Price is higher if you choose "pay at property". I'm not sure why hotels have not yet returned to regular room housekeeping since covid. Why should we have to make a special request? The pool was crystal clear and bathtub warm; however, it is frustrating to search specifically for a hotel with a hot tub only to find it out of order (could sit in it for heat but the spa timer was broken / couldn't turn on the jets) throughout our 3-night stay.

I love this place! It's been my home away from home for a while now. The food hall and restaurants right by are great! The upstairs bar is awesome when they have the staff to open it. My only concern would be staffing. Stayed many times and I hardly ever see the same face twice.

Arrived 1hr past check in time and had to wait another 45min-1hr because of a soccer tournament the previous day. The front desk clerk (Presice L.) was over appologetic, but I told her it was not her fault. Room was wonderful with the exception of the low water pressure on the 6th froor. I wish the shower curtian was longer because in the accessible room, it let water get all over the floor. Awesome view, and the motorized shade and privacy blinds were awesome. Was dissapointed that the pool and whirlpool were down for maintenace. Also, the roof top bar/patio should have more hours. or at least have access without going thru the bar. It would be nice to have patio heaters outside on the lower patio too. Clean lobby excelent breakfast ( made to order ) Will book again when i'm in the area

Hotel will be in a great/walkable area once all the revitalization projects are complete. All staff encountered was friendly and helpful. Workout area was nice and very spacious. They have some sort of air freshener scent blowing through the hvac. Anyone with chemical sensitivities (like myself) will have an adverse reaction. If it wasn’t for the smell it would’ve been a great stay for us.

The hotel was very nice. We chose this hotel for the roof top bar, the bar tender was rude and very unprofessional. My wife is Foreign so she has a little trouble ordering in English. The bar tender could not recommend anything for her and was not polite at all very rude. We ended up leaving and going to a local bar and had a great time. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Just not the roof top bar.

Front desk service was awesome! However the floors in our room really needed to be mopped and the pillows are way too small and not comfortable. There was also an Arby’s shake left in the fridge from a previous guest.

The cleanliness, mainly the floor, in both the room and bathroom was gross and unacceptable, especially for the rate of room. It was highly disappointing, especially since lots of time spent in room-I even paid additional to stay a few hours later. as daughter’s appointment ran a little late on checkout. I strongly suggest some form of review of this property as it is obviously not being properly managed. Even though most of staff were courteous, no real customer service skills. i plan to try someone else on my next stay.

Exhausted, I finally got in bed around 11:00pm. The bed sheet felt sandy, so I jumped up, turned on a light and pulled back the top sheet. I felt completely grossed out when I saw what looked like 50 or more roach poops on the filled sheet. As I only wanted to sleep, I checked the other bed in the room. Though there was less, it also had roach poop on the fitted sheet. I called the front desk, got a key to a different and larger room. Unfortunately, both beds in the other room were also noticeably dirty in the same way. So, after midnight, I found myself having to drive to a different hotel, which thankfully, had clean sheets.

The location is great. It's close to all sorts of great local restaurants. But I was disappointed with our stay. Our room was dirty. I asked for them to come clean it. It was just the floor. They said they came while we were at dinner still looked the same, bulb in the bathroom mirror burned out and we were told maintenance isn't there so they can't fix it. They offered to move us but we already unpacked and we're leaving the next day so it seemed like a lot of effort for 24 hours. Overall I was disappointed with the hotel

The room was clean and very comfortable. The area was beautiful and had so many cool places nearby. Unfortunately, the shower door would not stay closed and needs to be adjusted. Showers were pretty cold since I couldn’t trap the heat in with the door.

Refrigerator in room not working. Hot tub jets have very little pressure. Waited an hour and a half past check in to get into our room, because they were behind on cleaning. They send texts everyday at 8:30am so make sure you sound is turned off. Beds were comfortable and staff was friendly.

The images of the hotel are accurate. If you’re staying there for a neighboring event, it’s the perfect location! The only issue I had was the blinds in my room were broken. And there was not a manual option to lower. I called the front desk, and she knew exactly what the issues was before I finished my question. Why assign the room if there are issues that would affect someone’s comfortability. If you enjoy your sleep and have a sensitivity to light, stay away from Room 230! Other than that, it was a good visit.

This was the 4th time staying at this property. I never leave reviews but this could not be overlooked. Past there have been glitches with room cleaning and things of that nature . This time we arrived at 7 pm for our reservation and were told room was not ready. Check in is 3. We were told that maybe we could go to dinner or something until room was ready. Really? They have a bar and restaurant there. Handled it very poorly. I understand help is hard to come by but!!!

We love the Cambria in Rock Hill for its close proximity to Winthrop University - but also for the friendly staff, the excellent service and clean rooms. The warm welcome is appreciated on each visit. We usually end up having one morning of breakfast and coffee one time and drinks at the rooftop. All recommended! I have recently enjoyed walking over to the Power House area for beers and cocktails outside and food. You can't go wrong here.

Very nice property and very convenient location right next to Rock Hill Events Center. Staff was nice and courteous but they’re understaffed. Had to wait several times for 5 minutes because no one was at front desk. Requested housekeeping but never got it.

Check in was quick. This hotel is next door to the sports center so it was very convenient for our visit. Beds were very comfortable. Interactions with staff were pleasant when requesting toiletries. If you're going to wash clothes get quarters before you come. The restaurant had great prices for the quanity and quality of food.

Wonderful Hotel. Although, they should not charge you for parking and have you park in the "Free" parking garage! Also, they charge for everything. Breakfast should be included not $15 for cold food.

It was really nice, I wish breakfast was included rather than a surcharge. The bar is nice, but took quite a bit of time to get a drink despite there being less that 6 people there. Inevitably when a parking deck is shared with a hotel, the 3rd party parking always sends a bill. Currently fighting a dispute with the parking agency over a ticket while I was there despite already sending them my itinerary.
