The breakfast wasn’t really good at all. I don’t know if the yogurt was sour but my son thought it was sour cream. The pool was okay. My husband and another guest felt the need to kinda “pool boy” it but it was fine. The AC was AMAZING. Best I’ve ever seen. Great location too. Room was clean but I think I saw mold in the bathroom where some wall paper was peeling.

Excellent property to stay at! We were down for the Allstate game 3 day event and felt like we were at home. Breakfast was great, pool was A for the kiddos to cool off after a long day! Angel,Michelle and Jesus made show the stay was welcoming. Ladies at breakfast where great food stayed fresh! We will be back highly recommended place to stay!

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice with a kitchenette. Made our stay comfortable and budget friendly. The free laundry facility ensured our clothing was clean during our stay. The free breakfast was like being at home. Our stay was so enjoyable that we will stay there again.

Everything was great from the beds to breakfast to the pool. Only thing is the young man that works 2nd shift wasn't very friendly. He seemed very depressed or stressed or something.

The hotel is very nice. It's clean, comfortable, and has many amenities for guests including complimentary laundry services and evening social. I really like the full suite and its spaciousness. My only concern that will impact future stays is the check-in process that requires your ID name to exactly match your name on the credit/debit card you use. For many people, like me, the slight difference in name isn't going to change due to the length of time I've had my cards (30 plus yrs) and my ID. I'm not changing either to accommodate one hotel. Others don't require that level of scrutiny so I'll adjust hotel options in the future. Enjoyed my final stay however.

The bottom of the shower was dirty and black. I was getting ready to exit my vehicle when a man in a hoodie and mask came walking towards my car. I immediately checked out early and will never be returning to this hotel. Completely disgusted and unsafe.

Amazing Hotel it’s so clean and staff are the best! The bad part about stay is the people above us. They have heavy feet and stomps on the floor and even shakes our bed when I sat on the side of bed. So next time I will be here I will request top floor.

Our family was in town for one night only and decided to select Staybridge for our hotel suite. We have stayed at Staybridge many times in Oklahoma and Colorado. We have always enjoyed our stays with you. I was a bit surprised this time to find that our suite had two rooms, but the door between the rooms was missing or removed.

Our check in went very smooth and our room was very nice and clean. We especially loved the Dove products in the bathroom and shower. Our only complaint was the staff at breakfast. The lady who ran the breakfast area was extremely rude and loudly voiced her frustration with being busy because the hotel was full for the weekend. She fussed at a young lady in my party who used a spoon to scoop both strawberries and pineapple because of "cross-contamination" concerns. There were no signs saying you couldn't use the same spoon to scoop different types of fruit. She was also rude to others who were getting breakfast, especially those who were trying to use the waffle iron. The breakfast items were not well stocked and she stated she would not be refilling items since there were only 30 minutes left of breakfast serving time. Other than this interaction, our time at the hotel was very nice. We would stay here again as long as the breakfast experience was improved.

We had a little bit of a problem with one of the beds but the staff on site took care of the problem quickly and we had a great rest of our stay. The breakfast was really good and my kids (who are really picky) even liked it and ate more than usual. We will be booking here for our next trip to the area.

It started stressful when I realized I had left my wallet at home. The manager was very patient and understanding. The guy after that shift was absolutely insensitive and not helpful at all. I get there are rules, but where is the compassion for people making mistakes. I pray he never has that situation happen to him. Got to the room and no air condition. Went to him and again insensitive. Lack professionalism. Horrible. He need to find a different job. Not hospitality. Except for him, the hotel is beautiful and very nice. Great location.

After a mix up for our first hotel, Expedia called around to find us a room and found Staybridge Suites. Angel at the front desk was so welcoming and apologetic for our troubles even though Staybridge had nothing to do with the situation. She made sure we had everything and then some! We would definitely recommend this place! Beautiful amenities, clean, and great staff! Thank you Angel & Staybridge Suites! 10/10

This property was great. The beds were wonderful and super clean room. We always stay at this line of hotel. The only thing I can say is there’s not much around it so you have to drive maybe 5 minutes to find something to eat. Shopping is about the same. All in all, it was a great stay. We enjoyed it.

We had a weekend getaway for my boys' birthdays. It was close to Epic Waterparks and to everything else. What we weren't expecting was the breakfast bar. They had a wonderful selection and it' a deal breaker for us. We're considering staying at Staybridge from now on.

Only there for 1 night. We needed to checkout at 7am, and staff did let our kids have a muffin early since free breakfast didn’t start until 7:30, which was nice of them, but a weird start time for those of us who had to travel early. Also had to put a $75 hold on a credit card, which I thought was also weird, haven’t had to do that in years, and we travel very frequently. Room was very clean, but bathroom vanity area tiny, tiny! Very difficult for 2 adults, much less with a teenager to get ready. Full size coffee pot was excellent!!!

I always enjoy my stay at Staybridge Hotels, sadly, my experience wasn’t the best this time. I wasn’t told the breakfast time was an hour difference between the weekend and weekday. I thought it might be a half an hour difference, but showed up before 10am on a Monday and everything had already been closed. My biggest issue was with the smell. I didn’t notice it on my first night, but the second night it smelled like drainage coming from the kitchen sink. It made my husband and I feel extremely disgusted. Hope this doesn’t happen again.
