The host is super nice and offers help in transportation arrangement. The sunset view from the balcony is stunning. The jacuzzi is filled with hot water in Apr. The apartment is clean and equipped with a kitchen. We have a great stay here and feel welcoming.

Had the most amazing stay! Dimitri and all the staff were great and helpful with anything we needed. we loved this unique cave house we spent one night in it. it had a large living room, one bed and one bath room with a kitchen. small front yard but it was a perfect spot to watch fantastic sunset. it had an ideal location with only a couple of minutes walking distance to the best of sightseeing of oia.The owner Dimitris greeted me once i arrived and his porter helped us to carry luggage from the meeting spot to the property. I will stay there again if I visit Oia next time and strongly recommend Anemi house and Villas to our friends when they stay in Oia.

This property is perfectly placed in Oia with amazing sunset view and just a minute away from the Oia Castle. We stayed at the Karma house and it has private sitting area right in front of the main door and there is a patio/deck on the upper floor with sunset view. The interior is well done. Dimitri is an amazing person. He even picked us from Fira for free. He helped with our luggage, things to see/do in Oia and Santorini as a whole. Had a great experince. Would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a cozy place with amazing sunset view.

The place has so much going for it: great staff (especially Dimitras), clean, great location, and fun character. But its primary benefit is the unbeatable vantage point to enjoy Oia's famous sunsets. Every night we watched the other tourists congregate in the pathways beneath us at least an hour before sunset so they could claim a spot to watch the sunset. Meanwhile, we were relaxing on our patio the whole time, resting on the couches, drinking prosecco, and having a snack. One night we even watched from the hot tub. Overall, a magical and romantic experience.

We can’t say enough about this property and management. First of all, it’s in a most amazing location in the middle of all the shopping in the best part of Santorini. Dimitri ensured that every detail was handled for us from the pick up at the airport and transport of our bags up the hills. He was a great communicator all along. The room was beautiful and clean with stunning sunset views from our private balcony. The room was well equipped with everything you need from a blow dryer, iron, coffee maker, and refrigerator. We would give this place a 10 if we could !

Dimitris is the perfect host! This is a private and secure villa with a phenomenal terrace to view the sunsets. It is in the middle of restaurants and shopping, but is unbelievably quiet. Dimitris makes everything easy and is extremely responsive!

Beautiful spacious villa in the heart of Oia. 3 big double bedrooms all with en suite. Enormous property. Fantastic roof terrace for viewing the sunset away from the hordes. The owner is amazing. We’ve travelled all over the world and Dimitris is by far the most helpful, organised property owner I’ve ever come across. Everything is organised with military precision. Even as far as calling the owner of our next hotel and getting an early check in - we didn’t even ask for this - brilliant.

Our stay at Anemi House was nothing short of amazing. The house was clean and quiet and in the perfect location close to all the main attractions in Oia. Amazing view of the sea and the beautiful Santorini sunsets right from our patio. Dimitris went above and beyond to make our stay great - working with us to arrange last minute tours and ensuring we made the most of our time there. He and his team are all lovely. Highly recommend and hope to go back one day!

We had an incredible stay at Dimitri’s house! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location was ideal—close to great restaurants, shops, and all the main attractions. One of the highlights was the amazing view from the balcony, which made every morning and evening feel extra special. Dimitri was an exceptional host. He picked us up from the airport and even dropped us off at the end of our stay, which made everything so easy. Very lovely home. The staff were super friendly. I liked getting some take-out and having them while seeing the sunset in the yard. The location is also near the old castle which is a good spot to see the sunrise. The air conditioner was the easiest to use in all the hotels I stayed in Greece. I enjoyed my stay very much.

From start to finish, Dimitris (the owner) was amazing. I would 100% book with him again. He took us on a tour, arranged transportation, helped with dinner recommendations and reservations… made our trip so much more enjoyable! The unit was perfect for our family with 3 beds and 3 baths. Beautiful spacious villa in the heart of Oia. 3 big double bedrooms all with en suite. Enormous property. Fantastic roof terrace for viewing the sunset away from the hordes. The owner is amazing. We’ve travelled all over the world and Dimitris is by far the most helpful, organised property owner I’ve ever come across. Everything is organised with military precision. Even as far as calling the owner of our next hotel and getting an early check in - we didn’t even ask for this - brilliant.

The location is perfect for sunset watching and the room is cute. Dimitris and the staff are accommodating. Dimitris texted me ahead of time and arranged the time to pick me up. He carried my luggage all the way to my room (a long walk). He also arranged my next day early trip to the airport. Everything went smoothly.

