Naked Hotel Zipolite -Adults Only-

Desde la recepción el personal fue muy amable y accesible, afortunadamente el auto se quedó en el estacionamiento sub ya que es muy pequeño solo seis autos caben adecuadamente. Las instalaciones son muy lindas y en excelente estado. Muy satisfecho con mi estancia.

Room was good. Except very little hot water the entire stay. Pool was way too cold. Would be nice to have paper menus on the beach lounges with more frequent service or a way to contact beach staff like text or flag or someway to get their attention.

Naked Zipolite has a great beachfront location, near the Adoquinado where you will find most dining options. The hotel's restaurant has good food, but service is quite slow. The room has a nice balcony and the bed, linens and pillow are super comfortable. There is music playing quite loud from 1pm to 10pm that could be noisy if you'd like to rest during the day. If you come during high season, I recommend you book a day in advance your beach bed since there are just a few available and these get booked quite fast, same as for beach towels since they do not have as many in stock. Mar and Fanny from Front Desk are marvelous and really nice, but other Front Desk agents aren't as attentive. Overall a good option when coming to Zipolite.

Por el precio debería incluir al menos desayuno. La piscina debería ser climatizada, puesto que está en la sombra. No había aguas de cortesía. El WiFi terrible. La ventilación del baño era inadecuada. Por lo demás es un bellísimo hotel.

Excelwnte servicio, muy mal el estacionamiento, si se encargan de buscarte dlnde poner tu vehiculo pero es un lugar muy pequeño para la cantidsd e habitaciones que hay fuera de eso todo lo demas excelente, noo y la comida de su restaurante... IMPRESIONANTE

Lugar de playa, bonita alberca y enfrente de la playa.

Muy agradable fuimos en tercera da baja, la música audible pero nada incómodo, buena selección de música en inglés, el nudismo en muy esporádico pero aceptado, me anotaría poder regresar en el futuro. El área de la alberca es premium muy popular en la tarde con los visitantes del Day Pass

Great property with amenities, large pool, beach beds and umbrellas. The room was simple and small but clean and had what we needed. Everything was in walking distance to the hotel. The food at the hotel’s restaurant was overpriced for what was provided and service was slow.

cold water in the showers, pool was freezing, no towels at the pool... not worth the price

Estacionamiento limitado, cucarachas en la habitación y cama

Desde que llegamos al hotel, nos atendió una recepcionista ya grande de cabello esponjado, noa dijo que solo aceptaba pagos con tarjeta de crédito y le dijw que no me traje mi tarjeta pero que estaba registrada cuando hice la reservacion pero ella me dijo que no, que no se podía cobrar de la registrada (ni si quiera lo intento, mi parwja tuvo qie pagar con la suya y le cobro dos vecwa y al final me dijo quw si se podía con la mía y splo nos hizo perder tiempo y dinero, luego el hotel esta lindo pero esta intestado de cucarachas y chinches en la cama, luego no hay agua caliente y la alberca esta helada, en general no me agrado la recepcion y luego nos dijeron que encontraron aceite en las colchas y que nos cobrarían extra... ah y lo de las chinches quien me lo paga???? Todo mi cueepo lleno de picaduras y a mi novio se le subió una cucaracha mientras dormía, muy mal naked... no cubrió mis expectativas, el unico buen trato fue de los encargados de la barra en el bar, lo demas pesimo.

Very strict, with the sheets, they threatened to charge us for any stains. However, the towels they provided us were very stained, they actually looked dirty. Twice we saw and smelled the horrible stench from the septic tank being cleaned. The food at the hotel was average. Also, the hotel plays music until 11 pm. every night.

The staff was very friendly and the food was always good. I was very happy with the drinks they made. Service was very good and I did not have to wait long to be served. However, the hot water was not always working and the towels were not always cleaned well (both beach towels and bathroom towels). Those were my only major issues. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again if I come back to Zipolite.

Clean room beach front

En general estuvo bien por la playa; pero en el hotel la alberca estaba fría y la ropa de cama nos produjo ronchas. Durante el tiempo que estuvimos (4 días) no pasaron a limpiar la habitación más que una sola vez. No había agua caliente en la regadera y tampoco cambiaron las toallas

Falta un poco de limpieza , no hicieron mi habitación al día siguiente

En realidad todo estuvo excelente, instalaciones y decoración muy bonitas, personal amable, los únicos detalles fueron que en la bañera había una maraña de pelo y el frigobar no enfríaba nada. Fuera de eso, todo cumple con las expectativas y volvería a ir.

Its a party hotel. Not chill. The music is very loud. Even more so on the weekend. Impossible to chill and read a book on a lounger sadly.

El hotel está muy a gusto, la comida es rica y el personal súper amable. No me encantó la ubicación de la habitación 50, es obscura, caliente, no tiene una vista agradable, aparte de que se escucha mucho ruido.

I totally agree with the many positive reviews about the room, overall facilities, the terrific staff and the excellent food but I put a lower rating for several reasons. The main issue was the noise. Music blasted from mid late morning till late at night and there wasn't a place to escape to. It's a 'party' venue with all that goes with that. As well over the several weeks there I had trouble with the air conditioning and intermittent internet. There are so many positives to this place but the noise is just too much.

Love this place! Will stay here again. The wifi isn't great but that's how things go around here, not their fault.

I loved the aesthetics of this property. The bed was so comfortable mixed with the sound of the ocean at night, I ended up getting the best sleep of my life. I will be staying here again.

El hotel como concepto es muy bueno, pero las habitaciones son demasiado básicas para el precio. No tienen closet ni cajones para guardar la ropa. Aunque hay frigobar no ponen ni siquiera vasos para servirse. La habitación solo tiene una cesta de basura en el baño. No tiene las características de una habitación de hotel de 4 estrellas.

