien y variado, incluso una noche hubo barbacoa. Hay una bar en la piscina donde puedes pedir bebidas durante todo el día, y a media mañana y a la hora de la merienda también hay un pequeño picoteo en la zona de restaurante. Como la capacidad del hotel es tan elevada, en temporada alta debe ser horrible pero en octubre se estaba estupendamente.

Stay was great. Hotel location is perfect and the facilities and activities were very good. Food was good and the swimming pool awesome. Only thing we could have done with a kettle and a toaster in the room.

The resort was very busy due to the festival going on, so my room was not properly cleaned daily. Towels weren't hung up, bed wasn't changed during my 5 nights I was there and the trash was ignored. I understand they get busy, but the staff should account for the fest and etc going on in the area. The spa was nice but you can't do any services as a couple. That's a bummer and can take up a lot of your time. If you need a taxi anywhere, schedule it immediately. Do not wait. Book your airport return service when you check in. The closet you get to your departure date, the more expensive it got. It shouldn't be that way, but that's what happened. There is an in house service that is a flat rate which good, but again book early! Use Uber and FreeNow as well. The room is a good size. The mattress is terrible. Period. There's a small kitchen which makes it nice if you want to make your own snacks and etc. Get to the pool early and claim your place. There's a bar outside too and entertainment. It can get loud and annoying so sit far away if that's not your thing.

Wir können uns absolut nicht beklagen. Die Zimmer waren sehr groß und sehr sauber. Das Essen war im Rahmen einer Halbpension reichhaltig, abwechslungsreich und sehr schmackhaft. Wer die Entfernung zum Strand von nur 1,5km bemängelt, sollte auch dazuschreiben, dass ein hoteleigener Bus von 09-18 Uhr annähernd stündlich zwischen Hotel und Strand pendelt. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour Hôtel magnifique. Les chambres sont bien insonorisées, juste pensez à mettre des tampons ou rajouter embout pied plastique pour les chaises pour le bruit de trainage de chaise. Lit confortable. Terrasse agréable. Je n'est jamais vu de piscine aussi grande!!!! On a très bien manger. Il y a de tout. On peut facilement changer de repas tous les jours. Mais y a toujours des ouins ouins!! Personnels très agréable. I booked a twin room for a solo trip, but the hotel kindly changed it to a double bed at my request. I was also pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a room with a balcony and a view of the pool. Quinzaine très appréciés dans cet hotel très étendu sur seulement 6 niveaux. Modernité tranquille avec un personnel très a l écoute. Resto varié international avec qqs spécialités portugaises. Great friendly staff! The staff everywhere were friendly. Cleaners, people at the bar, restaurant, spa. The only downside i would say is at the spa the turkish bath needs a refurb. Also the gym for them to charge they should really have more equipment there n make it bigger. Paying 5 euros a day when u bought all inclusive is not ideal. Food wasnt great also. It was ok

The property was stunning, clean & gorgeous. The staff was great. Special shout out to Otilia for all her help getting my sister situated in my room. She's a lifesaver! Joanna: Great efforts on all your activities. I wish I had more time to participate but I was with the GSD Soccer group attending their functions. Nuno in the bar was fabulous too. The meal options were great as my husband LOVES fish & beer. He was very happy. Only dislike that is consistent with other comments: Towels for the pool area. I'm glad I read that and packed accordingly.

An excellent 4 star resort. Quite a few children but no problems. The dining room can be busy and noisy. Fred had us laughing from the moment we started checking in. I look forward to returning.

El hotel es muy grande, las habitaciones están genial pero los colchones no son muy buenos. Fuimos con todo incluido y el buffet ha estado bien y variado, incluso una noche hubo barbacoa. Hay una bar en la piscina donde puedes pedir bebidas durante todo el día, y a media mañana y a la hora de la merienda también hay un pequeño picoteo en la zona de restaurante. Como la capacidad del hotel es tan elevada, en temporada alta debe ser horrible pero en octubre se estaba estupendamente.

I had a great trip to this hotel. The staff were great and the rooms and balconies were spacious and very clean. Food was delicious and despite hotel being full there were no queues for food and it was always plentiful. Only think I wasn’t impressed with was the evening entertainment but it wouldn’t put me off returning.

I would only ever stay here if you have a loved one in the hospital across the street as it’s the closest accommodation to the hospital. Otherwise stay far away from this hotel. It’s gross, a heaven for cheap European tourists with kids. Lots of kids screaming and shouting. Extremely uncomfortable bed. The hospital bed across the road was more comfortable. The location is terrible, the town is very low market, you’re lucky if you can get a good meal at McDonald’s.

Overall, a very nice hotel! Large, clean, with a really good breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet—lots to choose from, plus a separate section just for kids (set a bit lower so they could serve themselves, which was appreciated). We rented a classic suite with a land view, so we overlooked the parking lot and the hospital, but also had a slight glimpse of the sea. The room was spacious, with a fridge, a small freezer, some plates, cutlery, etc. There was a bathtub, one double bed, and two single beds. We were 2 adults and 2 children. Large balcony with afternoon sun. They have a shuttle bus that runs regularly to the beach and takes about 5 minutes. Also a very large playground that the children really enjoyed. It was located close to the pool, so you had a good view of both the playground and the pool. Some downsides were that you had to pay extra for the gym. The kids could only get ice cream between 4:00–5:30 PM (other all-inclusive hotels we’ve stayed at had it available both in the morning and afternoon, which the kids really appreciated). The pool was extremely cold, and the indoor pool had an age limit of 16+. We visited Lagos old town, which had a lot to offer, as well as Portimão’s pedestrian street and beachfront promenade