It was our first time in Santorini and we are so happy we chose to spend it with Dimitris at Anemi. Dimitris is the most helpful, kind, and welcoming man! He organized everything for us, personally picked us up from the airport, and had our bags delivered to our room. He also helped us with ordering taxis throughout the trip, which was very helpful and made us feel safe and at ease. We highly recommend the tour of Santorini he offers. He showed us the entire island! We visited many places we would have otherwise not seen. The room is an amazing location, very close to the Blue Dome. It has the perfect view of the famous Santorini sunsets. The room was clean and well organized. I would rate Anemi an 11/10 if I could! We are so happy we chose this property!

This property is perfectly placed in Oia with amazing sunset view and just a minute away from the Oia Castle. We stayed at the Karma house and it has private sitting area right in front of the main door and there is a patio/deck on the upper floor with sunset view. The interior is well done. Dimitri is an amazing person. He even picked us from Fira for free. He helped with our luggage, things to see/do in Oia and Santorini as a whole. Had a great experince. Would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a cozy place with amazing sunset view.

We had an incredible stay at Dimitri’s house! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location was ideal—close to great restaurants, shops, and all the main attractions. One of the highlights was the amazing view from the balcony, which made every morning and evening feel extra special. Dimitri was an exceptional host. He picked us up from the airport and even dropped us off at the end of our stay, which made everything so easy. On top of that, he gave us a private tour that was truly unforgettable—he was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind throughout. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We can’t say enough about this property and management. First of all, it’s in a most amazing location in the middle of all the shopping in the best part of Santorini. Dimitri ensured that every detail was handled for us from the pick up at the airport and transport of our bags up the hills. He was a great communicator all along. The room was beautiful and clean with stunning sunset views from our private balcony. The room was well equipped with everything you need from a blow dryer, iron, coffee maker, and refrigerator. We would give this place a 10 if we could !

From start to finish, Dimitris (the owner) was amazing. I would 100% book with him again. He took us on a tour, arranged transportation, helped with dinner recommendations and reservations… made our trip so much more enjoyable! The unit was perfect for our family with 3 beds and 3 baths. Very lovely home. The staff were super friendly. I liked getting some take-out and having them while seeing the sunset in the yard. The location is also near the old castle which is a good spot to see the sunrise. The air conditioner was the easiest to use in all the hotels I stayed in Greece. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Dimitris is the perfect host! This is a private and secure villa with a phenomenal terrace to view the sunsets. It is in the middle of restaurants and shopping, but is unbelievably quiet. Dimitris makes everything easy and is extremely responsive!

Dinitri even booked all our dinner reservations at the best restaurants , organised a private tour of the island and a brilliant boat trip. Highly recommend you book Anemi House what a wonderful Mini honeymoon and experience we had. Anemi house and the host are Exceptional!

Im Nachhinein würde ich Oia als Übernachtungsort nicht empfehlen. Der Ort ist zwar wunderschön aber von der Schönheit bekommt man wenig mit da sich Menschenmassen durch die kleinen Gassen drängen und man einfach nur getrieben wird. Sollte man sich jedoch dafür entscheiden in Oia zu übernachten ist dieses Hotel perfekt. Man hat einen direkten Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang von der Terrasse. Das ganze Anwesen ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Service war zudem auch klasse, man bekommt viele Tipps für die Insel (Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten). Man sollte unbedingt die Parksituation beachten und nicht zu spät in Oia ankommen, da es gegen Abend sehr voll ist. Aber auch hier bekommt man Unterstützung vom Gastgeber, sodass alles gut geklappt hat.

Amazing. My best hotel experience so far! Exceeded expectations. Dimitri, the host was super nice, helpful and prompt. The location is just amazing, especially if you want to enjoy the sunset from your own balcony. Dimitri also supplied for free some water bottles, juice, milk, coffee pods, cake and even a bottle of rose wine.

We enjoyed our stay at the Anemi Lovers House. Excellent location with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The sunset view from the balcony was stunning. We stayed at the house with our adult daughter. There was enough space for 3 adults but not a lot of privacy since it’s all open (I.e. no bedroom door) but this was not an issue for us. It’s a renovated cave house, so it’s older but clean and includes daily maid service. The owner Dimitris was a fantastic host - goes above and beyond. His staff was also very pleasant and helpful. The private island tour we booked with Dimitris was a highlight of our stay. Highly recommend!

The villa was like a dream! beautiful inside and out. The beds were so comfortable. The pool was fantastic. The sunset was incredible from the roof. And a very short walk to the main walkway of Oia. The host gave recommendations on excursions and restaurants. He answered my questions promptly!
