Hotel tres agreable ,deco Bohême tres zen petit plus la piscinepour se detendre .petit déjeuner buffet tres apprécié .hotel Ecolo .petite suggestion il serait agreable d avoir une petite Fontaine d eau Filtrée a l Entree afin que l on puisse rempli notre contenant sans avoir a demander au personnel. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

In Styles....same checkin as budget! This hotel clearly recently refurbished which is good. Pleasant girl at checkin. Feable air con.....took all night to reduce temp from 25 to 23....with associated noise. Very convenient for airport.....walkable. Parking very straightforward.

Rentré de soirée a 00h30 je prend ma douche dans la chambre qui très rapidement sinnonde d'eau ! J'ai de l'eau qui a débordé jusqu'à l'entrée de la chambre j'ai ensuite appelé la réception qui a pu me donner des serviette que je puisse épongé le sol ... Ma chambre ce situé au 4eme étage chambre 1414. Moi je vous signale la douche bouché pour pas que ça ce reproduise a d'autre personne derrière moi ... Décevant pour une chambre qui m'a coûté 170€ ... Je suis dégoûtée

Je vivais jusqu'à 23h30 les conversations des gens dehors alors que j'etais au second étage, fenêtre fermée, j' ai vérifié. Petit déjeuner pas de place , plateaux des clients sur la table, table pas nettoyée. Présence etonnante d'un marginal qui prenait son petit dejeuner. Au depart, le jeune homme à la réception avait un français incompréhensible. Je ne reviendrai pas et je decoseille cet Ibis Style.

Au-delà d’une propreté avérée et du bon état général de l’établissent, le service est déplorable à tous les niveaux à tous les niveaux. D’une volonté crâneuse de vouloir supprimer un vrai « front desk », le chek-in se réalise à l’appui d’un téléphone portable et d’une ridicule tablette par des collaborateurs débordés. En résumé, près de 20 min. d’attente pour obtenir sa clé. Point d’orgue : le petit-déjeuner. Facturé à un prix non-négligeable, c’est la première fois que je constate une organisation aussi édifiante. Denrées successivement en rupture (jus d’orange, charcuterie, viennoiseries et même café !), hygiène consternante (plateaux et couverts lavés de manière très aléatoire et expéditive) et une seule employée totalement dépassée par les événements… Lors de mon départ et à l’écoute de mes doléances, nombreuses mais néanmoins fondées, il m’a été proposé de négocier un avis plus favorable que les circonstances l’imposaient. Mais je tenais à faire partager aux voyageurs et utilisateurs d’Hotels.com ma triste expérience… Cet établissement doit s’imposer des améliorations et évolutions impératives et immédiates !

Comfortable room and good range for the buffet breakfast. We only booked in overnight due to late flight arrival, but could have been tempted to stay longer. The pool looked very inviting. The place is quiet and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Short and sweet stay after arriving into Montpellier late evening. Quick walk to the hotel, smooth check in. Nice room, but small with limited space for storage (for one night it didn't matter). A kettle for a morning coffee would be great Nice restaurant, small choice but great tasting. Lovely breakfast buffet too

Short and sweet stay after arriving into Montpellier late evening. Quick walk to the hotel, smooth check in. Nice room, but small with limited space for storage (for one night it didn't matter). A kettle for a morning coffee would be great Nice restaurant, small choice but great tasting. Lovely breakfast buffet too

In Styles....same checkin as budget! This hotel clearly recently refurbished which is good. Pleasant girl at checkin. Feable air con.....took all night to reduce temp from 25 to 23....with associated noise. Very convenient for airport.....walkable. Parking very straightforward.

Accueil très long à l'arrivée. Chambre pas insonorisée malgré que l'hotel soit récent. Je vivais jusqu'à 23h30 les conversations des gens dehors alors que j'etais au second étage, fenêtre fermée, j' ai vérifié. Petit déjeuner pas de place , plateaux des clients sur la table, table pas nettoyée. Présence etonnante d'un marginal qui prenait son petit dejeuner. Au depart, le jeune homme à la réception avait un français incompréhensible. Je ne reviendrai pas et je decoseille cet Ibis Style.

Au-delà d’une propreté avérée et du bon état général de l’établissent, le service est déplorable à tous les niveaux à tous les niveaux. D’une volonté crâneuse de vouloir supprimer un vrai « front desk », le chek-in se réalise à l’appui d’un téléphone portable et d’une ridicule tablette par des collaborateurs débordés. En résumé, près de 20 min. d’attente pour obtenir sa clé. Point d’orgue : le petit-déjeuner. Facturé à un prix non-négligeable, c’est la première fois que je constate une organisation aussi édifiante. Denrées successivement en rupture (jus d’orange, charcuterie, viennoiseries et même café !), hygiène consternante (plateaux et couverts lavés de manière très aléatoire et expéditive) et une seule employée totalement dépassée par les événements… Lors de mon départ et à l’écoute de mes doléances, nombreuses mais néanmoins fondées, il m’a été proposé de négocier un avis plus favorable que les circonstances l’imposaient. Mais je tenais à faire partager aux voyageurs et utilisateurs d’Hotels.com ma triste expérience… Cet établissement doit s’imposer des améliorations et évolutions impératives et immédiates !

Hotel trés confortable et récent très agréable pro he aeroport 10 lon a pied, en revanche le restaurant n'est pas idéal, très cher pour la qualité des plats servis. Je recommande pour l hôtel.

Comfortable room and good range for the buffet breakfast. We only booked in overnight due to late flight arrival, but could have been tempted to stay longer. The pool looked very inviting. The place is quiet and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Horrible. Checked-in and the room smelled of mould. Soon as my wife took a shower the entire room flooded and there was water everywhere. It came right through the wall. Air conditioner wasn’t working. Very limited help from the staff. Breakfast was very limited in terms of options (mostly just bread and pastries). We just stayed our one night and left as soon as we could

Very convenient to the airport for an early morning flight. Helpful staff, very clean, good complimentary breakfast. Our room had a queen bed and bunk beds (not requested or used). Early check-in was available for $10. Warning: the shower/tun is VERY deep to step into and would pose a danger/issue to any older guest or anyone with a disability. You may need to inquire if there is an alternative.
