Very nice spacious apartment with TV, good WiFi, microwave, water kettle, mini fridge, large bed plus fold out sofa bed, large bathroom with washer/dryer available. Convenient location to Blloku neighborhood, sightseeing, and dining. Attached bistro/cafe has fresh squeezed orange juice and a nice selection of wines and food. Staff is very friendly and helpful with planning and arranging early breakfast and taxi for an early morning flight home.

The reception staff were generally very friendly and helpful, offering useful tips such as where to exchange money, which I really appreciated. The highlight of this hotel is definitely the restaurant. The Albanian cuisine is absolutely delicious - it was a real treat to dine there. I highly recommend trying the local dishes. The room itself is quite compact and the space around the bed is limited, but it was adequate for my needs. The hotel also arranges taxi service to and from the airport, which is very convenient. I did have one issue during my stay - I requested a wake-up call but unfortunately never received it. This nearly caused me to miss an early morning tour outside the city, which was quite stressful. I hope the hotel can improve their wake-up call service to avoid this happening to other guests. Despite this hiccup, the friendly staff and exceptional restaurant made for an enjoyable stay overall.

Good location that we can walk to places in Tirana. The hotel staff helped us with parking at the hotel car park also because the space was tight. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The selection at breakfast was good.

Excellent value hotel for stay in Tirana. Hotel is in a quiet area of Bloku but easy walk to "centre" of Tirana (Skanderbeg square) and attractions. Hotel new with very modern rooms. Breakfast is served in attached Bistro and is excellent and staff are very helpful and pleasant.

The Mulaj 'hotel' is actually about 40 rooms in an old apartment block which also has permanent residents and Airbnb rooms. It is not a traditional hotel with well trained and attentive staff offering a friendly service. To be fair the location was excellent.....everything worth a visit was in walking distance. Our 'apartment' room with balcony was clean enough but not particularly well equipped. The lighting was very bright with no side lights in the living room. Our 'neighbours' were at times very noisy and were more likely to be tenants and not 'hotel guests'......on our last night they were chatting and laughing all through the night and kept us awake.....we could not/dare not ask them to be quiet ! We had to ask more than once for the room to be 'serviced'. The inclusive breakfast was ok but pretty much the same every day. The 'hotel' offered no additional facilities. Some staff were helpful and friendly (mainly the young women on the front desk) but other staff were surly, unhelpful and indifferent. Nevertheless we enjoyed our 4 day stay as Tirana is a great location.

The room was in good condition. Clean and average size. The bathroom was OK, but the design of it is a bit awkward, for example, there is no place to hang the hand towel. There was a balcony, but on it was a huge AC engine making noise and pulling warm air. No electric socket next to the bed to charge the phone. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. There was only one lift used for the entire hotel, which sometimes led to long waiting times (this is common in Tirana in general)

The hotel offered great service, a clean room and facilities and a tasty breakfast. Great AC. The hotel arranged a taxi transfer to the airport for a fee of 20€, the driver drove very erratically though, but we made it in time. The hotel even printed our boarding passes because Tirana don't accept digital boarding passes. The beds could get more comfortable though, they were too hard to sleep on, me and my girlfriend didn't sleep well at all. It was kind of noisy from the hallway and from the traffic outside, even being a Thursday, so think of this even if you're staying on the 14th floor. In overall I would say that the stay was acceptable. I would recommend this hotel but if your sleep is important I recommend a better bed or another hotel.

Stayed in a panoramic room with balcony which had just the best views of Tirana .The room was clean .The bathroom had all the toiletries you could want .TV had plenty of channels and Netflix.Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Walkable to most sites in Tirana.Great hotel and i would stay here again no arguments.

Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel im Herzen von Tirana! Die Zimmer sind modern, sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Besonders angenehm: die bequemen Betten, ich habe wunderbar geschlafen. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen herzlich und hilfsbereit – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Ein echtes Highlight ist auch das kleine hauseigene Bistro mit leckeren Speisen und Drinks. Die Lage ist top: Zahlreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten und schöne Ecken der Stadt sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar – ideal für einen Städtetrip. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Durch die wenig schalldichten Fenster hört man den Verkehr der nahen Hauptstraßen doch recht deutlich. Das sollte man wissen. I originally booked a standard room, but the kind lady at reception generously upgraded me to a better room with a balcony. The bed was very comfortable, and the room had plenty of amenities, including an affordable and fully stocked minibar. The service was excellent—friendly and always helpful. When I needed a taxi but only had card payment, the staff went out of their way to assist me. They were always welcoming, with warm smiles. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, making for a great start to the day. I highly recommend Mulaj Hotel for a pleasant and comfortable stay in Tirana.

It is not a traditional hotel with well trained and attentive staff offering a friendly service. To be fair the location was excellent.....everything worth a visit was in walking distance. Our 'apartment' room with balcony was clean enough but not particularly well equipped. The lighting was very bright with no side lights in the living room. Our 'neighbours' were at times very noisy and were more likely to be tenants and not 'hotel guests'......on our last night they were chatting and laughing all through the night and kept us awake.....we could not/dare not ask them to be quiet ! We had to ask more than once for the room to be 'serviced'. The inclusive breakfast was ok but pretty much the same every day. The 'hotel' offered no additional facilities. Some staff were helpful and friendly (mainly the young women on the front desk) but other staff were surly, unhelpful and indifferent. Nevertheless we enjoyed our 4 day stay as Tirana is a great location.

I did have one issue during my stay - I requested a wake-up call but unfortunately never received it. This nearly caused me to miss an early morning tour outside the city, which was quite stressful. I hope the hotel can improve their wake-up call service to avoid this happening to other guests. Despite this hiccup, the friendly staff and exceptional restaurant made for an enjoyable stay overall.

This hotel is really nice. It’s very clean, rooms are large with a kettle, the bed is the comfiest ever, I can get English programs on TV, and it’s easy to walk to many places. Breakfast is excellent. The absolute standout with this hotel is the staff, I’ve never come across a hotel where the staff have been unfailingly helpful, friendly and really go out of their way for you. It’s a pleasure to see their smiling faces every day. I had an accident on the street and the staff helped me so very much. I will always be grateful to them. On top of this, the hotel has a cafe attached and the food is like home cooking, delicious and reasonably priced. Again the staff there are lovely, even the cleaning ladies in this hotel are lovely. I would always come back here.

Excellent location . We could walk to mist of the locations. Plethora of restaurants nearby. Good service and reponsive staff. The air-conditioning malfunctioned on our last night , but the staff were super attentive and fixed it liasing with maintenance at a late hour and they checked in if there were any other issues. Brilliant view from the balcony.

A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Tirana! Location is everything for me, and Hotel Mulaj couldn’t be more perfect — right in the center of Tirana, on the corner of the famous Blloku street and just across from the Pyramid. A true last-minute gem I found on Expedia! The view from Level 14 over Tirana was stunning, especially from the balcony. The room was spacious, uniquely designed, and very comfortable. The hotel was full of international travelers, which gave it a lively, global vibe. Staff were friendly, and the breakfast was fab. Highly recommend this gem!