Very nice rooms but they lack cabinet space the upgrade fee was elevated the poolside table service was very good contrary to other places in zipolite and the staff was not as warm as in other places and the lady doing the night shift was not very nice

At first impression the property is astonishing, but that stops here. The rooms are small and you barely can move around the bed. The bathroom toilet can get logged easily. They don't provide tissue paper and they insist on leaving 1 face and 1 hand towel foe two people. Water from upper floors dripping on our balcony and no closet is provided. So you have to live out of your suite case. Also they insisted on providing 1 key foe the room instead of 2. There is also sewers smell in few rooms and on the stairs and holeway. The food in the over price restaurants is below average and their drinks are underwhelming. As for the staff the service depend on who you talk to. The old lady is not helpful at all so avoid her at all time. For the beach club the service is also sporadic, sometime you are left for hours with no services and others theyvwill be shadowing ypu and make you feel unconformable . The pool area is nice but it is dark and does not see the sun. Based on the price i would not recommend this place. It is a mirage of beautiful things that do not deliver what it promisses

It was good. Great hotel. Reception was a struggle, because I paid for my stay, and when I tried to check in. They wanted to charge me for the whole stay. I had to call hotel.com customer service, so they can communicate with the hotel reception. Phone service is poor so it was hard to conmect reception with hotel.com.

Definitely best hotel in all of Zipolite hands down.Although there were a couple of things that were totally not acceptable or have never happened to me a hotel, which we do travel a lot. When checking in I had called we were arriving early they said in order to give me the room earlier it would be $2,010 pesos. Which is ridiculous especially in Zipolite. We decided to wait and get some drinks by the cabanas/sofas on the deck by the beach. The person in charge of the outside table said everything was reserved. Which is crazy because everything was actually empty. They didn’t let us choose where we wanted to sit being very rude, that there was nothing available until we bought a bottle of grey goose. Really? you have to get a bottle in Zipolite for them to let you choose you table/bed I personally did not like the employed service at all from the front desk to the person in charge at the pool. The only excellent service that we got was from the waiters which we really appreciate then for making our day better. After we arrived at 1:00pm and got the bottle, I checked in at 2:00 to see if the room was ready, when they mentioned the room had always been ready but it’s our policy to not check anyone in until 3:00pm. This is ridiculous in my opinion, I’ve been to hotels all over the world and never had this happened. I completely understand if the room is not ready, but if it is ready and has been all day.A friendly reminder to hotels; keep your clients happy so they return

I was charged a 100 $ equivalent to 2000 pesos for using Vaseline on my skin after beach to clean the sheets. I have never seen a client paying for laundering his sheets in a supposedly called a 5 or even a 4 star hotel. It was also funny to document that stain and show it to me in the reception. Never seen this in my life anywhere in the world.

En general es una excelente opción de hospedaje, es muy lindo el hotel, el personal es muy atento en especial Elio excelente atención, en recepción bastante lindas las chicas. Las habitaciones básicas están muy bien, cómodas, agradables y con balcón para pasar un rato de relax. El único detalle al que deberían poner atención es darle preferencia al huésped que decidió pagar una estancia en el hotel ya que muchos entran con Day Pass y ocupan todos los espacios, deberían asignar espacios donde el huésped pueda encontrar sin problema un lugar para pasar su día.

Estuvo bien pero muy mala atención en la playa , dan más atención a los que entran con el daypass que a los huéspedes .

Had a fantastic four nights here. Staff were super friendly and helpfull. Food and drinks were also excellent. I will definetely be back if I get the chance although it's a long way from Australia !

Excelente ubicación

In my opinion there was no hot water. Hot water that is needed to run a bath was not present. That was my only complaint for the property. Other than that great place. The food was really good! Our room had an ocean view and it was amazing and you can hear that ocean roaring in the room and I slept great! I will also say that if you are coming to Zipolite to get into the ocean pick another location. The water is so rough locals don't go into the water. You will need to find another location. If you are trying to reach the famous beach it is a long trek. Better to call a cab or walk the street because it is easier in my opinion.

This hotel is fantastic! The location is right next to Nude Hotel and El Alqimista, so it was fun to visit the neighbors for a change of scenery for food & drinks. It’s walkable to the Main Street where more restaurants and shopping are located. Doggies are abundant and very kind. We stayed in Libélula on the top floor and it was gorgeous. We woke every morning to sunrise and a bath, waves crashing below. Very romantic. Hot tips: Bring your pesos! Pack sunscreeen & sun hat! Only rent a scooter @ Cocobikes!

We loved our stay at the naked so much that we extended by a night. The hotel is perfectly located on beachfront and within 2-3 mins walk of shops, restaurants, bars, massage places etc… Staff were super helpful in arranging transfers and kept the drinks flowing by the beach and pool loungers. Particularly loved the afternoon DJ set on weekends which makes the naked the Place to Be!

Todo genial. Sitio precioso bien cuidado con todas las comodidades. Ubicación perfecta a pie de playa. Muy buen servicio, amables y atentos. Un punto de mejoría : la carta de alimentos podría ser un poco más amplia y variada y los precios un poco mas ajustados a la zona.

Los desayunos son muy malos, no hay empatía para el comensal, el precio es alto para la calidad y sinceramente por el precio encuentras mejores opciones, aparte es un hotel lleno de turismo gay, si no eres parte puedes sentirte incómodo.

This hotel is located on the west side of town. The bar has beach access with plenty of beach furniture like beds, seats, and umbrellas. Food and drinks at the bar are amazing! The staff was among the friendliest I’ve encountered. Rooms are clean and modern.
